Very rude at the lobby. Extremely overpriced. Bathroom is so small! Terrible!

Hotel Splendid is a medium class hotel with all comfort necessary but nothing extra. The single room has a larger than normal bed (approx. 120 cm wide instead of the usual 90), and a small but functional bathroom with only soap provided, no shower cap etc. The hotel is located at the corner of a more quiet and a main street, and a pub is on the ground […] floor. So one night it was a bit noisy for a short while, but altogether a quiet place. Its about 7 minutes walk from int west station and 15 min to int ost.( but there is a bus every 15-20 min.). staff at reception and restaurant were pleasant and helpful Generally clean room but toilet and bath is small and smells probably because there is no floor drain outlet for a good wet wash. Bed too soft and sinks in the middle, may cause backache […] .A little noisy from the nearby alley and road as had to open a window for ventilation at night(cool early June weather). Best to avoid in the heat of summer because there is no air cond. No tea or coffee making facilities. Has free wifi 더 보기

On a 2-week 6-hotel vacation, this was my favorite hotel. Well laid-out room and nice balcony. Nice ventilation too with opposing windows to allow air flow with windows opened. Nice window too that crack at the top.

We had a nice stay at Splendid Hotel. The tripple room was very spacious and clean, The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is quite convenient and walkable distance from both West and Ost station. Would suggest to add few more items in the berakfast menu.

Hotel is owned and managed by one family. All family members are interested in the guest's comfort. Nice hotel at a great location. Tourist office and ATM across the street. Bus stop very close by. I can recommend this hotel as we had a good experience.

Great location, nice breakfast, lovely staff.

This is very conveniently located hotel close to Interlaken West and in middle of main street. Comfortable large rooms for 2 adult and 2 kids. I would highly recommend this hotel to all visiting Interlaken.

Very friendly hotel staff. A decent hotel, close to the train terminal and restaurants. Definitely value for money.

I spent three nights here. The room and hotel were very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast quite adequate. My single room was small, but quite normal by European standards. The hotel is downtown, so very convenient for meals and shopping. Unlike some other reviewers, I found it very quiet. I will stay here again.

Very nice staff. They were extremely helpful. The rooms were adequate. Nice but not as nice as the pictures. The bathroom was tiny. The free internet was fairly fast. The free breakfast was OK but there wasn't a lot of choice. I did get to make my own eggs and there was coffee so I was fine with it. We loved this hotel. This hotel had a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and bath facilities. The room was quaintly decorated but had a nice view over the planes and we even had a nice view of the Mastif and Jungfrau. Great location for the town, about 10 minute brisk walk from the Train station but, it was centrally located in the tourist district. […] Very pleasant staff. Nice eating facilities with a nice bar downstairs that did not disturb us because we were 2 floors up and it was the off season. Very happy. This is an excellent hotel amongst the shops and restaurants of Interlaken. The room facilities were good and the breakfast facilities were excellent.

Unfortunately our Bathroom was filthy and mold-infested. The key system is very strange, you have to change your room key into a hotel door key when going outside, if you forget it and come back after 2 a.m. the hotel will be closed !!! Friendly staff and good location.

The view from the room we were assigned was straight out of a postcard - we were looking right out onto the Jungfrau! I really liked the big open windows and the balcony and the fact that the room itself had a real 'Swiss' feel to it. We later reported an issue with a musty smell in the room, and they immediately offered us another, even larger room […] with just as nice a view. I loved the included breakfast - several different types of breads, cheese, cereal, jams, yoghurt, juices and meat to choose from. Outstanding Hotel for the money. Good location with views of the Jungfrau from some rooms. Most of the rooms in front side of hotel have balconies. Extensive breakfast buffet included in bright, open room. Friendly, 3rd generation family run hotel. Attached pub with reasonably priced drinks and snacks.

