After a long drive across several States, it was just the ticket. The highway access was nearby as were restaurants. The room was clean although a little worn and it had everything we needed for a overnight stay and a very early a.m. start.

The stay fit with our needs for the weekend. We were close to UW campus for Lil Sibs weekend visit. Our youngest was staying with his brother on campus and my husband and I stayed at the hotel. Nice stay close to everything.

Our room was worth what we paid - didn't expect it to be stunning. Bed was very comfortable. It was a great location for us - and while it is near a busier highway - it was quiet for sleeping.

We got what we payed for. It was an OK hotel for an OK price. Nothing to complain about.

The stay started out with a surprise. The clerk said Hotels.com did not forward our request for handicapped access, so my husband who was recovering from knee replacement, was faced with a great deal of inconvenience. The clerk didn't actually say "why should I care" but she didn't ask if there was anything the hotel could do to make things easier. […] 'It was late, we were weary so we stayed. Hotel was easily accessible from the highway. Older and in need of updates, but room was very clean. AC/heat unit did not work and room was very warm, had to open a window. Contintental breakfast was very basic. Overall, nothing fancy, but clean and the right price.

The Super 8 was clean and quiet. There was a complimentary breakfast that I was unaware of. Nice surprise!

I did not feel like the hotel was very secured . The door coming from the outside to go up stairs was not locked at all.

overall the motel is good, close enough to restaurants and some shopping. we have been at this hotel before and this visit was not as good. the bathroom was not clean, hair on the floor. beds are comfortable enough. the staff needs some training in customer service, very slow and distracted instead of trying to give full attention to the guests checking […] in. 더 보기

was disappointed with the continental breakfast. with an hour left not much to choose from. for some reason we had 2 rooms booked even though we were only charged for one. The desk clerk Suzana called hotels.com to get this straightened out. She didn't have to do that. She should get a raise.

While there are nicer and more expensive hotels in the area, this is the best value. Among other nationwide locations for this hotel chain, this one is very good. The only reason that I wouldn't stay here is if I was specifically looking for a feature not offered here. I arrived early and the front desk was kind and courteous about grouping rooms from […] separate reservations near each other. Near UW-EC and CVTC main campus, as well as Sacred Heart hospital. I didn't expect much, as I looked for the lowest price, and not much else The facility is a bit old, and an update is sorely needed. That said, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the bed wasn't too hard. The complementary breakfast was decent. Don't expect the Hilton, but get a good night's sleep.

After a days ride it was an adequate place to stay. Nothing bad to say.

our room was fairly large and very clean as well as the breakfast area, employee's/management were friendly. drawback was ground floor room which put our window inches from the parking lot, therefore we could not open our curtains without feeling like we were in a fish bowl. for the money-try it, i think you'll like it.

for a basic room & a nights sleep - worth the money

Newer carpet & paint, clean bathroom, excellent water pressure & flow in shower, lots of tv stations, efficient check in. Ate across street at Randy's Family Restaurant. Good home cooking reasonably priced.

This hotel is good value. My only complaint would be that the continental breakfast needs to be stepped up.

This motel is ok if you can get a discounted rate, but not worth paying their full price. At the full price you can get a much nicer motel. customer service was not the best, beds were ok, bathroom not as clean as it should be, breakfast not great. location ok, close to many restaurants, not close to mall area.

This hotel provided very good value for the price. Clean, good location, seemed to be well-maintained. A good deal overall.

Have stayed as this hotel before and will do so again. Friendly staff, great breakfast and wonderful accomodations. A+

This is not the Ritz, but if you need a place to crash for cheap in Eau Claire this place is perfect. My room was clean and comfortable. It included a mini-fridge and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and quite fast checking into the hotel. There is a free breakfast, which I did not try, but McDonald's is really close by […] too. And, if you're driving to the Twin Cities and can wait, eat breakfast at the Birchwood Cafe in Minneapolis -- order the "Savory Waffle". Friendly staff. Clean, neat rooms. Close to many types of businessess including fast-food, restaurant-bar & family restaurants. Close to major highway & Interstate 94.

Hotel is fine for the price, but it is outdated. Heater had to run all of the time, which was annoying.

Good hotel for the price. Easy to get to right by the major highways.

Adequate and price appropriately. It's a no frills, clean, budget type hotel. The sink/vanity is outside of the bathroom. I would stay again.

Would not recommend. Over priced, no customer service, heater in room did not work and had to use the floor heat boards. All three family members woke up sick from the air. Bathroom looked like it was not cleaned in a week. I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

The motel is reasonably priced and is close to the university and across the street from a nice family restaurant. Those are the nicest things that can be said about it. The decor is 20+ years old, and the sheets and towels were like sandpaper.

Overall a good night stay. Hallways really hot but rooms ok. Only one ice machine for the whole hotel and the same with pop machines. Check out procedure is strange with no one around to give receipts , just a key drop slot . Made me a little uneasy to just leave my key and walk away.

This was a nice room at a great rate. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

There was road construction in progress around the hotel and there was very poor by-pass planning in this area but this is no fault of the hotel, in fact they were also affected by the road repairs.

This was a clean, comfortable inexpensive hotel in Eau Claire. In addition, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was a slight problem with a running toilet in our first room and they changed our room without question. We found it good value as it was affordable, clean and convenient to the university . Not on a busy street, yet close to the UW with a restaurant and gas station nearby. Very nice location

Good hotel for the price range

Just okay, good for a short stay if you get a really cheap price, very basic room. Since my stay, I don't believe the previous ratings were by actual customers of the hotel. Breakfast was basic but okay.
