Hotel was well located, but the staff really needs to spend more time with the house keeping. It wasn't "dirty" just not "picked up". Floors could be washed with more care (bathroom) Friendly staff. TV & WiFi were good. For a Holiday Inn Express it was a bit disappointing.

There was no elevator. The room smelled like it had been smoked in for 50 years. Someone kept trying to skype me when I signed on the computer.

I will say when you make res. make sure you specify upstairs or downstairs. they don't have a elevator. Everyone that works there were awesome. The breakfast was the best yet. Biskits and gravey was the best if you go in town you would be paying for it and its was free at the hotel with lots of good things to choose from. the room was very clean. the […] only thing i saw was the bathroom floor looked like it didn't get mopped other then that this hotel stay was out of this world. Very close. clean and beautifully landscaped. Pool and Hot tube clean. Two thumbs up.

I work for hilton and just have to say that the breakfast was the worst i have ever seen, molded bagel and little or no food on the buffet..

Very close to all of the tourist attractions. NIce place to come back to after a day and night of fun.

The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is at the most, a 5 minute drive to the historic area of Tombstone. If we go back to Tombstone, we will definately stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel.

Friendly staff, clean hotel. This hotel does not have an elevator which we found odd, all rooms open to an interior hallway so you'd expect an elevator. We kept having problems with our room key, we booked 2 nights and they only authorized our key for one night. The staff was very helpful getting it corrected. Its a decent holiday inn express. The only drawback was pool was really small and the second day i went to get in hot tub at 2pm and there were cigarette butts in it, so clearly nobody keeps an eye on it. This was a nice hotel. We thought the hotel was in town, so luckily we spotted it overlooking the highway before town. The room was definitely spacious enough for the 3 adults and 1 child we had in one room. And the staff was very helpful with recommendations when asked.

I booked this hotel under the impression that it was located downtown next to the courthouse, which was stated in the advertisement. The Holiday Inn Express is located off the may road leading into Tombstone. If you are not paying attention, you will miss the Randolph Way turn. The maintenance was poor. The toilet lid was not the correct one which seemed […] to wanna fall off each time it was used. The shower head had thread tape exposed. The AC motor had an irritating high pitched sound at night. Thus i didnt get much sleep. On day 2, the doors keys failed to work. The front desk clerk claimed that if we stored them near our cell for or next to our own credit cards, they would lose there code. Really? Arent they suppose to be carried like credit card? Also, our room was not cleaned for our second night stay. Thus we had dirty sheets and towels. And lastly, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. 더 보기

it appears to be a relatively new but stripped down version of a holiday inn express. on the plus side, it's a HI express, so no surprises and it was definitely the nicest hotel in tombstone. on the negative side, very cookie cutter, not a lot of personality to set it apart from the generic HI express. also no elevator (?!)

Adequate. Greeted by very scruffy receptionist. No bar. Had to use car every day to get into Tombstone.

Never go to this hotel in the summer months. A/C units are turn off before check-in, meaning the rooms are much hotter than the 100+ temperatures outside. It took took 6 hours for our room to reach a level of coolness where we weren't sweating. Forget about cooling off in the pool, it was like jumping into a tepid bath, not to mention layer of dirt […] on the bottom and the numerous beetles and wasps dead and alive on the surface. I stayed at this hotel in April and found it pretty decent. But I will never go there again. Once again, **Never go to this hotel during the summer!!** I checked out a day early, gladly surrendering a refund fee, to be able to see this Holiday Inn in my rear view mirror. 더 보기

Room was fine, but A/C took a while to cool the room down. Biggest problem was pool, since they didn't take time to keep it clean, scores of bodies of dead cockroaches had drifted to the bottom. I would have thought it may have been a good idea to clean that up. The hotel was fine overall, just don't plan on going for a swim.

Your standard Holiday Inn Express - nothing to complain about, and nothing too special either. The spa + a dip in the pool make a big plus at the end of a summer day in Southern Arizona, regardless of the beetles (tons of them!) and even if the pool is much smaller than it appears on the pictures. I had never been to Tombstone and wasn't sure what to expect. The newness of the hotel was a plus to me. We had an excellent 2 night stay there. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good and the beds and pillows were comfy. The pool and spa were clean also. A+ in my book

I think that this hotel should have lowered their prices due to the ongoing construction. The end door actually fell off while we were going in one night and my husband had to hold it until they could find someone to fix it! Hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed at this location during a trip to Tombstone, AZ. The room was quiet, clean & comfortable. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, so we ate in Tombstone (the food was great). The morning was good, cheese omelets, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, milk, etc. […] It was about a 5 minute drive from the hotel into downtown Tombstone, and the town had plenty of free parking. The hotel does not have wireless connectivity and they only had 14 connection cables, so they were out already when I asked. They do not have a gym either, they send you to the back of the hotel to a "trail", with broken blttles and dumped sofas. Definitely not staying there again.

The continental breakfast was exceptional. Room was very clean. Manager and staff were most accomodating in preparations for our trip and early check in and anything else we needed once we got there. One complaint I have is that for the coffee maker supplies in the room only one cream and sugar packet was left for 4 cups in the room which was inadequate […] and I had to go down to the breakfast area to bring back items. 더 보기

Very convenient to all local attractions, quiet and peaceful surroundings, decent breakfast menu, courteous staff. Contacted front desk to inform them tv remote was missing batteries and back cover. Desk personnel stated manager had not gotten around to placing order for replacement batteries. Minor issue.

Stayed here on an overnight visit in Tombstone. Hotel was nice, room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was nice and had several got items o choose from. Worked out nice considering there isn't much around the area open early. Easy to find, would stay here again.

Was a great place to stay

The hotel was clean, but the rooms were small, almost too tight. The shower smelled like mildew and the coffee pot was missing parts and did not work. The breakfast buffet was adequate but did not have many healthy options.

First off, it's great to see your hotel when coming into town, as there's no getting lost coming in from the North. Once you've checked in, you can take a dip in the heated pool or head across the Hwy to Boothill Cemetery. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds were flat and comfy. After dropping out for a few hours into old town, you can hop […] back to the property in 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes hoofing it. Had no security issues and access to everything was great. This was everything you would expect from a holiday inn express. Clean room and comfortable bed with good rates and breakfast. It is located just outside of tombstone so it is convenient to that city, bisbee, and kartchner caverns among others.

This was probably the newest, cleanest hotel in the area. While it is within "walking distance" to Tombstone it requires a walk along a busy highway where the shoulder is not very large and cactus are everywhere. Good location, and good breakfast included. I can truly understand the need for handicap rooms but my party was not handicaped and I paid for this room in advance, but yet I was put in a handicap room. When we check in one of the bath towels was on the floor. Since there was no bath tub water ran over the entire bathroom floor from the use of the shower. Using out shower shoes, when walking on […] the floor the floor was very sticky and you could see the dirt or the discoloration of the dirt on the floor.
