Helpful staff that tried to rectify our complaint. the duvets and pillows were so lumpy that it felt like we were sleeping on and under molehills. they changed pillows and duvets twice.. with no change! i can not believe that such a huge chain has such poor standards of bed linen! was so dissapointed, it wsnt a cheap few nights away and i chose this […] hotel as have stayed in this chain before and was very happy on previous occasions. 더 보기

The hotel was stylish. The rooms are well-designed but maintenance could be better (carpets etc.). Front desk was friendly but understaffed. We did not take breakfast because it was overpriced.

Excellent hotel if you are going to a concert at the LANXESS Arena - 5 minute walk. Comfortable lounge/bar area. Very friendly staff

Excellent hotel. Only problem I had was paying 20 euro for overnight parking at the hotel.

Very nice clean buisness hotel. Very pleased with our stay. Rooms were stylish and comfy. Staff were all friendly and spoke very good english. Bit annoyed that we were not informed about the charge on using the car park but that is the only critisism. Great hotel.

Great Hotel. We went for the Cologne Marathon, and this was a perfect location for the expo and start/finish. The hotel kept our bags for us whilst running, and let us use the showers afterwards. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast and restuarant.

The Radisson Hotel in Cologne was fantastic ! Very modern, and stylish hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Cologne, Germany.

Location a good 20 - 25 minute walk from city centre, but rewarded with walk over the Rhine and vista of the Dom cathedral. Tram outside if you don't want to walk - if you do your homework shouldn't be a problem. Very hot room despit air conditioning on full blast. Yes it was hot outside but the most uncomfortable night of the year so far in terms […] of heat and the ice machine on the 6th floor didn't work which was infuriating under the circumstances. Service professional and breakfast buffet overall pretty good. On the whole pretty satisfied with stay. Professional hotel with Scandinavian style - makes a change from staying in American chains such as Sheraton / Mariott / Hilton. Free wi-fi very much appreicated and worked well in room. The rooms are very clean and functional and there is free broadband, which should be part of a business hotel's offering but most hotels still charge extra for it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Let me start off by saying that we had a fantastic time on our weekend getaway to Koeln. The hotel is fabulous and the food was very delicious..some of the best I ever had. The hotel is a 25 minute walk to the Cathedral as well. The negative aspects of the hotel were more centered around the service. Our room was missing the "extra pillows, bathrobes, […] and slippers". We called down to the front desk to get them and we waited for an hour and they never came. Then we went to dinner and came back and called again and finally they arrived. I called to schedule a massage for myself and my husband and when we went to our appointment they had forgotten to schedule it so the masseuse was not even in the hotel..so after we waited for an hour for him to show up we just rescheduled the next day. Lastly my husbands food took 2 hours to get from the restaraunt even though it was delicious. We got a discount on the hotel through a website and they have free Wi FI which is convenient and continental breakfast. Despite all the waiting I think we would go again. OK hotel and location really good if you go to Lanxess Areena. There are hard mattresses and hard mattresses but this one was rock hard and pillows and duvets were lumpy. Radisson is normally a good hotel but Cologne seems to be at the bottom.

Everything about this hotel more than met our requirements. Clean and fairly large room by european standards. Breakfast buffet excellant. Close to all public transportaion. We use a car and parking was an extra 19,00 Euro per day. Shower is weird and a couple of times we gave the floor a good soaking. Heated bathroom floor was great.

This hotel was situated in a great location. Street rail was a very short walk and highway access was great. Hotel is very modern and has all the creature comfort. If you find the hotel bar a bit expensive, you can walk next door to the Shell station and get some supplies for a good price. Highly recommend if you are going to the arena.

This hotel was in a perfect area, Staff was friendly and helpful, The rooms were clean and the Breakfast was the best one I've had at a hotel! I truly recommend this hotel! I'll stay there next time I visit Cologne!

Best hotel I ever stayed in.

Super Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Etwas weg vom Stadtzentrum jedoch einfach mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar und ruhig.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Köln. Das Hotel liegt Verkehrsgünstig und bietet ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer was sauber und gut geräumig. Bis auf das Bad mit der Badewanne war alles top.

Wir haben über Ostern zwei Nächte im Radisson Blu verbracht und ehrlich gesagt, bei dem Preis hatte ich Besseres erwartet. Die Zimmer, das Design etc. sind toll, keine Frage. Aber das man bei 4*+ mit Shampoo, Duschgel und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer geizt? Das habe ich bei weniger Sternen besser erlebt (und wir sind keine Shampoo-Horter!). Eine Lotion war […] gar nicht vorhanden. Im Hotelflur waren durch die stylische und indirekte Beleuchtung deutliche Staubbeläge an der Wand zu sehen. Stört mich persönlich nicht, möchte ich aber anmerken. Der Regner im Bad war stark verkalkt und regnete erstmal in so einige Himmelsrichtungen, nur nicht nach unten. Mit dem Frühstücksbuffet waren wir zufrieden wenngleich die Rühreier kalt waren (es gab ja auch Omlette nach Wunsch zubereitet), der Kaffee kam erst auf "Anfrage" obwohl wir als neue Gäste gesehen wurden. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum schien an diesem WE leicht überfordert, war jedoch immer sehr nett. Ebenso wie die Damen und Herren am Empfang. Mein Fazit: Nettes Design, qualitativ hochwertiges TV im Zimmer (wems wichtig ist), nettes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gute Betten incl. einer ruhigen Umgebung (keine Geräusche aus den anderen Zimmern). Die o.g. "negativen" Sachen sind mir aufgefallen, haben aber den netten Aufenthalt nicht beeinflußt (aber wozu schreibt man sonst eine Bewertung ;). Für den Preis fand ich jedoch die Sauberkeit und die eigentlich günstigen Nebenerscheinungen (Kaffee, Tee am Zimmer) etwas knausrig bemessen. Wir reisen viel und haben schon viele Hotels gesehen, mmhh, 4 Sterne +, nach unserer Meinung nicht, trotzdem ein tolles Hotel. 더 보기

