One could not beat this hotel for convenience comfort and location, being a very short walk from the railway station, wonderful if one is planning, as we were , to travel to the beautiful lakes Como and Garda and also to Milan...this hotel is a fantastic base and I would stay without hestitation if going to Northern Italy again..breakfast is good too […] including fresh fruits juices and fruit and the usual pastries, cheeses etc and a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon if desired...the hotel is good value for money...the hotel is in the centre of the city of Bergamo and restaurants and bars all within walking distance..the bus to the old city ( well worth a visit )very frequent, cheap and near the hotel..all in all very convenient... The only criticism I have is that I felt there should have been more visible information about the area on display in the reception area..for example brochures etc etc I noted there were books on Bergamo in the lobby but I did not notice these til later in my stay..however to be fair the person on reception the night of our arrival was helpful and efficient in this regard..still, my family was intending to travel in the Lombardy region to the lakes and Milan and we would have liked the option of studying brochures and browsing these after our arrival..I felt that we were at a disadvantage not having such literature at our disposal and though we had some wonderful trips we could have planned some journeys a bit better as we only had a few days here...anybody who reads this may say "well, why did you not go to the tourist office?" I would say that it would have been so much easier o have information at hand in the hotel... I would still stay in this hotel again without hesitation and would highly recommend it 더 보기

This is a very nice hotel, but the staff,especially those on reception made it very good. Every request was dealt with in a friendly and professional way. Breakfast was good. It is very near the train station and it made travelling to lake Garda/Como very easy. Really good place to stay and I got a very good rate with Hotels.com.

Very useful location close to the train station, although the old city is quite a walk from here. Nice, although unspectacular, modern look to the hotel. Bathrooms in particular look good. Breakfast buffet is better than I have seen inother hotels in Italy.

Muy recomendable para todo el que visite Bérgamo. Muy bien situado, al lado de la estación de tren, Perfectas instalaciones y muy buen trato.

El hotel está muy bien, excepto la ducha que salida con poca presión.

Trevligt businesshotell ett stenkast från tågstationen i centrala Bergamo och 15 min bussresa till flygplatsen. Rent, snyggt och trevligt hotell med helt okej frukost. Kvarteren runt omkring är shopping/finansområden. 15 min promenad till bergbanan som tar en upp till gamla stan, den trevliga delen av Bergamo.

Hotelli kahden korttelin päässä rautatieasemalta, jonne esim. lentokenttäbussit saapuvat/lähtevät. Spurte om resepsjonen kunne reservere en annen restaurant til julebord da hotellets var stengt, fikk sted, antall og klokkeslett samt navn og romnummer, da vi ankom restauranten var det ikke reservert, hotellet hadde glemt det. Der sto vi uten et sted og spise på vårt julebord.

Utmärkt hotell nära centralstationen i Bergamo. Fick ett ganska litet rum men allt var rent och snyggt, och frukosten utmärkt. Du kan lämna kvar väskorna på hotellet när du checkat ut och passa på att utforska Citta Alta.

Tre dagar i Bergamo var perfekt. Hotellvistelsen helt OK. Något fantasilös frukostbuffét, men i stort bra. Det hade blivit något missförstånd vad gällde behov av dubbelsäng/singelbäddar, men personalen löste det omgående, vilket var skönt. NH Bergamo ligger i Bergamo Bassa, tæt på alting. 5 min. fra stationen/busholdeplads, 5 min. fra forretnings kvarteret og måske 10 min. til bjergbanen til Bergamo Alta. Byen overraskede meget positivt, meget interessant med rigtig mange seværdigheder.
