There was water dripping from the roof. The floor was wet. The room was smelling of moisture really terrible.it was an unpleasant stay.

Amazing location, food and staff. Best trip ever.

In short, 2 adults two kids 11 and 8, had a great stay everyone enjoyed themselves. We stayed there because of the affiliation with Atlantis, but love the fact that comfort suites offered other options for sightseeing outside of what Atlantis offered. The rooms were great clean and everything we needed was there. We had wireless everyday and all the […] staff was very friendly, it was our first time in Bahamas and every question and query was answered with a smile from the staff. When we wanted to eat outside of Atlantis all the suggestions were great and more than reasonably priced considering how expensive the island is. Great suggestions on how much taxi cab rates are to various areas. One thing that made us laugh is all the stag over exaggerated on how much time it takes to drive and walk anywhere. Great place to eat was poop deck and we were told it would be about 45 min to walk back and it was only 15! Definitely will be staying here again next year. Eating suggestions that really helped us out financially was getting a big meal for dinner, and having left overs the next day for lunch. Atlantis has no issue with you bringing in a lunch. That saved us about 50.00 a day. Negatives are not on the beach but close enough to Atlantis to not really matter. Other than that we really can't find any reasons not to stay. We are a typical middle class family who really wanted good value for our vacation dollar an we certainly got that. 더 보기

Comfort suites was a nice place to stay. It had a nice breakfast buffet and was located just perfect for our needs.

The one and only reason to stay at this hotel is for budget-friendly access to Atlantis. It was very conveniently located for Atlantis and it was easy enough to get a wristband each day for the water park, etc. The hotel and room were clean enough, but it's definitely a budget place that isn't quite keeping up with the necessary maintenance. Our shower […] rarely had hot water (it was warm, but basically never hot) and the drain was backed up. We called and they came promptly to try to fix it, but whatever they tried had no impact at all. Staff were friendly, but the paint is peeling in the corners so just know what you're getting into and if you don't plan to spend much time in the room, it's probably fine. Other items: The room itself was large for 2 people - king size bed plus a separate love seat/coffee table area. Despite lots of people walking up and down the hallways, we never heard noise once our door was closed. Breakfast was totally standard continental: cold cereals, yogurts, plain bagels or toast, plus one pan of scrambled eggs (that's the hot breakfast portion). The pool at the Comfort Suites is open until / after 6pm, which is nice if it's warm out still as Atlantis closes at 5pm. 더 보기

Everything was great except the breakfast. The staff are friendly, very helpful, very polite. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The only thing that could have been improved would have been the breakfast. There was plenty of it but it wasn't great quality.

This hotel definitely made our vacation. Warm helpful staff and the right location at the right price.

Requested to be in the newer rooms and was told that all rooms have been updated. Didn't seem to be the case. Bathroom and cleanup area fixtures were very old. Even openings by the shower head. Sliding door glass window curtains were hanging on a track that was coming out of the ceiling. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Have stayed here three other times. It is in close proximity of the Atlantis however this time we were disappointed by the trouble it was to obtain a wrist band from the Atlantis. Past visits you could go to any towel hut. They have now changed that & wrist bands for Comfort Suites guests can only be obtained at one […] location which was hard to find. We kept asking Atlantis employees & kept getting directed to different places. When we finally found it, we had to stand in line with about 50 people from other hotels & cruise ships to get the wrist band. This wasted a good amount of time. The hotels redeming factor is that it is so close to Atlantis with the Aquaventure included in the cost of the stay. The staff was not helpful and at times downright rude, that manager di dnot follow-through on what was offered. The breakfast was the same every day and after day two of the same thing it was not interesting at all. The advertisement […] of "Kids eat and stay free" was extremely deceptive. When you arrive to find out that there is only one lunch option and two dinner options, one of which is a 15 mintue walk away we were very disappointed and wound up spending more on meals than expected. The service defintely operates on island time as it took ans hour and a half to get an extra blanket in the room one night and two trips to the front desk for extra pillows another night. The hotel is having renovation done and the room initially assigned to us had a hole in the bathtub, when asked ot exchange for a new room, it could not be until the next day, when we also had a room that obviously had a patch in the same place where the hole was in the tub in the other room. So renovations on the whole were not impressive. Next time will most likely bite the bullet and pay theh extra to stay at Atlantis itself. 더 보기

Good location , near Atlantis, and free access to Atlantis, but hotel service can be improved more, for our room, after 2 people taking shower, the hot water is not hot anymore, complained several days, everytime was promised fixed, but next day same issue. To be fair, they do offer room change after 2 days, but it was already only one day left for […] us. And they do also offer another hospitality room for me to taking shower. 더 보기

This is my second time staying here and I've enjoyed both stays. It is in the perfect location and the rooms are very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Looks like it is part of Atlantis, but it is not. So you will be able to walk to every Atlantis amenities without spending all your money just in one room. However if your package do not include meals, get ready to spend a lot of money just in food, because everything on the island it is very expensive. Across the street from Atlantis. Easy walk. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast buffet. Take advantage of the one by the swimming pool. Safe neighborhood. Easy walk to local shopping/dining area. Take a walk around the marina. We would go back again.

Basically a 2-3 star hotel whose claim to fame is being across the street from Atlantis. Cant beat the location, but if not for Atlantis, this is a sub-par hotel.

clean, comfortable hotel and great value for location and access to all of Atlantis facility. Better breakfast than i expected with hot items also seved. Had dinner there and good value for money for what is available in that neighborhood. I would recommend for families.

The Comfort Suites in Paradise Island gives you a great location & oppurtunity to visit & use the Atalantis property but at an affordable price. The hotel staff is friendly & the accomodations are spacious. We stayed in the newer end of the hotel. This was our second trip to this property & we had nothing but a possitive experience each time.

