이 가격으로 이 호텔을 흠잡을 수 없다. 레스토랑은 다양한 메뉴와 함께 괜찮았고 TV에는 CNN과 BBC 세계뉴스외의 영어 채널은 많이 없었다. 주차장은 찾기 쉽지 않았으며 거기에 6시에 시작하는 시장이 있는데 자동차가 그 길에 있으면 차를 너무 가까이 주차해서 빠져나가지 못하게 한다. 하지만 전반적으로 정말 이 호텔을 흠잡을 수 없으며 이곳에 틀림없이 다시 숙박할 것이다.

호텔은 약간 멀리 있었다. 도심에 가려면 버스를 타고 20분을 가야했다. 버스 티켓을 사는 유일한 방법은 대로에 있는 답배를 파는 상점을 찾는 것이다. 호텔이나 버스에서 티켓을 살 수 없었다. 어이없는 시스템. 호텔의 서비스도 안 좋았다. 프론트 데스크에 객실의 금고에 대한 도움을 요청했지만 아무도 오지 않았고 우리는 기다리기만 했다. 호텔에는 관광객들을 위한 지도나 안내가 없었다. 아침식사는 형편없었다. 4명의 웨이터가 매일 아침 아침식사 하는 곳에 서있었지만 그들은 아무것도 하지 않았다. 전반적으로 운영이 형편없음.

리셉션 직원들은 정말 차갑고 다정하지 않다. 나는 호텔에서 제공된 서비스를 위해 돈을 지불하는 고객은 아니다. 호텔 측에서 고객이 지불한 것만큼 서비스를 제공한다. 건강음료를 달라고 먼저 말하지 않으면 도와주지 않을 거고 몇 번을 요청해야만 정보를 제공해준다. 아침식사는 괜찮고 도심과 지하철역에서 떨어져 있다.

오후 3시 전에 체크인 할 수 없다. 객실이 준비가 됐어도 프론트 데스크에서 1분이라도 일찍 체크인하게 해주지 않을 것이다. 아내와 나는 이 호텔에 아침 11시에 도착했고 프론트 데스크에서 오후 3시에 체크인 해줬다. 우리가 10시간동안 비행을 했고 호텔 측에서 우리가 좀 쉴 수 있도록 예외를 줄 수 있지 않냐고 말했지만 소용없었다. 프론트 데스크에 있는 남자 한명과 여자 한명은 유쾌했다. 다른 한 남자와 여자는 아니었다. 이 두 사람은 그들이 고객을 필요에 대응하는 게 적절할 때까지 고객을 무시한다. 그 남자는 고객에게 일방적으로 말하거나 고객을 무시한다. 침실은 작고(rm 630) 트윈 침대 두 개가 있었다. 욕실도 […] 작고 30평방 정도로 보이는 샤워실에 들어가려고 12평방 정도 걸어 올라가야 한다. 한 버티컬 바에서 쇼가 있으니.... 침실에서 좋은 전망을 가졌고 커튼이 밤에 객실을 멋지고 어둡게 유지하는데 좋은 역할을 했다. 또한 밖의 소음도 들리지 않았다. 아침식사도 좋았다. 다양한 시리얼과 크로와상, 케이크와 롤, 주스와 커피, 그리고 티가 있었다. 아침식사를 먹는 장소도 크고 서비스도 잘 이뤄졌다. 호텔이 도심과 가깝지는 다. 15-20 유로를 내고 택시를 타거나 한 사람당 1 유로를 내고 32번 버스를 타야한다. 버스로는 대략 25-30분 정도 걸린다. 호텔은 주거지역에 있다. 그곳에 커피숍과 레스토랑들이 있고 호텔에서 길 건너면 마켓이 있다. 몇몇 커피숍과 빵집들은 좋고 비싸지도 않다. 길 건너에 있는 커피숍은(호텔에서 어린이 코너)비싸다. 호텔 오른편에서 길(uno 2 tre) 건너 있는 레스토랑은 괜찮다. 비싸지 않고 영어 메뉴가 있으며 여종업원들도 영어를 잘하고 훌륭하다. 더 보기

