This is a very basic Hotel and the Rooms are dark if you are on the ground floor with no outlook The purpose of our trip was to get to Ayers Rock and only for one night

The deluxe rooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located which is a bonus.

The room was basic but adquate. The front office staff were exceptional ... very good.

Hotel was clean and room comfortable.

I think that the Aurora is a good basic hotel, the layout is a bit odd, so for those with heavy luggage be prepared you may have to go through the car park to reach your room. The reception staff varied from being unhelpful to extremely helpful. This is a good reasonably priced place to begin or end your trips to the red centre.

The hotel brochure stated it was recently refurbished, but that wasn't obvious to me. Two double beds were jammed into our room, one blocking the sliding glass door that was the entrance to the room so that it was difficult to get large suitcases in. The carpet was stained, bedspreads were faded. The hotel backs to Todd Mall, Todd Mall, which is the […] main shopping/entertainment area in Alice Springs. However, to access it, we had to go through the hotel's restaurant, Red Ochre Grill. I came to believe this was for security purposes, as there are many vagrants who hang out on the mall (which we found to be a little seedy). The Red Ochre Grill restaurant was advertised as "award winning." I wasn't ready to try kangaroo or emu, and stuck to beef and fish. I appreciate fine food, and was underwhelmed with what I ordered. However, my two fellow travelers were thrilled with their corned beef in mustard sauce. The corned beef was lean and exceptionally tender. I wish I'd ordered what they did! 더 보기

This is not a 4 star hotel.

Dette er et eldre hotell med flere std på samme type rom. Er du heldig får du et oppdatert rom - er du ikke får du et gammelt rom. Det er MYE bråk i området om natten fra folk som raver rundt og politiet som rydder opp osv. Hotellets sterke side er betjeningen - de er hjelpsomme. Greit sted å være 1-2 netter, ikke mer. De er ærlige i oppgjør o.l.

Verkade något slitet, men de hade ansträngt sig och dekorerat med växter i handukspaketen. Annars fanns det vad man behövde inklusive kaffekokare och strykbräda med strykjärn. Bra sängar. Värdeskåp fattades. Läget var mycket centralt. Lite bråk bland aboriginer utanför på kvällen. Mycket bra restaurang med god frukost.

... mais devoir passer par le garage pour atteindre l'ascenseur, c'est moyen. Par contre, en passant par le restaurant, on se retrouve directement sur Todd Mall, très pratique. Grande chambre confortable, bons produits de bain. Mais le "balcon" est en fait une galerie donnant sur le resto, aucun intérêt.

Très bien placé à Alice Springs (sans doute le plus central). Menage insuffisant et tardif.

Unser Aufenthalt von insgesamt 3 Nächten mit einem Unterbruch war sehr positiv (im Gegensatz zu früheren auf Hotels.com gefundenen Bewertungen). Zimmer waren gross, bequem, sehr sauber und ruhig. Während unserer Tour im Red Center konnten wir auch die Koffer gratis einstellen. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
