Though it is in a good location, it is not a good deal for the money. It shows its age -- the beds are old, broken down and lumpy; TV fom the 'stone-age'; you have to carry out your garbage and it costs extra to have the maid come in and tidy up the room and they don't do dishes. I don't reccommend this motel unless you are desperate.

What can I say? It was okay. My biggest qualm is that "free wifi" isn't free. The hotel rooms could use some updating. It's close to the freeway but akward to elsewhere.

The room was clean, although there wasn't any shampoo in the room, so bad hair day the next morning! The listing said "pet friendly"- we have a mini dachsund we took with us. When we checked in, we were told there was an additional $25 fee for our dog! I wish they would have listed that up front! The neighborhood is new, with several other motels on […] the same street. The bed was very uncomfortable, the box springs were worn out and the mattress was very hard. Pretty bare bones, no amenities like hairdryers or even shampoo. I guess they assume that since it is extended stay, that you will bring your own.

This hotel had a great rate and location near the freeway, and we only stayed one night on our way through town. It was a clean, comfortable place, however they charged us $25 PER PET, which is absolutely ridiculous for just one night!

Really set-up for long-term. No shampoos, tissues or hair dryer, etc. Room arrangement did not favor watching TV while eating or computing. Nice big room with a complete kitchenette.

This Extended Stay is located in a great location, just minutes from both Downtown and West End shopping, entertainment venues and hospitals.

The first room had dirty sheets, hair and all. Second room had what appeared to be dried snot on the comforter. Most uncomfortable night ever spent in a Hotel. Don't waste your money!

the price was great the smell was horible i think that they need to clean there carpets had to go buy fabreze airfreshener because it smelled so bad.

For the price is was good. Beds weren't bad or the cleanliness. Very friendly.

The rooms and Customer Service were great for the money we spent. Our only dilema was the fact that the phones lines were down for our entire five day stay, which made checking in/out an issue. It was a blessing we had saved our itinerary which detailed our confirmation.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible. However, the overall condition of the hotel is somewhat lacking. The biggest problem is that the bed is too hard for a good night's sleep. In fact, it was so hard that we ended up sleeping on the floor! Dirty and rude - Before booking the 2-week stay at this hotel, I called the hotel and asked to speak to the manager. I told her that I had read the negative reviews on hotels.com and expressed my concerns regarding room cleanliness, etc. She assured me that everything was much better now, including cleanliness of the rooms. I arrived at 4am and the […] night auditor, whom I might add was extremely polite and embarrassed, had to take me to 4 different rooms before we found a room that was "clean enough". This hotel property is an absolute joke and the uncaring attitude and rude treatment from the hotel manager was absolutely uncalled for. Next time I will trust the previous comments in regards to hotel stays and not worry so much about saving money. 더 보기

We payed in advance for a double bed room and when we got there they didn´t have that kind of room for us. They don´t serve breakfast, they charge you for internet and so on. Try to find somewhere else to stay.
