This is a really ugly looking hotel in an exceptional noisy location, overlooking a motorway, will ill fitting wiindows so a poor nights sleep. Make sure you choose a room facing inland/lake.

its convenient location, next to highway. the double bed is very small for 2, may just ok for honeymooners:)

Location is convenient to Geneva and near motorway. Newly remodeled rooms are comfortable. Restaurant is great quality. Good value for money. Hotel shuttle will take you to nearby shopping that's not reachable by foot. Plenty of open green space and playground / outdoor pool for children. Ability to book joning rooms.

This hotel is surrounded by apple farms and vineyards with views of Lake Geneva. So it is beautiful but a big hassle to get there. You need to make reservations in order to take the shuttle from the airport so it can be expensive and time consumig to get to the location. There is no train station in town compounding the issue. The restaurant on site […] is excellent although the staff generally at the hotel (reception and restuarant) don't speak great English. 더 보기

considering the price it should be better furnished

Confort moyen, simple et peu raffiné! Sanitaires très rudimentaires Chambre petite pour 1 personne!...et prévue pour 2 personnes!!! Chambre à l'arrière du bâtiment, vue sur parking et autoroute donc extérieur bruyant avec nuisance de l’autoroute. L’hôtel a besoin de modernisation et de rénovation pour être à la hauteur des prix demandés. Désagrément […] du petit-déjeuner non compris! Chambre réglée par carte de crédit sur internet et sur place: 3.-frs de taxes en supplément, pourrait être compris pour éviter des tracasseries de liquidité en Francs Suisses!!!!! Bei meiner Ankunft herrschte ein kleines Chaos (Apero von einer Int. Organisation im Foyer). An der Reception zwei Herren, die die Situation gut im Griff hatten und ich konnte nach etwa 10 min. mein Zimmer beziehen. Das Hotel hat drei Teile; zwei Nichtraucher und einen Raucher, was ich sehr schaetze. Es wird immer schwieriger Hotels mit Raucherzimmern […] zu finden. Das Hotel ist gleich neben der Autobahn und sehr gut zu erreichen, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt. Ansonsten haben sie Shuttle Buses. Wie gut die funktionieren, weiss ich allerdings nicht. if you're going to Geneve there are much better options. The hotel is located next to the highway and in the middle of nowhere. Without a car you're lost. And if you have a car it makes much more sense to stay on the other side of the border (much cheaper and a lot better food). The staff was very friendly but the room I got, which seemed to be on the […] un-renovated wing of the hotel, had the decoration of a room of a mexican soap opera from the 70s. Expensive breakfast, no free internet and almost impossible to watch something on the TV without accidentally endind on the pay-per-view channels. I guess many fell secure because of the best western logo, which in general I try to avoid -but in this case I didn't have a choice-, but my advice is find yourself somewhere else to stay. 더 보기

El hotel esta muy caro para ser un Hotel 3 estrellas, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el hotel esta algo viejo. En cuanto a la ubicacion para mi estuvo bien xq fui a una boda ahi .... Pero en realidad no hay nada turistico alrededor, esta cerca de la autopista y cerca del Castillo de Coppet como a 20 min. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich ausserhalb und ist schwer erreichbar, wenn man nicht mobil ist. Es gibt zwar einen Shuttlebus zum Airport, aber nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Flexibilität und allenfalls das nötige Geld für Taxis sind unabdingbar. Die Zimmer sind nicht gerade die Grössten, bieten aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt jeglichen zweckmässigen Komfort. […] Saubere Betten und ein sauberes Badezimmer, Internet-Anschluss, Minibar und Safe runden das Profil ab. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer geputzt, gebettet und mit neuen Tüchern versehen. Schlicht, einfach, aber komfortabel, wenn man nur zur Übernachtung auf das Hotel angewiesen ist. Die Weite zu Genf kann für manch einen ein Nachteil sein, derjenige aber, der sich nach einem stressigen Tag im Grünen bei einer Joggingrunde erholen möchte oder am Pool relaxen möchte, îst das Hotel wunderbar gelegen. Die Restaurants und die Bar sind mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal besetzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet fällt eher dürftig aus, ist aber beim Preis inbegriffen (zu einem moderaten Preis). Internetzugang im ganzen Haus möglich, sogar noch separate Internetstationen sind platziert. Rundum, ein freundliches Hotel, mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem, mehrsprachigem Personal.
