Friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, hotel was very clean, I would give it 5 stars

We stay at this hotel about once a year because it is close to relatives and friends. In this case we attended a funeral.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The fact that an excellent restaurant is attached to the place made it even better. Highly recomended.

Rooms were nice and location was convenient. Breakfast was great. Great value.

The easiest check in I have ever had. Lovely stay.

The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly and great location. Shopping malls, restaurants and parks near by. The kids liked the pool. Breakfast is great.

It was a nice and short stay, hoping to stay there again soon.

Do not stay unless no other option is available

I would have to say we were vary satisfied with our whole experience at the Hamton Inn Woodbridge we've always found the Hamton to be an excellent hotel chaine and would recommend any one of their hotels for a relaxing weekend getaway...

I stayed for three days. The internet did not work for 2 days and the telephone did not work for all the three days. It did not affect my stay though.

Staff was helpful and courteous

Great affordable Hotel. Clean, nice breakfast. A bit complicated to get to if you venture to the mall or anywhere else off of 95.

Most things were fine but there were 2 things that detracted from a good night's sleep.1. A group of young people were very loud in the parking lot under our 3rd floor window starting at 2AM. 2. All night lone car alarms kept going off in the parking lot.

This hotel was very clean and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was more then you would expect. Room came with a microwave and refrigerator / freezer.

Very good value for a huge room. Extremely helpful and polite desk staff. Only disappointments were that there wasn't wifi in the rooms (although there was adsl cable) and the air conditioning was controlled through a central location so I couldn't adjust it. Apart from that, though, it was clean and well maintained and I would stay there again.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The continental breakfast was good. I was disappointed, however, that my non-smoking room reeked of smoke. I understand that a prior guest may have violated the non-smoking policy, but the hotel should have discovered and addressed the odor. For anyone choosing the hotel for the pool, note that the pool is not heated.

If you are working near by this is a great hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good and hotel was just as I expected.

The quality of service at the hotle is deteriorating by the day. Location is good and hence if you can overlook the rest please stay or find better hotels

Stayed here when my boyfriend came home from the military. He loved being able to sleep in a comfy bed after sleeping on crap for the last year. The room was very comfy and cozy. It was clean other then the stain on the sheet, that we only noticed the next morning. The room was very affordable.

Stacy at the front desk was great! She was all alone, and it was very busy on a Sunday evening in early June. She handled all check-ins and phone calls promptly & professionally. The only issue was that our reservation had *specifically* requested 3 adjoining rooms, but this was not done. Instead, we got 2 non-connected rooms on the 3d floor, and another […] one on the 5th floor. Not sure if this hapened because everyone arrived and checked-in at different times, but there should have been a block of rooms reserved, simple as that. It was nice to have a Longhorn Steakhouse connected to the hotel, and a sports bar, McDonalds, and Dunkin Donuts right across the parking lot though. I would stay there again. 더 보기

Perfect for concerts at the PNC..

i always go with my family everytime i want to get away of the house and have some fun in the pool is heated and u able to bring toys and ball to play.the room is not big but is comftable the bathroom is clean the tub may need a like update but overall is in a nice location business around far from airport but if i dont mistake they have shutter

Service deteriorating by the day. Only staying there still because of its location.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and really liked it. It is conveniently located minutes from the Woodbridge Mall. The restaurant includes continental breakfast which many hotels no longer offer. Upon check in they give you coupons to adjacent restaurant. The room was very nice as well.

I have been staying in this hotel for the last 3 years. Since the past few months the quality of service, cleanliness and behaviour of the staff(some of them) is slowly but steadily deteriorating. The only good thing is location and surrounding.

The hotle is good in location, room, decor, cleanliness etc. However its service in terms of staff behaviour is poor. Thye give you a feeling that them responding to your needs is a big favour they are doing to you. This falls flat on their promise of 100% customer satisfaction as a garuntee.

hotel was great. rooms, service, the people. it was very clean. the only thing was that the pool was too chilly. the maintenence guy was friendly and did his best to fix the problem but for the three day we were there the pool was not warm. i would stay in this hotel again. and i recomend it. just call ahead to see if pool is warm.

No recommending the hotel till it sorts out the issues 1) Heater not working in room. Inspite of complains not repaired nor given room change. Given a room change when I insisted next day. 2) Some of the staff is rude in their behaviour

I have been staying at this place for the last 1 year. The levels of service are gradually falling. Some of the staff behaves as if they are doing a big favour in answering your needs. Their behaviour is pretty rude. The heater did not work on the last visit and inspite of complaining no re[pari was carried out neither the room was changed. This was […] when the temperatures were arounbg 32F. Also, the complaints to their email system does not elicit any encuraging response. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are Great. Where ever I go I always look to see if there is a Hampton nearby. The beds are so comfortable and they have everything in the room you could need. Don't forget the Great breakfast spread they put out

I was there during the 2010 Christmas blizzard and the staff was courteous and friendly and very helpful during those tough few days, even helped dig out many people in the parking lot. Room was cleaned promptly every day. The wind was blowing through the heating unit and "whistling", but nothing I couldn't sleep through or that loud. Very clean. Rooms were very nice. Has a steak house attached that will deliver direct to your room. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Easy off New Jersey Turnpike, convenient to New Jersey Transit Train Station with service to New York City. Excellent Staff, extremely helpful, competent and knowledgeable about surrounding area.