Don't bother staying at Atlantis; stay here, save more than a few bucks on accommodations, and you can still walk across the street to use the facilities at Atlantis. The staff was incredibly helpful - unlike the cashier at the casino at Atlantis, who refused to exchange Bahamian dollars for U.S. dollars (the Comfort Suites folks did it gladly). The […] place is clean, the beds comfortable and the continental breakfast is fine (hey ... it's a continental breakfast, not a buffet). My only gripe: We had to get a second room because we're a family of five. We could have easily fit all five into the room with two doubles and a pullout. Saved lots of money by staying here instead of Atlantis. You can access all the amenities of Atlantis by just showing your Comfort Suites card. You only stay in your hotel room to sleep, why would you stay in a room that's a couple of hundred dollars more per night? Recommended for families with kids...also free breakfast everyday. Nice hotel. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Atlantis then this is the place. Caution though if your room faces Paradise Island Drive, it can be really noisy at times. Lots of horns honking, etc.

Wonderful location if you want to visit Atlantis & save money. A nice clean facility that could use some updating but you cannot beat the value. The included breakfast was excellent & the location by the Marina plaza & Atlantis for other eating options were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but service & quality of food at the outside restaurant […] was really poor. Did that only once & learned our lesson well. Two friends and I were on a cruise and booked a room at the CS mostly for the passes to Atlantis. It works out to be much cheaper for the all day Atlantis all-access wristbands than the boat excursions, and that's mainly why we did it. We never actually made it to our room, but the front desk person was friendly and gave us our cards immediately to […] go to Atlantis and get our wristbands. Our room wasn't ready yet and we just decided to keep enjoying Atlantis rather than go back to it. Atlantis was amazing! It is a bit of walking, but not much more than you would walk if you were staying at one of the main resorts. The place is HUGE and the CS is right next door. Sorry I cannot evaluate the rooms but for our needs, it was perfect and Atlantis was well worth the price of the room for the day. So much fun and so unique. Would do this again for sure. 더 보기

Complimentary breakfast was very nice...more fruit would have been nice. The set up of the food and toaster needs to be rearranged. The placement of the toaster caused a bottle neck....it needs to be placed over by the pastries instead of near the beverages. Located just across the street from Atlantis, the Comfort Suites is a low cost (so set your expectations accordingly) option for Nassau. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was mediocre at best...but the cost difference vs the Atlantis made it worthwhile. We'd go back!

The hotel is close to Atlantis and you get free pass to see all the attractions in Atlantis, that is the benefit of staying in the hotel. Break fast is ok. Not a bad place. Just seems to be less than what you expect being next to the Atlantis. But the price difference makes up for it. Nice little pool bar. Rest of place is basic.

This is a terrific hotel. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. It had a small fridge and coffee maker that we used daily. Our room literally overlooked the entrance to Atlantis. Comfort Suites Paradise Island is a bargain with free continental breakfast and free access to all Atlantis facilities (water park, the Dig, casino). Atlantis entrance is right across the street. Comfort Suites free WiFi is a bonus (must get free passcode). Safe available in room for modest fee (for passport, cash, electronics). Room well-used but clean. […] Hotel layout took a few days to master (no interior stairways, you have to go outside to go up or down floors). Restaurants: Anthony's nearby has good food, a little pricey; Atlantis restaurants probably have exceptional food and probably very pricey; look for Viola's, a long walk around the block, open-air bar-restaurant with modest prices. Water taxis from Paradise Island (foot of bridge) to Prince George Warf in Nassau are fun, cheap, rickety boats. If you have the time, walk down to Cloisters on Paradise Island and adjacent Versailes Gardens. Quite a sight of antiquity that pops up out of all the modern condos, resorts and private homes. Weather changes can affect your planned activities on any given day, so always have a Plan-B ready. High winds and turbulent sea postponed my snorkeling trip, but I got it in the next day. Wouldn't want to try the water taxi that day either. On a day of heavy rain, I decided to go use the Atlantis water park (what difference would rain make?). Go and have fun. 더 보기

This place is outstanding. The rooms were spotless and the location was wonderful...right next to Atlantis Paradise Island and a stone's throw from the ferry launch into Nassau. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and I was even permitted to check in about 5.5 hours early as my red-eye from the West Coast got me in early in the morning. They […] have no idea how much that meant to me. Guests of this hotel also enjoy unlimited, free access to all that Atlantis has to offer. You get what you pay for - I needed to be on Paradise and this was the best alternative. Sure there are stains on the tile floor but the room was clean and comfortable. The hallways were not super clean and there were some smells as you walked down them but the breakfast area was clean, well organized and well stocked. This Hotel promises all Atlantis access for half Atlantis prices, and that's exactly what they deliver. It's literally across the street, and Atlantis is so huge that this Hotel is closer to some parts than some of their own lodgings are. The place was very nice and clean, very well airconditioned, with a decent continental breakfast in the mornings. […] There's a small shopping/entertainment area across the street. The Comfort Suites is across the street from Atlantis and guests have access to all the facilities of Atlantis at half the cost. The rooms are spacious and the complimentary breakfast was just fine, especially for families with lots of kids.

The part of the hotel we stayed at was very nice, the newer wing. There were other parts of the hotel though that had a bit of a smell and seemed a little tacky. The continental breakfast was good but needed more room for seating. A lot of people had to take their food back to their room. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful in deciding what sites to see in the Bahamas. The hotel is not as nice as the Atlantis but you have full access to all the amenities of the Atlantis and you save a great deal of money. I would definitely stay here again...hopefully, sooner than later :)
