the hotel was awesome clean, price, breakfast everything was really nice and i said that because i know i stayed in a lot o hotel before I'm always traveling and that hotel was very nice

This hotel more than met our needs as far as service and cleanliness. All of the front desk gals were super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was more than I expected and even through a morning rush, the staff made sure that everything stayed stocked for all guests to enjoy. Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Clean with a decent breakfast and very comfortable beds. Hot tub was not hot though. Otherwise, a nice hotel.

Close to the interstate but not noisy - had a 2 queen room with a sofa bed very big room Good breakfast -would stop again if in th area

A good rate brought me to this hotel just off of Interstate 10 near San Bernardino. The clean room and the great breakfast will bring me back. My only criticisms were that the TV had no usable guide feature, so you had to just flip channels and that there was only one washcloth in the room. Both were minor distractions to a great stay.

The Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Easy drive to Loma Linda Medical Center. I bought $26.00 woth the toiletries and left them in a Wal Mart bag in the bathroom. They were gone when i returned that evening.

right off the I-10 easy to find/ neighborhood was a little sketchy. always clean/always very helpful/good beds

The Hotel is under renovation, so the lobby was closed - no breakfast! But they gave me a voucher to eat at the diner next door, and it was VERY nice! My room was cozy and comfy, and very clean. Nice big refrigerator, and a microwave was a great plus. I am confident that once the renovation is complete, it will be fabulous. Recommended!

The Hotel in Colton was a convenient spot-close to freeways and family. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was outstanding!

I recently stayed here over night for an event that was going on at the NOS center. The room was really clean and the beds were really comfortable. They gave us plenty of towels and the free breakfast was actually good! Will stay here again.

I stayed at this Hampton for two nights. Colton is a nice little town with not much to do after 8 PM, but the hotel was very nice, safe and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and I did not have any major issues with my room. My only complaint was a firm mattress, but that's an issue with my personal taste so I can't hold that against the hotel. Perfect half way location for us to stop before heading farther north. Very clean, good food, nice staff! would stay there again and again!

The hotel workers were especially helpful and kind. The breakfast was outstanding!

Pretty smooth place to stay at. Clean beds and the Bathroom was as well. Good house service, such as breakfast at morning, and coffee makers inside the hotel. Theres also ice machines and sodas. All you need for a night or two.

The condition and cleanliness of the hotel is pretty good, considering the run-down industrial neighborhood. The noisy air-conditioning wall unit ruined it all. During my stay, it was 100+F and it was only a little less at night. I had to turn on the air-con but couldn't sleep due to the noise. I got up to turn it off, but it was too hot to fall asleep. […] Struggled the whole night, turning it on and off. The next whole day I was so tired. Never again. The waffle mix at breakfast was actually spoiled--it tasted sour. Not only is the hotel clean and confortable, but the free breakfast in the morning is the best that I have had while staying at different hotels.

This is the 3rd time my husband and I stayed in this particular hotel. We go to a music festival every year and return to this hotel after a long day of standing in the heat. It's clean, comfortable. Everything is nice. This year they offered a complimentary breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, etc)....free. Thank you!

The Hampton Inn in Colton, Ca was very nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms and hotel were clean. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool was great. I will plan to stay there again next time I am in the area.

The room is clean, and in good location for shopping. Breakfast is great with fruits and all.

My daughter was about to take a shower and after several minutes she came out to informed me that there was no hot water. I came down to the front desk and inquire about the issue and the only answer I received was that there was no hot water and that the service was going to be restored in the next 20 minutes. I got a very nice room rate. They always offer free internet and breakfast which i like. Room also had fridge and microwave.

This hotel was very nice, very quiet and spotless. It was full of guests and we hardly knew anyone was there until breakfast. The breakfast was good. Hot and plenty of choices of food items. This was a perfect place for our stay in the area. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked great.

my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Rialto was pleasant. Many people warned me about the neighborhood, but I felt safe even when arriving at 8:00pm. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint was the mattress was very uncomfortable and due to this I did not get a good night sleep.

Good deal for the price. We liked it!

This was an excellent experience. Hotel is very clean, swimming pool is heated. It was great. I would recommend and would go back to this hotel again. Breakfast was awsome.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean. Very comfortable beds, loved the soft pillows and comforters, definetely better quality mattresses and higher thread count sheets. The bathroom was small but had everything you would need. I like if you forget something they will have it at the front desk. The breakfast in the morning […] was awesome! Oh and if you are going to something at the National Orange Show Event Center, its literally a few minutes away. The neighboorhood was small and quiet, had a pizza place, grocery store, bar right across the street and mcdonalds and dennys also within walking distance. 더 보기

choose this again, for ease of travel, right off freeway, great beds, good breakfast, will stay here in future if traveling in this direction.

They have an awesome breakfast where you can make your own waffles!! The building and rooms were very clean, I even saw people wiping down the walls through out the day. I love the Hampton beds, its hard for me to have a good night sleep since I have back problems, however I slept like a baby (minus the all the crying).

We bookd a king suite and got to the room and it was a double queen. We were told we could move, I chose not to but when I asked about a price difference and the explanation as to why there wasn't one sounded like a complete run around.. The room was always clean and quiet even with a young girls soccer team staying on the same floor as us. There were […] two nails sticking out on the threshold between the carpeting and linoleum and when I reported it, the repairman was there and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Room was ready and I checked in with a friendly rep. Ony one problem, loud neighbors. I was awoken at midnight and I called the front desk. They called me back and alerted me to their actions taking my complaint very seriously. No other issues the entire week as I stayed five nights. It was a pleasure here. Breakfast good, service great.

Great hotel. General facility and our room were clean and service is friendly and quick. Stayed here for our visit to LA for Disneyland.
