부페에 대한 지도가 그려져 있습니다. 음식은 훌륭하고요. 객실은 크고 매우 편안합니다. 직원은 환대하며 정성 어립니다. 이 호텔을 적극적으로 추천합니다. 안 좋은 게 있다면 비싼 인터넷과 무선 인터넷이 안 된다는 것 정도?

2005년 2006년에 머물렀는데 taim은 최고였다. 2008년에는 보통, 지금 2011은 매우 낡음.

매우 좋은 호텔. 쇼핑, 유흥 업소에 가깝고 좋은 음식 구비. 도심 한 복판 북적대는 곳에 위치. 서비스 훌륭함. 예의 바르고 능률적인 직원. 호텔 방은 잘 구성되어있음. 침대는 매우 편하고 시트는 매우 바삭 바삭합니다. 우리는 그 침대와 메트리스를 사려고 지금 찾는 중입니다. 전반적으로 숙박에 만족. 친구들에게 이 호텔 추천함.

My choice hotel whenever I am in K L

Location is amazing, great service and fast response. Staff was very welcoming and very nice. Our stay "My wife and I" was at the executive residence for four nights on our honeymoon; but we didn't get to feel the luxury of the hotel felt it's more of a business hotel.

Rooms were a little worn, but the rest of the hotel was nice. Fantastic location. Breakfast great.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. If breaktast is not included in the hotel rate, don't bother with it. We paid for it on our last day and found the food the worst we have had. Go across the road, there are plenty of places to eat for a fraction of the price.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times have been excellent. Service is very good and the breakfast is the best I have had anywhere. Rates are very reasonable for the quality.

Good location, but the service was less than ideal. The pool area had ants near the entrance, and my room had some flies. There were often vacuums and other items just sitting in the hallway near my room, and the rooms are so close I could hear the children in the room next to me all night. Firstly I would like to express how happy I am on overall stayed at Westin. 1. The location is superb and suitable for business and vacation. 2. Service of the staff fabulous 3. Rate of the room is competitive 4. Cleanliness is good 5. Comfortable

i have stayed at this hotel 10 times already in the past 6 or 7 years i have tried 2 other hotels nearby but no way to compare westin is still a way much better definatly recomended.

Very disappointed with hotel staff. Not very friendly and not at all helpful.

Close to a lot of shopping centres. The cheaper places like china town you need to catch a cab. Cabs are cheap. Hotel room was good except the bar fridge didn't work and no PowerPoint in bathroom. We had dinner at hotel but service wasn't good and sides for our mains didn't arrive and wasn't value for money.

Given it was the first time my husband and I stayed in Westin, we were pleasantly surprised when they noticed that we were there for the first time and for a special occasion (my birthday) without any prompting and proceeded to provide us free breakfast for all 5 days we were staying. However, this joy was slightly shortlived when we were given a room […] in which the toilet refused to flush and the airconditioning did not function. After spending one night sweltering in the heat ( we had asked them to fix the problems twice but to no avail as well as ask for a change of room), we were quite adamant that they needed to do something about it. To their credit, they gave us a better room facing the KLCC and continued with good service after. I would recommend staying in the Westin for its proximity to the Pavilion , but do note that around 6pm onwards esp on weekends, there are massive jams which can last till 1am just outside the hotel. You would be better advised to walk to a nearby destination to catch a cab. Other than that, it was value for money. 더 보기

A very nice, relax and grand feeling after a busy day where the hotel provides a very comfortable room. Great location where you can find everything at it's surrounding near to major shopping mall and many eateries. Will recommend for either leisure and business trips.

I just stayed here one night and provided my credit card for deposit and I was charged for no reason after I left. I already paid to the agent. I wrote email to westin and no response .

in terms of comfort and location, it is prob of the best in KL... not to mention the fanastic breakfast buffet. thumbs up!

First time staying in a hotel by starhill group. My family love the room. Bed was very comfortable with long pillows. Shower/bath was excellence and the service standard of their staffs are very good compare to other hotels i encounter with.

Great location, close to main shopping strip. Well maintained hotel with service staff that seemed happy to help. The heavenly bed is truly lovely.

