라마야나 리조트 & 스파 (Ramayana Resort And Spa) - 발리

훌륭한 직원 및 뛰어난 위치. 모든 것에 가까움. 유일한 불만은 객실 에어컨 상태인데 첫날밤에 적절히 작동하지 않았습니다. 아침에 프론트에 이야기했는데 즉시 수리 되었습니다.

Ramayana Hotel에는 바도 디스코텍도 없고 식당과 예술 시장이 있기에 아이가 있는 가족에게는 완벽한 장소입니다. 쇼핑을 좋아하는 사람에게는 완벽한 장소입니다. 조식이 좋지는 않았지만 양호했고 식당은 웨이터가 더 필요했습니다. 방은 아주 작지만 여분의 침대로 사용할 수 있는 소파가 있었고 여분의 담요만 요청하면 3명의 성인이 있을 수 있습니다.

숙박에 대해 나쁜 것은 없다. 발리가 처음이었는데 체크 인시 웃음과 환영 음료로 접대 받았습니다. Executive 디럭스 룸에 머물렀습니다. 룸은 깨끗하고 크며 모든 것이 괜찮았고 손상된 것이 없었습니다. 직원은 친절하고 상냥했습니다. 어딜 가든지 걸어 갈 수 있어서 매우 편리하고 안전합니다. Kuta Beach Art Market, Discovery Mall과 Kuta Square 가까이에 위치해 있습니다. 여기는 완벽합니다. 다시 돌아와도 Ramayan Resort and Spa에 머물고 싶습니다.

Lobby was very busy when we arrived. Waited for about an hour for room to be prepared. Staff indifferent and not friendly. Hotel requires room deposit to be left even though room is paid for up front. If credit card is used, the deposit is doubled but hey, at least there are condoms available in the room. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The location and service was excellent. The price of the food was a bit high, but the surroundings with fish pools and live music was thrilling. If I ever came to Kuta again I would pick this hotel without questions.

We went for our honeymoon and stayed at Ramayana resort . The hotel staff are so good that you feel really welcomed ! moreover they decorated our room and bathtub with flower petals on Valentine day (it was so romantic feeling;).The hotel is very close to Kuta beach (not even 5 min walk, but the beach is not very clean). Breakfast ok, but could be improved. Pool area is nice. Rooms are good.

Beautiful gardens, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet that changed daily. Loved the comfortable room, just needed some fresh paint. Close to restaurants, more shops than one could ever shop at and the beach was 1/2 block away! When in the pool or in the hotel gardens, one could not hear the noise from the street!

stay at the hotel was great value for money and great convenience next to all places including the sports bar..will definitely look at staying at this place for another time.

The location of the hotel is very good as outside it are shops &stalls for your shopping & food. My friend said that the air-con is not cold at all and they had upgraded us to a bigger room with air-con & fan. That is a good gesture of the hotel. One thing not good is that the internet access is not available and you will have to pay for it.

It was the best value for money of our trip. We spend 1 month in indonesia and this one was the best for money, for location, and for accomadation. Breakfast was amasing, service was great and recommandation was perfect. 300m from the beach, We were in the shopping area. Really we enjoy our stay.

I was very pleased with the service from the point i arrived in the airport, pick up transfer, walk into the lobby and allong way long to the room. Resort Club room was one of the best room on the list of the resort. I took it for 4day n was never a single moment i felt at a lost. This was my 3rd trip to Bali, so u can imagine how nice it`s and how friendly people are over there, however this time i stayed in Ramayana "Resort Spa", it was such a mess....dirty rooms, lazy staff, no space in the swimming poll deck and not as nice as in website pictures.... it`s such a shame a hotel like this using the name "Resort"! I stayed at the Ramayana Resort and Spa for 3 nights. My stay was generally comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the service level was above average. I did have the following comments for improvement:- - Air Condition in the room was not strong enough - When i requested for a late check-out till 3PM, i was only offered 1hr extension up to […] 1pm even though i had stayed 3 nights at the hotel. A very nice place with very nice and accomodative staff. Restaurant is excellent for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet is a little inadequate. Location in Kuta close to shopping, nice restaurants, art market and short walk to the beach. Airport only 15 min away. Hotel has a beautiful garden & small pool in the center which is a respite from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. The hotel is located at best location in Kuta. However, the room was very quiet despite located in an busy location. It is close to Matahari department store. But the things there are rather expensive.

I loved every moment at the Ramayana Resort! The staff was friendly, the food was excellent and my room was wonderful! The Rama Spa was sensational! I loved the fact that the hotel is located to close to everything (beach, shopping, dinning etc). Overall my first visit to Bali was absolutely amazing!

We spent only one night here before flying home. The location of the hotel is perfect. Restaurants, shops, the beach are all nearby. The staff is not as friendly as we experienced at other hotels in Bali. The room was quite small. The bed was comfortable, the overall quality of the place is OK for this money.

近くには、マタハリデパートや食事をする場所も多々あり便利でした。 ホテルは、老舗といった感じです。 しっかりしたつくりではあるものの、設備は少し古いなという印象です。 朝食は種類多く、楽しめました。 到着時にどしゃぶりの雨が降って、フロントから傘を貸してくれたのはよかったのですが、水がふくらはぎまでたまるような道を歩いて行かねばならず、少々苦痛でした。 wifiはカードを購入して使うカタチです。 他で泊まったほてるなどは無料のところも多く、このあたりもなんだか遅れているような気持ちになりました。

部屋は少し古いけど、清潔で広々として快適でした。ベープマットがあったので蚊にも悩まされずに済みました。 中庭もスパもきれい、レストランではディナータイムにダンスのショータイムあり、雰囲気もよかったです。 ショップやレストランも近くて、空港にも15分かからずに行ける距離で出国ギリギリまで町歩き＆ショッピングを楽しめました。 チェックインに少し時間がかかったのとデポジット返金に手間取って待たされた事以外はほぼ満足です。

とにかく場所が便利でした。ホテル内のインテリアやエクステリアがバリスタイルで、とても善かった。次回バリに行くときも、こちらに宿泊すると思います。４泊した中で、レセプションに日本人スタッフが居たことが少なかったです。デラックスルームを予約しましたが、部屋がとても狭かったので、もしかしたらスーペリアだったのかも・・？

これまでの海外旅行ではゲストハウスに滞在することが多かったので今回ほぼ初めてといえるホテルの滞在でした。 サービスや接客は問題なく、みんな笑顔で気持ちよかったです。 のんびりプールにも入れました。 部屋に行く際、ときどきセキュリティチェックをされましたが。テロ対策なので仕方ないと思います。 日本人スタッフの方もいたため、細かい配慮もしてもらえました。 気になったのはアリ。 フルーツやお菓子を置いたまま外出してしまうとそこにアリの行列が・・・ これも仕方ないことなのか？と思い自分たちで何とかしましたが。 3日間の滞在ですが、おおむね快適に過ごすことができました。

出门左钻，过路口，直走就到海滩边上了。不过这里的海滩不是很干净。有很多海浪推上来的杂物。 酒店的游泳池很舒服。人也少，可以畅快的休闲。 酒店的早餐比较丰盛。住店的费用含早餐费。可以尽情吃，特别喜欢这里的猕猴桃汁， 酒店附件的几条街都是令郎满目的小商品，纪念品。有时间可以逛逛。也很有趣。 我们房间的床垫不是很舒服。而且床特别的高。可能是原来的床和床垫不是一套，后加上的。我们让服务员撤掉了。垫上厚一点的被子当褥子，才睡的好了。不然感觉在手术台上。哈哈
