The noise from the highway was too loud. The kids were talking loud in the hallways after 12 midnight. Do not request a room on the side of the highway. Overall a good stay

Spacious room. Plenty of closet and storage space. Convenient to where we were visiting. Full breakfast and happy hour every day. Staff very accommodating.

Only complaint we have - we were traveling with our granddaughter we left both the bed and the pull out couch made up to reuse the linens we did however drop our towels on the floor. We recieved new towels but no soap or shampoo. We try and treat your hotel as we would treat our home but we were disappointed when staying there for two nights we all […] used one small slice of soap..... 더 보기

My girlfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to a mini getaway. While there is not much to do in this area, the rooms alone were enough to elicit a recommendation. The rooms were very large, modern, and clean. Complete with a kitchen and large couch, the multiple rooms made this hotel seem more like a house than a hotel. For the Hyatt brand, I though this hotel was little below their standards. Rooms had pretty strong odors (I asked to be switched from the first one) and seemed to be very outdated compared to similar rooms from competitor companies.

We had a problem with a noisy and profane neighbor once we addressed it with the front desk they took care of it, moved us to another floor and made sure we were satisfied. High marks for the front desk and management acting quickly for our comfort.

The people were very nice. The room was exceptionally clean with the exception of just very few small things on the carpet floor next to the couch. Bathroom was very clean which was an amazing thing.

The suite layout was perfect for kids and if we had stayed longer the kitchen would have been great for making breakfast.

Great hotel! We will definitely be back. The front desk was very helpful and the room was fantastic!! My only suggestion is perhaps to install sleep number beds as the bed was pretty hard for me. My only other suggestion is to lower the pet price just a bit. :) Thanks for a great stay!!!

This hotel is great. We've stayed here 3 times already and every time, the room is clean and the staff is very nice. Also, the breakfast is pretty good. The hotel is located in the suburbs, so if you;re looking for downtown Philly, this is about 40 mins away. But for us it worls great! Plenty of free parking too...and its animal friendly

My family and I were very pleased with this hotel. Everyone was polite and the room was amazing. My husband and I visit Philadelphia three or more times a year from Ohio and after staying here, we both agreed that Hyatt House would be our top pick for future trips.

I stopped here with my family, late in the evening, on my way to my grandmother's house. I wasn't in the room long, but very comfortable. Room was easy to find while carry children and bags. If you are traveling in this area, you must stay. Any where else is worth it.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The gentleman that checked me in was great; they placed me on the first floor near a door so my pug puppy could be taken out with ease. The only complaint I had was that I woke to the sounds of vacuuming at around 8AM. We've stayed at this hotel several times and it is extrememly convenient to Plymouth Meeting and the surrounding area. It is also extremely clean and well kept. The staff is also extremely friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent hotel - Clean rooms, friendly staff and a spacious breakfast area unlike some of the competition. We were in for a weekend of Christmas Shopping at King of Prussia and this worked out great. We will definitely be staying here again.

The computers were not working when we checked in and I drove past it the first time because the sign was small and un lite but everything else was great. (except the bagels were hard )!

Had a 2 bedroom suite that was very roomy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the smell in the hallway was overwhelming. Luckily the room itself was fine. Convenience store items very overpriced. Nice place and I'm sure we will be back.

Comfortable, great breakfast too

We needed a family-friendly hotel close to my parents' house for an overnight stay the night before Thanksgiving. We found this hotel to be very convenient to the major highways in the area so it was easy to get to. Also, after a long day of travel, this hotel was very comfortable for us. The room itself was perfect for our family - spacious, quiet, […] and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. Being able to wake up to a free breakfast was very important to my family. There were many choices of items to choose from including hot breakfast items, too. Also, for a late night snack, there was a "pantry" to shop in located in the lobby with many items. I recently stayed in a 6 person suite at the Hyatt Summerfield plymouth meeting hotel. I found the rooms and common areas were kept very clean and in good repair. The staff was friendly and helpful. I slept very well except when our neighbors down the hall decided to bring their drunken nonsense to the hallway. This of course was not the fault of the […] hotel or staff and was quickly dispelled. We did find it interesting that our room was cleaned although we had a sign on the door requesting that it not be clean??? But non of our personal belongings disappeared so no harm no foul ;) Close to a nice mall and various eateries. I would definitely stay here again and recomend this hotel to friends and family. 더 보기

Stayed in suite for cheap price. Hotel was extremely clean and had friendly service. I shared the suite with 5 other people who were extremely impressed as well. I would def recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay, eventhough it was for just one name. Our suite was very nice and the beds are so comfortable! I loved that there was a full kitchen in the suite, with everything we needed to cook a meal if need be. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but the only downside was the food wasn't really hot and I didn't see a microwave in […] the dining area to enable us to warm up our food. However, they offered a very nice variety and the dining area was very nice. I would definitely stay there again! Actually my husband and I were talking about visiting the area again just to stay at the hotel for a weekend get-a-away! I believe anyone would enjoy there stay there becaues the bedroom suites are nice, the whole layout of the hotel is nice and the nightly rate was very reasonable for the accomodations. 더 보기

We make trips to this area a lot and ALWAYS stay at this hotel. We have never had a bad experience yet. If something was not as it should be, the staff immediately took care of it. Some of the other hotels in the area are cheaper (and even look nice online), but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Hyatt summerfield Suites to anyone. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with many features that help you to feel like you have a little piece of home.

Great hotel. The LCD TV in the living room is huge - loved it. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for three days with my family. The location was great for visiting colleges in and around the Philadelphia area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet plentiful and well maintained. The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable after a long day and we were able to find nice places to go to dinner. First time at a Hyatt and it was a great stay. The two bedroom was plenty of room for a family. Great hotel!!

We went with this hotel so our 2-year-old daughter could nap in the separate bedroom while we still had some freedom in the living room. All in all, it was a nice experience, but I wanted to list some pros and cons: Pros: (1) Individual climate control (2) Customizable housekeeping (none, towels and trash, full service) (3) Free appetizer buffet on […] weeknights had enough food to be our whole dinner Cons: (1) Our room looked out on the pool and the loud screaming children made it hard for our daughter to get to sleep before 10, when the pool closed (2) Breakfast was far from as expansive as they made it sound. We stayed 4 days and every morning was scramble eggs, scrambled eggs mixed with meat (bacon or ham), the same meat separately, and MAYBE french toast or waffles. Other than that, toasts (and one type of tasteless pastry), cereal, the same fruit salad every morning, or yogurt (3) The hotel booklet in our room said they had full-sized coffee pots available. The first time we asked the desk, they said they were all taken. The second time we asked, they said they don't have any (at all). (4) Dishwasher was really loud which meant the only time we could run it was when we were out (5) I hate bathrooms with the light switch on the outside, but maybe that's just me (6) Bedroom door was squeaky and the only way to access the bathroom was through the bedroom meaning we risked waking our daughter up every time we had to pee. 더 보기

Ensure you have a GPS and very specific directions to this hotel, then allow extra time as you're still likely to get lost. After one hour driving along Germantown Pike in both directions, we finally found the hotel. If we hadn't already pre-paid for three rooms, we would have found another hotel. As we checked in, the reception staff were telephoned […] by two other parties who were also unable to locate the hotel.
