호텔은 슈퍼마켓과 전차 이용이 쉬운 곳에 있습니다. 안전하게 걸어 다닐 수 있는데 지금 문제 거리는 바로 옆에서 공사하고 있는 빌딩입니다. – 하나가 아니라 둘씩이나.. 토요일 일요일, 그리고 일요일 자정까지는 일꾼이 없지만 그 후 아침까지 줄곧 공사하고 햄머질이 시작됩니다. 잠들고 싶다면 이를 잊어버리십시오. 호텔과 접촉해서 빌딩 공사가 끝났는지 물어보기를 권고합니다.

호텔이 중심에 위치해 있어 좋았지만 예약 웹 사이트에서 제공되는 사진과 달라 실망했습니다. 더욱이 4.5성 호텔에서 샤워 배수 바닥 주위에 검정색 배관통을 보게 되리라 생각도 하지 않았습니다.

실제로 깨끗하고 질이 좋으며 고객 서비스가 아주 훌륭합니다. 부과 요금에 대한 명확한 통보가 있었고(예치금 필요 등등) 객실이 많으며 편안하고 따뜻할 뿐 아니라 꽉 찬 크기의 주방이 있었습니다. 침대는 아주 편안했고 전망은 빌딩에 둘러 싸여 유쾌하지 않았지만 밖을 보는 것보다 파티나 쇼핑을 한다면 그렇게 문제가 되지는 않습니다. 유일하게 맘에 안 들었던 것은 승강기 2대가 느리다는 것과 키카드가 승인되지 않아 승강기가 움직이지 않았다는 것 입니다. 또 하고 또 하고 반복하면 원하는 층으로 올라갈 수 있을 것입니다.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the location fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Couldnt ask for anything better. Very central, clean and helpful staff. Great great place. My 16 yo daughter and her friend went to Goodlife. Very easy for them to get to after concert had finished and great for me to wait for them. Plenty for me to do because its right in the middle of the city. Fabulous hotel. great rooms. you can't beat the location. shopping at Melbourne central is right next door. Location was fantastic, a short walk away to good restauants and in the heart of the city. However, our apartment was very stuffy, luckily we could open windows. Furnishings were looking tired, and not as clean as what we would have liked. Showers were very good, plenty of water pressure. Service was very good. bed sheets & blanket are very old, previous guests underwear left in the washing machine, very noisy from the tram/train outside, the curtains dont close properly so light comes through the middle this hotel needs some renovation

Centrally located, and a good bet for a business budget hotel if you need to be in the CBD. Otherwise a little odd. The living area is strangely spacious, while the bedroom is pokey. There are no easily-accessed electricity points in the bedroom for charging a phone. The hotel itself looks fairly old on the outside but inside is fairly good. The lifts were old and slow. The 'pool' and spa were half broken but still usable. Our room was on the 9th floor facing the construction of the new myer building which was a bit annoying as it was loud but it really didn't bother us as we were out all day. Overall it was good […] but I would probably stay somewhere else just because it is over priced for what you get. We stayed for three nights at a very good price the hotel was clean and the room too, the staff were all very nice and helpful, I needed to confirm my flight and didn't have my laptop with me the staff let me use the computer at the front desk which was great, we liked the room because the lounge was seperate to the bedroom, it had a small kitchenette […] which was just the right size, and a good size bathroom. We were on the 5th floor and didn't hear much noise only on saturday night, the location is great tram stop out the front and only one block away from the train station, not far to the victorian markets, southbank and sporting arenas would stay there again 더 보기

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our holiday and wished we had found the hotel when we stayed in Melbourne earlier on in our trip. The location is fab - just over 5 minute walk straight down Elizabeth street to Flinders Station / Federation Square and surrounded by shops, cafes and places to eat. Our room was massive! The basic requirement when reserving accommodation is so that you have somewhere to sleep for the night, whether that is during business travel, travelling on holiday from here to there or just resting in between seeing all that's on offer in a city. At the Somerton this basic requirement is less important than having tea making facilities or two TV's […] on offer. Their booking system does not take care of the basic need for beds and as I found out to my disgust, if booking for more than the standard two people in a room (I was there with my two kids for the night), you have to make a special request for an extra bed. The booking form specifically asked me for the ages of the children and confirmed the room was for two grown up kids and one adult! When I went back down to reception to sort this out, I was told that 'the Australian Open is on so we are very busy'. So now this was me causing the hotel an inconvenience. How selfish of me! The extra 'roll-away' bed was another $50, which I wouldn't have paid for the bed if I had been buying it! The bed itself ended up being mine and it was very uncomfortable. The TV in the main room didn't work properly (nor did the remote), the room had a sweaty smell to it which was quite unpleasant in certain areas and although the room was adequately sized and catered for most needs, it was in need of a revamp. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anybody through fear of causing disappointment. Melbourne is a great city and the accommodation supporting it should be the same. 더 보기

We spent four nights at Somerset on Elizabeth and were very happy with our choice. The room was large with a seperate bedroom, clean and in a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

location, location, lcation. Ths hotel was in the best spot of the city, everything was in walking distance and the rooms were lovely nice and big with a king bed and lounge room. i would defiantly stay there again A+

The only problem was the road noise from eight floors down. Very surprised there was no commercial grade glass or double glazing on the windows.

Wonderful front desk staff - helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a perfect location - central! Clean and good size rooms also very comfortable compared to many hotels that I have stayed in. Most definately will come stay again!

The hotel was very conveniently located. Trams pass the door. Within walking trip to Vic Markets & Flinders St Station - In the centre of the CBD. Room was very large, comfortable and very quiet. Would stay on future visits.

Dust the rooms and clean the curtains! Invest in new blankets, so worn out!

The hotel room was very clean and quiet. We had a standard double room which had a kitchen,lounge area, separate bedroom , and two t.v.s ( no cable stations), The hotel is centrally located near the free city tram. I must say the location of the hotel is perfect, as its located right in the centre of town, and you can practically walk to anywhere. Everything is within walking distance, and for shopaholics, theres so many shops around Somerset that you can patron. The Somerset serviced apartments are in an excellent city centre location close to shops,restaurants and nightlife.There is a tram stop right outside the door and Melbourne Central station a 3 min walk away.Staff were very friendly and helpful and prompt at responding to requests. The apartments were quiet even noise from traffic was surprisingly low […] considering the busy central location.The accomodation was clean,spacious and well equipped, we had 2 televisions(1 in the lounge and 1 in the bedroom) the washing machine and dishwasher were much appreciated. We stayed on the 4th floor which was right beside the breakfast room,gym,spa and rooftop garden.Overall I would recommend the Somerset to anyone visiting Melbourne CBD and I would definitely stay there again. 더 보기