For me, Hôtel Splendide was a great value and an extremely pleasant place to call home base for a few days in breathtaking Interlaken. First, the friendly, welcoming, multilingual staff made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the lobby. If you want to be in the middle of Interlaken, this is the place. If you want to be more out of town in a quieter spot, this is not the right hotel for you. We had a large room with a balcony overlooking the main street of Interlaken. This is great if you want tom be in the middle of the activity. The hotel is also located within 15 minute walking distance […] of Interlaken Ost train station where all the Jungfrau, Wengen, etc. trains depart. It is closer to the Interlaken West station. If coming by train, get off at Interlaken West and walk to the hotel. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was small by USA standards but usable. You will hear street noise in the room if that is a concern. It all depends on who decides to drink all night and party on the street. In our two night stay, the first night had some party people on the street, the second night was quiet. You will probably have your windows closed anyway and for us it was not a big issue. ホテル周辺にはレストランや土産物屋などがあって便利です。スタッフも親切、東駅に行くのに便利なバスの無料乗車券をもらえます。（バス停はすぐ近くのヘーエ公園前） 1階はパブになっています。

Hotellage eignet sich für alle Aktivitäten im Berner Oberland. Frühstück ist gut. Frühstückseier kann man selbst kochen oder braten.

Das Hotel Splendid liegt mitten im Zentrum von Interlaken. Die Hotelzimmer sind einfach aber zweckgemäss eingerichtet und reicht vollkommen aus. Die Zimmer verfügen über kleine Balkone mit Blick in die Hauptgasse. Die freundliche Bedienung und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet runden den gesamten Eindruck des Hotels positiv ab.

Zentral gelegen. Dusche/ WC etwas eng, aber üblich bei nachträglichen einbauten. Keine Fernsicht im Zimmer. (war Z.3X) Saubere Zimmer und frisches Frühstück - Kaffe und Tee im Krug. Wir waren zu zweit und nur eine Nacht hier. Gesammteindruck: empfehlenswert.

La habitación fue excelente, muy grande y bien decorada. El hotel queda a unos 10 min caminando desde la estación de trenes, los alrededores son buenos con varios restaurantes. En general, un buen hotel, recomendado

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Die Möbel waren leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und das kleine Badezimmer hätte auch einmal eine Renovierung notwendig. Alles andere war o.k.

Das Hotel Splendid liegt superzentral in Interlaken. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen (wie viele Hotels in Interlaken). Bei genauerem Hinsehen bräuchte auch die Fassade einen neuen Anstrich (abblättender Lack am Fensterrahmen etc.). Insgesamt funktionell, aber von innen ohne Charme. Das Personal ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. […] Zum Teil schien es aber weder Deutsch noch Englisch zu verstehen. Im Frühstücksraum brennt am Morgen ein Feuer im Kamin, was grundsätzlich schön wäre, wenn der Rauchabzug funktionieren würde. So hat man nach dem Frühstück das Gefühl, wie ein Räucherwürstchen zu stinken. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist dafür reichhaltig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. 더 보기

Gut, sauber, freundlich. Laute schummrige Bar. Einige Instalationen Amateurhaft (Badezimmertür, Bettumrandung). Insgesamt gut.

Olimme tilanneet 3 hengen huoneen ja saimme viimeisestä kerroksest apartment tyyppisen kahden huoneen sviitin keittiönurkkauksineen! ja tilavine kylpyhuoneineen. Todellakin hintansa väärtti!

部屋の窓からユングフラウの山が見え、前の公園はパラグライダーの着地ポイントになっている為ステキな景色が楽しめます。3泊しましたが、目の前のCOOPでワインを買い景色を楽しむことができました。

Die Zimmer waren für den Preis gut. Einziger, aber ekliger Minuspunkt: Der Badzimmereimer hatte noch Abfall, Haare etc. drin! Mein Zimmer war relativ gross. Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nettes Pub im Hotel. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Piuttosto mediocre, prezzo elevato per quanto viene offerto. A pianterreno vi è un ristorante con ambiente da osteria di paese.

Location is good and the bathroom very good, but the mattress is very bad (i dont like this mattress)