The hotel is quite conveniently located if you need to shop around. But if you have to drive, you have to make a big round in order to get to the hotel as the traffice outside the hotel is only a "one-way" traffic. The room condition is ok. I like the breakfast a lot. Lots of food varieties, esp. pastry. They even have honey comb and cappuccino included […] in buffet breakfast. However, one unhappy incident happened during my stay there. My friend left a chocolate bar on the coffee table in room when we went out during the room make-up. When we came back, the chocolate bar is no where to be found. We are not concerned with the value of item lost. We are just disappointed that such incident happened in a 5 star hotel. So be careful not to leave anything that you still want laying around when you leave your room. 더 보기

Great surroundings, convenient location and professional front desk staff. However, the toilet seat was still dirty when I first checked in and I cleaned it myself, given it was a negligable problem, but still a detail that a hotel such as Westin shouldn't have missed out. The exhaust wasn't working either, which made the whole bathroom very steamy […] after a hot shower and the whole place smell like my own s#!% for hours after I take a dump. The furniture/hardware also needs to be renewed/upgraded as they looked pretty old for a 5 star hotel in 2011. 더 보기

I've never stayed at a "5 Star" hotel that had peeling wall paper, chipped paint on every surface, internet not fast enough to make a Skype call even after 5 calls to tech support and 50 RM per day fee, not edible room service food (steak sandwich that was basically a piece of fat on a stale bun), and a TV system that took 5 seconds to change between […] each of the channels, only about 3 of which were English and worth watching. The room design was far from the pictures you can see online. I've stayed at nicer, more stylish Holiday Inn Expresses. Even the shower was designed poorly, such that the door opened against the shower head in a tiny cubicle. The lighting in the room was also very poor and the desk lamp didn't work. Staff was nice enough, location good. Also note that the hotel is under construction to replace water pipes. Stay elsewhere for sure, many better options even in the same area for same price. 더 보기

We all had an amazing stay at this hotel. The heavenly beds are so comfy and the breakfast is everything that you could ask for. The staff were all so helpful and the location is right opposite the pavillion shopping centre. There are also many other shopping centres that you can walk too. Enjoyed my stay at Westin very much :-)

I can not emphasis what a terrible condition this hotel was in. Granted it is in a great location but definitely not a Five star quality Hotel. Maybe 2-2.50. The rooms were in terrible condition, carpet was very dirty all along the hotel, rooms, lobby, etc. We had the Twin Towers view which we could not see very well unless at an angle, a large building […] blocked the view. Not worth pay extra for that view. Old carpet, mini bar was so dusty that the glasses had a black ring underneath them, phone next to the bed did not work. The fixtures and lamps were so cheap, discolored and not straight. The walls had dirty marks and so did the hard wood floor as you entered the room. The AC station had so many black fingerprints, Gross... The safety lock from the inside was broken, I pulled hare on the door the next morning and it just fell to the floor, safety hazard. As fo the shower, it was even more horrible, Very old stained worn out wash basin, the shower was so horrible, mildew all over, the door was hard to open with torn plastic, the adjustable shower head was broken and almost hit me in the face as I turned it on. Horrible Horrible. After complaining, the manager upgraded our room to a bigger room with a kitchenette that was a bit cleaner but it was still just a dirty bigger room. The hotel is very old needs serious updating and in my opinion very run down. Pool not impressive AT ALL....very small with a few lounging chairs, not 5 star quality at all. The lobby also did not smell very nice as you passed the restaurants on the way to our room. 더 보기

We had a great time at the hotel. We were very happy with everything--especially our view of the Petronas Towers outside our room window (which we reserved ahead of time). The food was excellent and hotel grounds and amenities were very nice and accommodating. The pool area was relaxing and clean and there was an adequate workout room. The only negative […] was the room--it smelled like smoke or something (they brought up an ionizer right away, but didn't leave it for long), the carpet looked a little worn and wrinkled in spots. The bathroom was a great design but the sink was plugged. Still, it was a very nice room and we had a great experience at the hotel. It was right across the street from the Pavilion Mall and close to other malls. It is a short walk to KLCC, which would have been our second choice for where to stay, but we got to where we needed to go by taxi most of the time, or walking. Convenient to the subway also. The hotel is right in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, a short walk from the Petronas Towers. Staff are all very friendly and helpful; however, the rooms could do with a bit of improvement (eg the televisions are not flat screens, just old CRTs) and it's slightly annoying that although room service is very good, you can't get anything after 11pm.

ゲストルームもバスルームも広く、清潔で、シンプルで品のよい調度やリネン類も申し分ありません。 ネット環境も整っており、グラウンドフロアは無料のWi-Fi、客室では有料の有線LAN/無線LAN（1時間単位、１日単位の料金が選べる)が使えます。 電話でサービスデスクに無線LANを申し込むと、折り返し電話でパスワードを教えてくれます。２日間使用して料金は100RGT（2850円）。 チェックアウト後にLunch Buffetへ寄りました。料理の質や驚くほどのバリエーション、心地よいフロアスタッフの応対。５つ星です。100RGT

Det känns som ett fd lyxhotell på väg utför. Lite halvskitiga heltäckningsmattor i korridorerna. Rummet var inte särskilt trevligt inrett. Tjock 4:3 TV. Inget som signalerade lyxighet. Bredband på rummet kostar. Då bodde vi ändå på Club-rum, som ska vara det finaste, näst sviter, på hela rummet.
