The service at this hotel is outstanding in every way. Shuttle driver took us to the airport, expo center, Churchill Downs, and with a smile! Front desk staff helped us with every question and request, and the restaurant staff even helped us get breakfast on an evening when we knew we were leaving before breakfast began! In town for a conference that was held at the hotel. Everything was perfect. Did not use the pool but the hotel was very clean and in great condition.

Bathrooms could use vent fans and water is tooo soft but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks.

Close to the airport and plenty of restaurants close by, one on site and small bar. Only issue was the "adjustable" bed didn't seem to adjust.

The best was how friendly all the staff was and 24 hour shuttle to the airport as I had a very early flight.

Room was great, but the real gem was the staff on location. They were very friendly from the moment we stepped into the building - eager to help, asked questions, exchanged small talk. The over-the-top service extended into the morning when we had breakfast... The morning staff was the icing on the cake. They treated us like royalty. A+++

Close to U of L (great for interviews) luxury without the snobbery fitness center is a drag & heard food was not great bed was hard but pillows soft clean clean room. great housekeeping the bath rocked my world. perfect for relaxing. Enjoyed our stay - picked because it was in between the 3 different things we wanted to do in Louisville - very easy to get back on main roads to get out and about. Staff was friendly, room was very comfortable, pool was a little small and a little chilly. Forgot something in our room and it took a few different calls to get someone to confirm it was […] found but then the lady offered to ship to me which was nice. Ate the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning and it was very good - my son loved his pancake as big as the giant plates and the restaurant help were very nice and friendly. 더 보기

Its great and and I'd go back. The rooms have fridges and microwaves. It would be nicer if they had a free breakfast(they have buffet but you have to pay) and more resturants around but there's alot of places to eat, that are just a few miles away.

When I checked I discovered that there was no restaurant service in the hotel until 5:00 p.m. I needed lunch. Also, when I contacted the front desk and asked for a late checkout I was told absolutely not. I only needed an extra hour.

Great room, service at the desk, and speedy elevators. The Business Center was well stocked with supplies and the computers worked well. Only complaint was the breakfast options. My room on the top floor was great. Nice view of the U of L stadium. The room was large, very clean and comfortable adjustable thermostat. The bathroom was much better than expected, very clean with a large shower. Overall great stay and will be back!

Poor lighting in bathroom and no exhaust fan for steam in bathroom. The restaurant food was terrible. The bed was very comfortable though.

We stayed overnight and the room was clean, quite and comfortable. The only improvement would be to add fans or some type of ventilation in the bathrooms.

Sehr große Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Preis Leistung haben sehr gut gepasst. Auch der Flughafentransfer des Hotels hat gut funktioniert.
