Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was also good.

Very good relation between quality and price. Not a modern hotel but very clean and confortable. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Not luxurious hotel but comfortable: small undecorated entrance hall, with only a two staff size reception desk, no sitting waiting area, kids play area. Large family room with large and comfortable bedroom except for the TV which is still a CRT TV of small screen. No issue with noise but unable to cool the room even with the air conditioning on cold.....and […] it was only mid March! Had to take duvet off. Nice to have free soft drinks from minibar and tea coffee facilities. Spa closes at 4 pm on Sunday and closed on Mondays, so not able to use it. 더 보기

Great location. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is good.

My husband, 9yr old daughter and mysef stayed for 3 nights at the Senator. We checked in easily and went to the room, only to find that we had been given only 1 double bed for all 3 of us. I went back down to reception and was told that the baby sleeps with us. I told them that she was 9 and not a baby as it state on the booking confirmation. But was […] told that she was under 12 and that we had to share the bed. The receptionist then looked on the computer and upgraded us to a family room, FREE of charge. The hotel is very central and a great base to all that the city has to offer. We also had the Continental breakfast which was more than ample, fresh pastries, different hams, cheese, fruit and a selection of cereals. You could order bacon or scrambled/fried eggs if you wanted. All in all after the bumpy start to our weekend break, we enjoyed our stay at the Senator. 더 보기

Das Hotel ist in keiner Weise ein 4 Sterne Haus. Die Lobby ist klein und hat den Charme einer Bahnhofswartehalle aus den 60ziger Jahren. Es roch nach Chlor, weil in unmittelbarer Nähe der Rezeption der Kellerabgang zum Spa-Bereich ist. Im Bereich Cafe / Bar / Restaurant arbeitet nur eine Servicekraft, also Selfservice. Als Restaurant kann man diesen […] Bereich überhaupt nicht bezeichnen, es gibt hier nur ca 6 kleine Bistro- und / oder 2 Stehtische mit hohen Hockern, Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im Keller. Das Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise den Darstellungen im Internet. Die Abmessungen des Zimmers waren ca. 3 x 5 m. Der Zwischenraum zwischen Wand und king size Bett betrug ca 60cm zum Balkonfenster ebenfalls 60 cm, die Balkontür schlug gegen das Bett und hatte die falsche Schlagrichtung. Das Positive an dem Zimmer war die Lage: 10. Stock, gute Aussicht auf Madrid, großer Balkon jedoch ohne Möbel, absolut ruhige Lage. Welcome Drink wurde nicht angeboten, aber vielleicht war das die entnommene Pepsi-Cola aus der Minibar. Inhalt der Minibar: 3 kl. Flaschen Wasser, 3 kl. Flaschen Pepsi-Cola, also sehr dürftig. Für das Hotel spricht nur die Lage da Bushaltestellen und Metro sich genau vor der Tür des Hotels befinden, öffentliche Tiefgaragen in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden sind, max 5 Gehminuten 더 보기

Situación muy buena, amabilidad en todos los aspectos, habitación cómoda, aunque la decoración podría mejorar un poco más. MUY RECOMENDABLE.

el holl del hotel no es ni mucho menos un cuatro estrellas, lo mejor de todo su situacion en plena gran via , cerca de todo, se patea Madrid andando desde el Hotel sin necesidad de metros ni autobuses, , la habitacion que me dieron un poco pequeña, menos mal que iba sola.

es un sitio intermedio, bueno para ir a los centros turisticos de la plaza mayor.
