Best sleep in a while. Walls are a little thin, otherwise a clean comfortable stay.

hotel is basic,but the staff is very eager to help and friendly.

Due to last minute booking, location and lowest price, I was willing to overlook springs i could feel in the mattress, the long hair clinging to the hairdryer, and the curly ball of hair stuck to the shower curtain. To a certain degree, you get what you pay for, I get that. My biggest issue with the "Econo" is this: When I realized after checking out […] that I left behind my North Face fleece jacket, specifically on the back of the desk chair in the room, I called the hotel and the desk attendant was less then helpful in locating my lost item. His quick check of the lost and found came up empty and he suggested that I call back after 11am the following day (when i would be long gone) to check with the housekeeping staff. Granted he said they could ship the jacket if found, but i was still in town at that moment. I pressed the issue, and asked him to check with the new occupant of the room, among other suggestions, indicating that i can come right back. His reluctant response was "give me 2 hours and if I have time, I'll see what i can do, and call you back." After about 1.5 of waiting I decided to return to the hotel. The desk attendant said that they've looked everywhere, and even spoke to my room's new occupant and nothing was to be found (thanks for the drive-saving phone call to tell me this). I explained that it was a $100 jacket that i had left behind, it has to be here somewhere, i would really like to have it back. He said you can still call back tomorrow, and speak to housekeeping. So I left town, jacketless, and called the next day as was suggested. After a new, 10-minute search by the new desk attendant, i received a call back telling me sorry, but no jacket. I stayed over one night between a two day training I had in Florence MA. I was a little concerned about the location, not being familiar with Hadley, but it wasn't a long drive and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were several places to eat and shop (a whole foods market, panera, barnes and noble and several restaurants) near the hotel. […] I was also pleased with the comfort of the bed. Too often I wake up in hotels with a soar back and neck, but I didn't that night. What was less then ok was the "free breakfast". It was really limited to various unappetizing carbs and there was no place I saw to sit and eat (the food was by a wall in the lobby). I will probably stay here again though because besides the breakfast it was comfortable and clean. 더 보기

This was my first time ever in any hotel. I was pleased and would not hesitate to use that hotel again in the future. It was clean, very convenient and had friendly staff. Thank you for making my first time a good one...lol

Very accommodating to my husband who is physically handicapped. We needed a refrigerator to store his meds, and they complied willingly and even added a microwave.

Clean room, friendly staff,convenient location to colleges. Quiet heating system a plus - no vents blowing on and off all night. Breakfast - cereal, bagel, toast. I would stay here again.

Hotel staff was sooo nice! Clean hotel, clean room. Bathroom looked renovated, very nice. Small room, but nice. Bed, not so comfortable...Nice pillows :)

Very simple hotel. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. We like it so much we went back 4 days later. It's perfect for an overnight stay.

You get what you pay for. Blankets and sheets did not fit the bed. Had 3 different rooms within 3 hours of checking in. No hot water in first room. 2nd room had a noisy "vent" located under our window which ran on and off constantly. We finally requested a "front" room facing the street. With the windows closed and a fan on in the room you can't hear […] the traffic. No refrig in room. Very convenient location though to all major roads and attractions. 더 보기

Basic hotel somewhat dated rooms with old carpet. Clean room nice big bed , but too firm mattress.

Stayed here while visiting UMASS-Amherst and it was a great choice. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and bed sooo comfortable. It was located near tons of shopping a lots of restaurants. I would recommend highly and I would stay again if in area.

It was a good hotel with decent bed/bath and even the indoor swimming pool was nice (if a bit overdone on chemicals). It was in the middle of no-where between Amherst and Northampton which left it convenient to nothing, except for the Whole Foods, which was right behind it. But, with a car, you can get everywhere easily enough.

It was fine. There was no nightlight in the bathroom, bring your own.

I am missing $52 but have no way of knowing when it came missing. It was in a baggie in my grandaughter's suitcase. Therefore I have some doubt of integrity of service.

the hotel was very nice. The only issue we had was with the traffic pattern to get into the hotel. The drivers in the area were not very happy when we made a left turn into the hotel. Got a lot of nasty looks and beeps on the horn. Otherwise, it was a very nict stay.

Great location. Coffee and doughnuts are right next door. Mall is just behind the hotel. (Wal Mart). Coffee at the continental breakfast was awful. Black mildew in the caulk around the edge of the tub. I reported is upon departure. People were great. A relative stayed 2 doors down the hall and she found no issues with her room except we did not like […] the fact that the heat-cooling control knob has been fixed so it does not move far enough to adjust the temp in the room. Both rooms were the same. The hallways and check in area was cooled by central air and I had to open my door to get some of their cold air. 더 보기

Close, to attractions, goo location to other amenities, clean room. Downside, hard to get temperature in room to be accurate.

The room was kind of dingy and the bottom sheet was too small and pulled off during the night. But perfectly adequate if the price is right.

I was pleasantly surprised by the econo lodge Hadley! The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location is very convenient - close to the center of Amherst and just minutes from umass. But most of all, i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful! They were great! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was bright and clean, a good value for the low price. We wish we had known there was a pool. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with directions to area locations, the large strip malls next door had a B&N, Old Navy, Walmart, etc.. as well as some fast food restaurants. The service was good. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet. It is located close to both Amherst College and UMASS Amherst. It was nice also to have many restaurants in essentially a walking distance. Right across the street is a great coffee place if you choose not to take advantage of the Continental Breakfast provided by the hotel.

hotel staff were accommodating, room was clean, good location (close to amherst and easy to get to campus).

the econo lodge hotel in hadley ma. is an excellent hotel would stay there again

We were visiting family in Belchertown and the hotel was a 20 minute drive. There's nothing else close so this wasn't too bad for the price. The rooms are small and located right next to a mall with bright lights all night and a fair amount of noise. The included breakfast left something to be desired. All in all this was an OK stay for 3 nights for […] the price but nothing to write home about. 더 보기

I have stayed here several times after a day at the Big E. The room was clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Will stay again.

This is a very nice hotel and conveniently located to the PARADISE CITY ARTS FESTIVAL. I like that very much. It makes it easy to get to the show efficiently and relax afterwards in the hot indoor pool.

The hotel was way overpriced, probably due to college move-in season. The WiFi really didn't reach my third-floor room.
