The stay was good. The room was average but the hotel staff was really helpful. I wanted to mention Craig as one of the most helpful people ever. He really took care of us and made sure that we got a very good service. Will definitely recommend the hotel to people looking to save few bucks and spend more time outside in the beautiful lake tahoe.

The room was so nice and relaxing as well as within walking distance of everything.

This place is OK. Staff was friendly. Seems like money that is spent in the hotel office would be better spent updating the rooms. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Leaky faucet dripped onto carpeting below...probably mold down there gross! Next time I'd probably spend a bit more for a nice room. But for the price I paid this was not u […] nreasonable. 더 보기

It was fine. Only reason I score low is because the pictures used online were of a totally different room than the one they gave us. Still pretty, but unexpected on a romantic get away for me and my bub. When telling front desk, they did nothing about it. Service is important to me.

Nice place but a bit odd check in system if late evening arrival.

An awesome oasis of solitude surrounded by all the beauty of the Sierra's.The outdoor spa is wonderful day or night.

My son, our dog and I have stayed twice at 3 Peaks and love it. Friendly staff, pets allowed and so cozy; fireplace, kitchen ad the beach 2 blocks away ;)

We fell in love with this place when we had our little Japanese Chin. Unfortunately you will be stuck with the barking and smell of 'poops' when you don't have a dog. We were placed on the third level (no elevator) between 3 other rooms. We didn't have a dog and there were barking dogs in all the other rooms. There were macademia nuts on the carpet, […] not ours. And I wish they's be a little bit more considerate of seniors, it's a long hike up the stairs to haul your suitcase and gear. We didn't sign in late and had a reservation way in advance so it would have been nice to have a more convienent room. Yes, we did say something but received a snide remark. 더 보기

I would say the amenities were minimal. We also didn't know that it was a pet friendly resort, let alone, one of the "most popular" pet friendly resorts in South Lake Tahoe. I am allergic to certain pets and it was clearly stated on either website. I would highly recommend to anyone with a pet!!

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. The room and bed were very comfortable. The property is easily within walking distance to stores, the gondola, and casinos...if you want. I really liked staying here. Even though it was twice as expensive as the place I normally stay, it had more to offer - so it was worth it. Close to the casinos and right by the lake, the location is killer. Good hotel but be careful booking the fireplace room. The smoke will overwhelm you as it is not very good ventilation. Beds are comfy. Wireless was spotty. Staff helpful although a bit reluctant to provide additonal pillows (only two in the room).

If you have dogs to take with you on a trip, this is a perfect place to go. Close to shops, casino's, etc. Place is super dog friendly. Even has a dog on the room key. But, watch out for the doggy dunk!

We spent a couple of nights here and it was very nice. Lots of people have their canine companions and everyone was having a good time from what I could tell. Room was comfortable and a longer stay would have worked as it came with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishes; will go back in the summer. The icicles are deadly!

Everything was fine except for the lack of internet access. We could connect to their wireless, but could not access the web. I asked the front desk about the lack of service and they could not tell me anything other than it should be working... We ended up tethering to our cell phone.

This is a great hotel. We have stayed here many times i the past with our dog. Always have had a great stay. This past stay we were disappointed for the first time because they were overbooked and changed our room. I had called the morning before we arrived to confirm the reservation but when we checked in the two bedroom suite was not available. They […] gave us two separate suites instead. Traveling with a 6 month old this was not a great option when Grandma was watching the baby while we went to dinner. Had to bring the baby outside in snowing conditions to return her to our room that evening. I am sure her crying woke everyone up. :( 더 보기

Super convenient location. Fabulous bed. Lots of room. Made for a really nice place to relax after a day of skiing. (The queen sofa was horrible, but they supplied a foam top mattress topper that made it bearable for my son)

People who love dogs are normally good people. This is what I experienced. The trip there was a bad one- breaking down on hwy 50- etc. The receptionist had a hard time keeping up with check in(s), phones and dogs. After that the stay was perfect. This is a wonderful location which has a nice "home" feeling.

On our ski trip we stayed at this hotel. The location is a short walk away from Heavenly Village. The room we stayed in was completely updated and there was free wifi which was really convenient! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had to stay here because all the big resort hotels were booked. However, we were surprised and how nice and convenient this hotel is. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, enjoyed the room, lots of space, and very relaxing, I would deffinetley stay there again, it was also very clean for being dog friendly.

We've stayed at this place about 4 or 5 times now and have been very satisfied each time. Most of the rooms have been updated recently and we usually get a pretty good price. The last time we went, there happened to be a "little yapper" (small dog barking-yes they allow dogs, which has its pros and cons) next door to us. We had a 1 year old with us, […] so we went to the office to see about switching rooms and Wendy (at the front desk) graciously gave us another room. If the price stays good, like it has been, then we will continue to stay here for years to come. 더 보기

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was prompt and thorough. The hotel is located on Park Avenue, just a few minutes from the CA/NV border and numerous other beautiful sights. There are a bunch of cute little shops, cafes and common spaces nearby.

This hotel is very nice for the price. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfy and we enjoyed the nice hot tub. I would stay there again.

Used as base to Ski South Lake Tahoe. Good value and location.

3 Peaks is the place I stay in South Lake Tahoe. Clean, convenient, and well appointed. Big thanks to Wendy and Craig for relocating me to a room that was quiet so I could enjoy a restful night's sleep before a busy day. I’ve stayed here twice on business and will be coming back.

I don't know how they could call this place a "resort". It was just a regular cheap hotel. The room walls were paper thin allowing all sorts of noises to pass through the walls. I tried to call the front office, but the phone didn't work. Tried to call the other numbers on the list about the noise at 1:30 in the morning, and they didn't work. Finally […] called the police dispatch number who took care of the problem. Next morning tried to get hot tea in the front office at 7:30 a.m. and the water wasn't even hot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel/resort to anyone. 더 보기

We stayed overnight for two nights and had a great time. The location was great - walked to restaurants, and during the day while my son and husband skied, I rode the gondala nearby and shopped and went to the grocery store (all within walking distance). For the price paid, it does not get any better than this. Nice Pine wood work, great location and the little extras.
