The room was great. We read the reviews and were worried but I think people just like to complain. It was nice and everything we expected. Did not use the pool but it was too late when we got to our room. The man working when we checked in was nice and very helpful.

Slide rocked the bombdiggity....made up for the holes in the wall and closet...except the hot tub was down...boo...hopefully we get to do it again, and it all works!

I booked this hotel to accomodate our trip to CO Springs and interview for job prospects. The tv had a broken speaker which made some channels hard to hear. Update to flat screen HD tvs and get with the times. The breakfast was very continental when the ad didn't describe as either full buffet or continental. There were parts of the building that had […] holes on the backside where birds were nesting inside the building. There wasn't a briefing about where I could go swimming or lounge by the pool. This is a major chain hotel. You could feel some of the springs in the beds. Switch to pillow tops. The best accomodating thing was that I could bring my pet for a small fee of $10 per night. The hotel was nice on the outside but needed work on the inside a little out dated. Rooms had no microwave or fridge had to walk to the lobby to use the microwave, not fun if staying more then over night. Pool, laundry and exercise room was in the hotel next door, cold walk after swimming at night, hot tub wasn't open.

Cool Water Slide for the kids! Rooms are small but okay for price.

Must have english speaking employees who cares about customers and are willing to help and assist customers.......not just talk among themselves while ignoring paying customers....

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location and I love it. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are well kept. There is plenty of parking and tons of restaurants and things to do in the area! I would recommend this to family, friends, and anyone else who is looking to stay in Colorado Springs.

Great price, a nice standard motel and easy to get into. Walmart and chain restaurants also nearby.

Good price, average rooms, swimming pool was not in same building. not the greatest but not the worst either.

This Sleep Inn property featured a water slide for the kids. (The kids complained about the water being very cold in the evening.) It kept the kids entertained for hours. The fitness center had three machines (no treadmill) crammed in a small room. It was difficult to open the door without hitting a machine. The room was fine, noticed it did not have […] an ice bucket or telephone, and the bed was comfy. The toilet overflowed the first time we used it, and the front desk clerk was very nice and allowed us to change rooms without any hassle while he cleaned up the water. 더 보기

I like it. So nice and awesome pool w huge slides inside for kids! I'm closes to mall..movies...out to eat...easy to find places! One thing I wish they can do better w breakfast issues.

Convenient location. Okay continental. Check-in clerk kind of unprofessional with smoking at entrance on our arrival, altho' he was nice. No phone or remote in the room, but we didn't need the phone anyway. Previous occupant stole it, I guess.

This hotel was very small and the rooms even smaller. I was expecting a bigger room but instead got a closet really. The pool was in the hotel next door and extremely small, the only thing good about it was the slide that my six year old liked a lot. However, it was pretty dirty and there were never swim towels. The slide was amazing for my kids...rooms are small, but definitely worth the price...1/2 of the pool and the hot tub were closed, but that did not effect the kids, since the giant water slide was fabulous. =0) Breakfast was ok...the waffle machine was down, so that was a little sad, but good overall. The room I stayed in was pretty decent. I had a problem with the beds I had an allergic reaction or there were just bed bugs in our room I wasn't satisfied at all with my stay.

I rarely do these reviews, but figured it was my duty to warn folks. This place needs to be fix (light hanging from bathroom ceiling, toilet not even used and ran and over flowed in middle of the night floode bathroom and into room, hotel staff didn't care when I told them, wall paper coming off, tile cracked and nasty, beds were like sleeping on a […] board, pillows were maybe 1/2" thick and 12"x12", and when I went into the room the heat was off even though single digits outside, freezing cold took hours to warm room up. There are nicer places for only a few dollars more do yourself a favor and pay the extra few dollars or sleep in your car. 더 보기

Is this the nicest hotel in the world? No, but what do you expect for this price? I found this hotel to be perfectly adequate for my one night stay. It was fairly clean, comfortable, and had a decent sized shower. I had everything I needed, so I can't complain. If you are going to stay for multiple nights and/or you like to take advantage of hotel […] ammenities, this place may not be for you. Old dirty. Scary. Bad place

For a busines traveler this Hotel is great WiFi in the room good location close to Bars/Liquor store, good restraunts in surrounding area. Room with a bed and shower I didn't need anything else.

hotel was easy to get to, clean room, nice continental bkfst, staff knowledgeable

Room was dirty, sheets felt dirty. Toilet took several flushes to get the job done. Went to breakfast and found most the food was gone or very short. No attendant to replenish the food, and this was 30 minutes after they started services. This would make a great pet motel.

Poor service... needed to change rooms 6 TIMES and RUDE manager saying basically to take it or leave it. No help from the hotel. Broken beds, over flowing toilets, non-working shower doors, smoked in, and with ants coming out of cracked tiles in the bathroom.

Smelled of cigarette smoke the last two days we were there. Noisy in the hallway and room above us. Convenient location to interstate.

Overall, a good stay for the price. Nothing fancy, but wasn't expecting too much. One complaint, the fitness room is in hotel next door and is quite shoddy. No treadmill and elliptical was falling apart, as was weight machine. Plus, no towels, even paper towels.

Beds were extemely hard with small soft pillows. Rooms in need of some maintence and upkeep. Staff not very knowledgeable. would not recommend.

The pool made up for any lacking of the rooms for my girls. We had a blast going down the slide five hundred and fifty two thousand times! LOL They loved swimming outside, even though it was cold, because they could be half in the building and half out. I liked it too since the hot tub had gorgeous views! =0)

The staff was rude. The person checking us in was not concerned with welcoming us at all. For four of us, the room only had two pillows. I told the front desk and he brought me out a dirty pillow and said this was all he had. No regard for us at all. We have not been treated that way in any other hotel. This is a no frills place to lay your head. Comfortable beds, small rooms. Nothing fancy.

The hotel staff was overall friendly, but not overly efficient- it took a while to check in. The room is dated, but pretty Clean. Its okay if you need a last minute place to stay, but not somewhere I would want to stay multiple nights. Also, the blow dryer didn't work.

The hotel is located in a lovely area near many stores and restuarants. It was very clean and comfortable.