Habe das Hotel für einen Konzertbesuch in der Lanxess-Arena gebucht. Die Nähe des Hotels zur Arena ist ideal. War nur für eine Nacht da, kann aber nur gutes sagen. Freundliche und entgegenkommender Empfang und gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Quando ho prenotato questo Hotel ero già sicura della scelta! Avendo già letto le recensioni dei clienti non vi era dubbio che l'hotel sarebbe stato impeccabile!! Ottimo design, le camere sono insonorizzate e si riposa benissimo! La colazione ricca e abbondante di tutto ed in continuazione viene aggiunto ciò che si consuma. Pesonale cordiale alla reception. […] l'hotel è ubicato un pò distante dal centro ma a pochi metri c'è la metro che passa ogni 3/4 min. All'arrivo, anche se avevamo già pagato on line tramite hotel.com, hanno chiesto la carta di credito ma solo come garanzia. Volete che vi indichi un piccolo neo? Mancava la TV italiana fra i programmi sintonizzati, abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno risposto che erano dispiaciuti, ma non potevano intervenire! Tutto sommato non è stato poi così grave! Het hotel ligt vlakbij een tram zodat je zo in het centrum ben. De wandeling van bijna 15 minuten is ook prachtig. Het hotel is modern en schoon. Het personeel heel vriendelijk en duidelijk. Absloluut een aanrader

We waren eerst bang dat het te ver van het oude centrum zou liggen, maar dat viel erg mee, en het goede OV zorgt ervoor dat je er zo bent. Sehr gute Lage für den Besuch der Lanxess-Arena (für uns wichtig, war auch extra so ausgesucht), und auch der Weg zur City ist schnell zurückgelegt.

Meget lækkert hotel, god beliggenhed i forhold til vores ærinde - Lanxess Arena - 10 min gang derfra. Svært at komme ind på hotellets område fra offentlig vej, ikke godt afmærket - selvom vi kunne se hotellet, blev vi ledt udenom og måtte køre stor omvej. Perfecte ligging mbt verbinding met het centrum van Keulen en treinverbinding via ICE naar andere grote duitse steden. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam hotelpersoneel. Ontbijt uitstekend. Airco in de kamer onvoldoende. Hotelrestaurant (Paparazzi) stevig aan de prijs, bediening kan beter.

Zeer confortabel hotel, vriendelijk personeel, ideaal gelegen voor beursbezoeken en ook maar max. 25 minuten te voet naar centrum.Geen goesting om te voet te gaan geen probleem want goede tramverbinding.Nette kamers en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Zeker een aanrader, ga nog eens terug.

vi har overnattet på dette flotte hotellet 2 ganger i forbindelse med et lengre ferieopphold i disneyland paris.Og vi gleder oss like mye hver gang.Maten er kjempe bra,og min sønn på 9 år synes at det er kjekt å se på når kokken tilbereder stekte egg.Personalet på hotellet er også meget god i engelsk,med tanke på at de fleste tyskere desverre ikke er […] det.Så dette hotellet kommer vi mer enn gjerne tilbake til.med vennlig hilsen en en norsk famile på 3. 더 보기

Radisson Blu i Köln ligger klods op af Messecenteret i byen. Det betyder at kvarteret er ....meget kedelgt og består af hoteller, kontorer og enormt store messebygninger, I weekenden er der ikke aktiviteter i messehallerne, og derfor super værelser til billige penge. U-bahn og bus lige om hjørnet, fantastisk park og zoologisk have i gå afstand. Hotellet […] stinker af klasse . . et mindre problem med antallet af sovepladser kunne umiddelbart ikke løses uden ekstra betaling, men tre timer senere var problemet løst - med en seng og et smil. Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet til klokken 12! Lider du af homofobi, så hold dig fra Köln i almindelighed og Radisson Blu i særdeleshed. På en eller anden mystisk måde var sengetøjet vådt, da vi kom i seng... Det giver et minus i regnskabet... 더 보기

Vi bodde der i to dager og hadde det veldig bra. Supert hotell og super service! Vil definitivt dra tilbake.

Fantastisches Designhotel in bester Lage zur Messe und Lanxess Area in Koeln! Wir hatten ein Business Class Zimmer, war fantastisch, super Fruehstuecksbuffet - definitiv 5 Sterne!

Das Radissen Blu liegt perfekt gelegen für Messe und Lanxess Arena Besucher. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das äusserst freundliche, hilfsbereite und kompetente Personal im ganzen Haus. Auf Wünsche wird sofort reagiert, Anliegen prompt erledigt. Das Ambiente sehr ansprechend und gemütlich. Wohlfühlatmosphäre! Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus.
