The hotel had no problem changing our room when we mentioned that we had a dog in attendance.

I had to buy my own extra strength Febreeze to freshen up the room. It took more than half the bottle (I did have to spray for both days of my stay), but it did help a lot. The hotel personnel were really nice though. No free breakfast, but I did have a microwave and fridge in my room, so that helped. We made a reservation to stay here as it was the only hotel with any availability on Homecoming weekend. They turned away 2 people in the checkin line in front of us since their pre-arranged reservations had been done incorrectly and they didn't have room. The brand new front desk girl was trying hard but didn't have any backup or resources. We had […] a room but there was a computer glitch that wouldn't let her check us in. We waited in the lobby for 90 minutes while she tried to figure it out. Then we finally got to the room around 10pm and there was a puddle of standing water on the bathroom floor. The same front desk girl brought us extra towels but they had no plumber, no other rooms, and there were no other hotels available. So we wore our shoes in the bathroom. TV did not work,no WiFi in room

The room lacked an alarm clock and you had to get a code to work the remote for the TV. What's with that??????No breakfast except coffee!!!What's with that?????Rug between beds had sticky feet to it.

Old hotel, had an "old odor" to it, unable to get microwave(didn't have enough), room was clean, beds not too bad, no breakfast avail, coffee and micro only in lobby, "wired" internet access in room, huge pool with decent shallow kiddy pool, would stay again for very short stay only1 maybe two nights, would recommend if looking for something clean, […] low budget, pet friendly. 더 보기

We were happy to have a clean place where we could stay with our dogs. People were nice and it was decent, certainly didn't worry about getting into the bed. Cleaner than some of the other dog friendly places where we've had to stay. Nice area too. Ellensburg is very interesting. friendly staff, conveinient location. Paid half of what our relatives paid aat anotherr location .

Under construction for renovations, restaurant closed. No fan in the bathroom. Great pool, continental breakfast had a good variey. We would definitely stay there again.

This place had a hot breakfast made to order. It was so nice having eggs, bacon and hash browns. The locaton is close to everything and the staff was great , especially the lady cooking the breakfasts. She worked so hard I don't know how she did it.

This hotel is a decent example of the basic hotel experience. The Front lobby looked nice, the staff was very curtious, but the rooms lacked any flair. The exteriour of the main buildings looked rather old and crusty, but as I say the hotel seems to be under remodel, so that may be changing. AS for the room, it was comfortable and had all the basic […] ammenities to be expected. Bed was firm and comfortable, everything else clean and ready for use. I do recomend the restaraunt inside the lobby, it has a good steak, and the food protions are worth the price, which is reasonable. Overall had a good experience here. 더 보기
