The mattresses were a bit too firm, and the shower head was not adjustable (and clogged with scale - easily fixed - welcome to San Antonio water!), but overall the stay was pleasant. Counter and housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. Location is good - easy to get on the main routes to other destinations. Lots of nearby food and shopping.

I booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and roomy (king size bed) and was for a good price. I normally stay at full service hotels for business but this hotel had a convenient location and friendly service. It was a good experience overall.

Very pleased. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I slept better on their bed than I do on my own at home. Food was good for what it was. Hard boiled eggs and yogurt would have been nice additions but the breakfast was very acceptable.

The sheets in one of the beds had a yellow stain, one of the sheers courtains was ripped. The bathroom tub wasn't scrub well at the bottom & one of the walls paint job was done very poorly. The tv control didn't work as well.

My home A/C went out in late afternoon. Temps above 100 require cooling so I booked the hotel. It was nearby although access was somewhat hampered by road construction. This is a pretty decent hotel, but because of the construction on 281/1604 access to this hotel is very bad. I had to drive the wrong way up 281 just to get to hotel. Until construction is done, this is not a good location.

Breakfast was awesome . Great selection. The hotel provided a baby playpen for our infant so she was comfortable, and that helped so much. Late check-in was not a problem. Lots of places to eat nearby.

I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. The bed was so uncomfortable I am having lower back pains. The evening clerk was terribly rude and when I mentioned it to the nice clerk in the morning she said I wasn't the first one to complain... Why is he still there? Truly disappointing weekend.

I was happy to stay at a well known chain, which received great reviews. I was disappointed to walk in to a dimly lit, dungeon like hotel. The person behind the counter was friendly, and fast. It was extremely small, and stained. As was the toilet. When I ordered takeout from a well known chain, I called downstairs to ask if housekeeping could bring up some silverware. I was told that no one else was there. This was at around 830pm. I booked and received confirmation for 2 Queen non-smoking room... but got 2 Double instead ?? No big deal, I didn't complain. The only complaint I had was the smell of food being cooked on the 3rd floor and without ventilation in the hallways it was there to stay.

When I tried to check in, the girl behind the counter told me my mom was waiting for me in my room. I told her I was traveling alone and that my mom wasnt here. She kept insisting that she was upstairs in my room and had already checked me in. After arguing with her, she called the room and had accidentally checked someone else into my room. Motel was quiet and in a good location. Carpeting in rooms was old,dirty, and needs to be replaced. Rooms are ok in size sink is outside the bathroom. If you want a nice average hotel this will meet your needs but if you expect a little more than that then go elsewhere.
