깨끗한 침실과 편리한 교통편, 시내중심지까지 전철로 약20분 진입. 깔끔한 아침 식사, 가까운곳에 전철이있어 소음을 걱정했지만 전혀 소음이 있지않음, 히드로 공항 이용 용이함 미니캡으로 약 40 파운드. 바로앞 Tesco 가 있어서 언제든 이용가능.

이곳은 Holiday Inn Express라서 레스토랑이 없지만 술집이 있었다(우리는 이곳에 가보지는 않았다). 직원들은 협조적이고 피자 배달원이 주문한 피자를 가져왔을 때 객실로 전화하면서 포장 가능한 지역음식들을 우리를 위해 주문해줬다. 아침식사는 뷔페식으로 뜨겁고 차가운 음식 메뉴들에서 선택할 수 있는 것이 많아 괜찮았다. 객실도 충분히 멋졌고 깨끗하며 안락했다. 인터넷은 5파운드에 24시간동안 사용가능 했으며(너무 안 좋지는 않음), 작은 주차장은 누구나 쓸 수 있었고 하루에 10파운드가 들어 너무 비싸보였지만 런던 가격으로는 나쁘지는 않은것이었다(너무 늦게 도착하지 않도록 해야한다). 하지만 호텔의 위치가 훌륭해서(A40에서 […] 바로임) 호텔에 가고 오기 편했다. 2존과 3존 경계에 있는 North Acton 지하철역을 이용하는 게 좋다. 호텔은 런던에서 유일하게 증기 기관차를 운영하고 있는(기관차를 운영하고 카페가 문을 여는 주말에 정말 가볼만 한다) Kew Bridge Steam Museum에서 그리 멀지 않다. 정말 좋은 곳이지만 그곳에 방문 전에 항상 박물관에 연락하거나 웹사이트를 체크해 보는게 좋다. 모든 것을 감안할 때 이 호텔이 우리에게는 꽤 괜찮았으므로 이곳에 틀림없이 다시 숙박할 것이다. 단지, 저녁식사와 주차에 대한 약간의 계획을 미리 세우는게 필요하다. 더 보기

이 지역에서 있고싶어서 이 호텔을 선택했다. 호텔은 내부가 외부보다 더 괜찮았다 - 적당히 깨끗하고 안락하며 대부분의 기본시설들이 구비돼 있었다. 지하철로 런던 도심까지 멀지 않아 가격에 가치가 훌륭했다. 하지만 아침식사는 정말 평범했다 - 다른 커피숍에서 돈을 덜 내고 크로와상과 커피를 마시는 게 낫다.

홀리데이 인은 정말 안락하지만 주요 관광지들에서 상당히 떨어져있다. 노팅힐과 Shepherd's Bush의 최상의 장소들까지는 몇 분 밖에 걸리지 않지만 도심까지 30-45분 정도가 걸린다. Tesco Express와 주유소, 그리고 세차장과 길 건너에 있는 술집을 제외하고는 호텔 주변에 뭔가가 많이 있지는 않다. 뷔페식 아침식사는 놀라웠고 맛있었다:달걀과 소세지, 콩 등. 인터넷에 문제가 있었다. 길 건너에 있는 술집에 인터넷을 무료로 사용하러 갈 수 있지만 호텔의 인터넷은 5 lbs였다. 호텔은 지하철역과 버스 정류장 바로 옆에 있어서 좋았다. 인도 출신 다른 여자직원은 인색하지만 Chris와 Sheeka 덕분에 서비스가 […] 정말 좋았다. 이 호텔은 중심부에 있고 시내에 가기에 매우 편리합니다.호텔은 훌륭했습니다. 멋진 아침식사도 제공합니다. 저는트윈 객실을 예약했는데 제 객실에는 더블 침대가있었지만 그것 외에는 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 하지만인쇄물과는 다르게 이 곳은 Wembley Arena에 가깝지않습니다.

Stayed three days and it was great apart from the last night and that was not the hotel's fault. People came back to the next room at 3 in the morning knocking on the door making lots of noise. There was a connecting door between the two rooms they tried to come through that. Then they started smoking which came through underneath the door which stank......tobacco?? […] Hmmm. Called reception which took two calls to get them to go next door and tell them to stop smoking...(.they are no smoking rooms) Lesson learned, next time I will take masking tape to seal connecting doors in hotel. 더 보기

The hotel can be seen immediately upon exiting the tube which was a huge bonus. Breakfast was also included even though we hadn't requested it. The hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes from the city by tube. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others!

Having stayed there from the 19th-21st April the whole place was lovely and clean and the room spotless which was nice. Only problem was I got back quiet one night and had to wait approx 7 mins to be let in and it was a cold nite. Spoke to the gentleman by reception who pretty much said I was lying, poor customer service being in the same industry myself. […] Following day spoke to a trainee lady that was very helpful and said she was going to put the complaint through to the manager. The hotel was right off the Tube (Subway) stop. It made it very convienent. The only thing I thought would be an issue was the earliest we could arrive at LHR was 6:00am. That was under 2 hours from our departure. It did not end up being a problem. It takes about 0:45 to get from LHR to the Tube stop (North Acton on the Central Line). It also took about […] 0:30 - 0:45 to get to the heart of the city as well. If you plan on going back and forth to the city, make sure to purchase an Oyster Card from the Tube station. The bed was small by USA standards. It was booked as a double bed but it was about the size of an American Super Single bed. The room also had a couch but we never really stayed in the room to see how to the couch felt. The bed was firm but supportive. It can be a bit challenging to figure out where the light switches are and which one operates which set of lights. Again, an American limitation. Europeans probably don't have a problem with that. There was a free breakfast. It was cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and a few pastrys. They also had free wifi. You had to get a free code from the front desk. Across the street, there was a pub that had a small food menu. Typical pub/bar foods; Burgers, Nachos, etc. Not much in the way of food beyond the pub so if you want something fancy, eat when you are out and about. Excellent value for a London hotel. Located within 2 minutes walking distance to tube station North Acton. Central London is about 20-25 minutes away by tube. Breakfast included. Wireless is free in room but you need a voucher to use it, and the voucher expires every 24 hours. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and the staff was unbelievably helpful. Breakfast every morning was fresh and provided a wide array off options. The location was a bit outside of central london, but just a short 2 minute walk to the local station. Overall would highly recommend.

Although you need to do 2 tube changes while travelling from Heathrow (Piccadilly - District - Central), you avoid travelling via Central London and therefore trains are not so full - big advantage while travelling with bags! We checked in on Sunday and the room was set with a double bed and a sofa sleeper. Since it was warm in the room we turned on the AC (Air conditioner) and then went to bed. In the middle of the night the sofa sleeper broke and it got real hot in the room, the AC did not work. We informed the front desk on Monday morning and they told us they would take […] care of it. That night we returned to find the sofa sleeper was folded up and a child's cot in front of it and the AC still not working so we opened the window as far as it would go which was about 6". On Wednesday we told them the AC was still not working and they then told us they would once again have someone look at it. We were then told on Thursday that the AC was out in the enitre building whcih was funny since the AC was working in the lobby at the front desk when they were telling us. After 5 days of not much sleep because of the open window and hearing the construction all night we decided to stay elsewhere on Firday night hoping they would have it fixed by Saturday. Well the weekend manager told me that she ahd no record of it being out and the mantinance person was gone for the weekend and she would tell the general manager who happened to be conveninantly on holiday until the day after we left to go home. The Deputy General Manager told us in an email that the AC was working fine and that we just had too many people in the room. Check out the photo of the AC control.