안전한 주변지역에 있는 조용한 위치. 로마는 지극히 건축되어서 이 도시에 있는 어느 곳이나 심지어는 교외에서도 정말 넓은 느낌을 갖는 곳이 없을 것이다. 도시로 가는 택시를 타야하고 운임은 대략 15유로다. 트윈 룸은 깨끗했고 보안 코드가 있는 안전 금고가 있었다. 로마로 가기 전에도 일반적인 도둑과 절도율에 대한 표지판과 경고문들과 함께 이 호텔은 정말 안전하다고 느꼈다. 가장 넓지는 않지만 욕실은 깨끗하다. 더 적은 예상으로 도시 여행을 하는 것보다 훨씬 낫다. 리셉션 직원들에게는 조금 유감스러운 점이 있었다. 어느 때는 스테이플러로 종이들을 찍는 게 손님 3-4명이 줄 서 있는 것을 알아채는 것보다 중요했다. 다른 […] 때는 택시를 예약해 달라고 말했는데 근처의 택시 승차장이 어딘지 보여줬다. 이미 승차장에서 택시를 15분 동안 기다리고 있었기에 그들에게 하나를 예약해 달라 말한 것이다. -그것이 너무 많은 노력이라 그런지 그들은 힐끗 보고 한숨지었다. 자정에 호텔로 돌아왔고 바가 문을 닺아서 늦은 밤 술어 마시는 게 가능하지 않았다. 수많은 흥미로운 조각상들과 몇몇 평화롭고 조용한 곳들이 있는 도시로 가는 en 루트를 볼 수 있는 공원 하나가 있지만 호텔 주변이 관광지들이 많지 않다. I thibk it was a nice hotel. Good location to gym and only about 15-20 minutes outside downtown with collective transportation. The things that could have been better was the breakfast. More things to choose from, likely healthier alternatives. Fish for example, but it was okay. The cleaning service was great, but not the maintenance of the room.

Really enjoyed our stay in Rome. The Hotel was brilliant - only real issue was transport but we got that sorted pretty quickly - if you stay here, the number 32 bus goes almost right to the vatican otherwise the 232 goes to Mancini square where you can get a tram into Popolo where you can walk or take the Metro to anywhere!

When I arrived I was expecting it to be closer to the main attraction areas of Rome. It wasn't. The hotel staff's front desk isn't very charming (they're all men, by the way). They're not unfriendly, or rude, just fail to acknowledge their patrons when standing precisely in front of them. The breakfast is the same thing over and over and over and over […] again. It isn't a bad place at all to spend vacation. Super nice! There are shops, a supermarket at walking distance, and a restaurant. The bus is about 2 blocks away from the hotel. Distance from the hotel to the main attraction area is about 30 min total time (including walking). The hotel is located in a upper-middle neighborhood. Safe to walk at night (though, there isn't much life in the area at night). Don't wanna walk? There are several taxi cabs in front of the hotel. They begin their shift at 5:30am. We went to visit Rome and we picked it because it was definitely cheaper than some of the other hotels there. But first, a few issues: 1) Location. It is definitely not close by to Rome. If public transportation is your thing, easily expect a 45-60 min bus ride or a 20-30 taxi ride. Not bad, but might be the biggest standout. A wonderful continental breakfast. 2) Taxis. There were a plethora of taxis waiting to take you wherever you wanted to go. Overall, the hotel was nice and did the job. Grand Hotel Fleming was fine for what we paid, staff courteous and helpful, room clean. That said: 1. It is remote in a very residential area (nice area) far from the end of the metro network 2. When you need a taxi, mostly staff are helpful about this but if they are busy, they say go across the square and press the taxi call button at the taxi stand, […] which actually does not work (but they are probably not aware of this) 3. They tell you a bus route is just around the corner but they do not tell you that (when the buses are not on strike) you need a Roma pass or a prepay card to get on the bus - I do not think it is because staff want to be unhelpful but probably it never occurs to them to point out such a basic thing (in the same way it would not occur to a resident Londoner to point out that if you do not buy an oyster card you will really pay over the odds to get around) 4. The breakfast is bad: choice was over sweet chewy croissants, some dried cake, processed cheese and sour yoghurt. Brilliant Hotel!! Just 10 mins with bus from the Vatican in a very quite neighborhood. The room was with separate living and the breakfast was very nice too. I definitely will go back again next time when i visit Rome!!

All the reviews of this hotel are compeltely unjust, the only thing I can think of is that it's rated as a four star hotel. It's not, but it's still lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice and you could get cheap simple food from the restaurant. The worst male counter staff I have seen in Europe. One of the male counter staff was helpful. A/C, TV, and leaking taps a few of the problems. No managers on duty so you can see how things never get resolved!

We had a good experience , nice area the hotel was nice ,clean,. The only problem was that we had to take a bus to downtown area. The airport was about one hour and a half and very expencive by taxi, we paid 70€ Now that I had experience, I will go back again to this hotel and will recommend it. I wish I was in Italy. The Grand Hotel Flemming was a nice hotel. Their breakfast was good, fairly standard for Italy. The hotel was a little far North of the city but the bus took you to the Vatican in about 15-20 minutes.
