i stay here once a year and everyone is great

Overall very pleased with my staff for the 2012 Arnold Classic. Only downside was no continental breakfast...

Great hotel in wonderful location. My family and I went after the holidays to relax and unwind. Have stayed at this Courtyard before and would recommend it!

Adjacent to Easton shopping, clean and friendly, there was absolutely nothing to complain about at this hotel.

Came here on a short, one-night business trip. I had a great time with the bartender, but that part comes later in the review :) First of all, it's new...so everything smells like it was put there yesterday. The cabbie didn't even know that the hotel existed. The two things that I care about - shower head and mattress - were absolutely perfect! Staff […] was very attentive and the bartender...well, let's just say my dinner took three hours. Marriott's new look, the bar/restaurant and lobby make you feel right at home. When you're in Columbus, stop by here...there's a lot to do around the hotel, too. Restaurants, retail shops, nice walking areas...and it's all only about 10-15 minutes from the airport. Great place, perfect location to shopping and great restaurants within 3 blocks walking distance. The hotel staff is really good - they actually offered to drive me to the airport personally when the airport shuttle was late. Love the quick service restaurant in the lobby. Great menu options from breakfast to dinner without charging an arm and a leg. My […] only beef is one that is common for hotels in this price range - the a/c/heater unit is in the room (not central) and it is loud if you are a light sleeper. You can manage this by setting the room above (or below) what you need when you're not there and turn it off when you get into the room. 더 보기

WE had a great time at this hotel and in the Easton area. The hotel was "hip" and the service was fabulous. We have stayed in this area in the past and will do it again on our next Columbus stay.

Being close to the Easton mall was convenient. The price was a little steep, but overall, worth the billing. Shops, restaurants, and bars around the mall made it all an enjoyable stay.

the staff was very nice and accomodating. Conveniently located. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms quiet. only issues was an odd smell in the room.

NO water pressure in shower poor maintence of room , shower spout broken light switch over beds inoperative. very expensive for not usual marriot standard. no complimentary breakfast. would not stay there again.

Our stay at your hotel was great. Wish it could have been longer. We took our kids and our two grand children just to get away from home and relax. That is just what we did. I am a clean freak, so when I say that the hotel was very clean and the staff very good at their jobs that is saying something. If there would be one thing negative wich is very […] minor it would be that the lighting in the bathroom could be better. Was hard to put makeup on, and there wasn't any other mirrors in the room. The hotel was exactly as described online. It is just on the perimeter of the Easton Shopping Area and very convenient. The staff was friendly, room was clean and price was reasonable. I would stay there again for the comfort and convenience.

The Courtyard by Marriot in Easton is the perfect location for Easton shoppers. The room was very big and comfortable for a family of 4. The pool is small but was perfect for my little ones. Everything is clean and well kept. I would definately stay again!

Great walking proximity to Easton. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful, friendly staff. Great breakfast spread.

Great location, clean, very nice, staff was helpful and considerate. Everything was wonderful, except the wireless internet did not work for us. We got hotel staff to help, but it still would not work. We still had a great stay and loved the hotel.

This was a great location for our girls shopping weekend to Easton as it was only a short walk across the parking lot and you were already at the stores and Panera is one of the first places near the hotel so it is was a convenient option for breakfast. We booked two double rooms with pull out sofas to accomodate our group and on check in only one room […] had the pull out sofa. We called the desk to ask to change to a room that had the sofa and were told that we could not change rooms and the sofas were not guaranteed. I explained to them that I had called the hotel in advance to make sure that the rooms I was booking would have the pull out sofa and still got no where. I asked for a roll away for that room and was told roll aways are not allowed in double rooms. I saw other double rooms being cleaned around ours when we were taking our luggage in that had the sofas, it should have been simple to give us one of those rooms and clean ours for another guest. Just a warning bring an air mattress just in case if you are counting on the sofa. There is a charge for breakfast also. 더 보기

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend shopping getaway. Everything was within walking distance so we didn't waste any time driving around looking for a parking spot. The staff was so helpful-from printing out directions, providing a toothbrush, to allowing late checkout. We loved the water with lemon in the lobby. The pool was small and the room […] was nice, but nothing extravagant. The room was still expensive, but it was worth it because of the location. 더 보기
