Hotels.com said the room was 8 miles away from out point of interest. The truth was is that it was 14 miles. They boast a shuttle but it is 15 dollars per person and has only one drop off and pick up time There was no one to greet us and after finding someone our room keys didn't work and it took an additional 15 min of searching the hotel for a staff […] member. The hallway smelled like marijuana, the picture in our room was broken and hanging out of the frame, and there was hair on the pillow. Very unsatisfied. Not worth it. 더 보기

Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so-so, not many choices.

This property is very friendly and accommodating. The management could not do enough to make me feel comfortable. The staff were conversational and pleasant to meet and know. I will definitely stay there again.

My only comment is that if they know people are coming in ahead when it is slow, as it is not beach seadon, they should go into the room next door to run the water before the expected guest get there so there is hot water immediately.

No water pressure. No elevators to second floor for handicapped. Not very clean

it was a motel 6 with fake flowers everywhere

The hotel is outdated. When we arrived the hotel parking lot was in complete darkness, we guess because the owners want to save on electric. All of the vending machines on all the floors with the exception of one soda machine were unpluged and empty, and the one working soda machine had selections out. Rooms are very comfortable, lobby is welcoming, staff was very friendly and asked if we needed directions to anywhere while we in town.

People were very nice Lobby was cool Location was great for mohegan Shuttle wasnt runnin Rooms were a little gross not so much you domt wanna touch anything but it makes you feel a.little out of your element Overall just ok Serves a purpose for a few days at a great price but I wouldnt recommend it for an extended stay

I received a recommendation to visit here from an inn in Niantic and although this isn't the Ritz, it was clean and service was fine. A good basic room for a short stay, right off of 95 and very convenient.

Very expensive for a cheap motel feel and amenities. Also this is NOT the Hilltop. Inn that is next to Foxwoods, this one is half an hour away.

Ok for a place to sleep... Breakfast was horrible... and the hotel advertises a shuttle however you have to book it 24…hour in advance witch I have never incontered before I won't stay there again just because the price was way to much considering there is vertually no services....

THE TOWELS WERE STAINED. STILL HAD COFFEE IN THE COFFEE POT AND HAD MOLD GROWING IN IT. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF IS NOT GOOD. WAS GIVEN A ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. DOORS STICK AND ARE HARD TO OPEN. LIGHTS DON'T ALWAYS TURN THE FIRST TIME.

Upon arriving to an empty UNLIT parking lot...Took over 20 Min. To check in.Enter room to find everything unplugged including aircoond. FrIdge.and micro .Room smelled musty.Booked room online for 2 beds...Got 1 king and a pull out with no sheets.Desk person doing folding of hotel laundry in the lobby.

Even though this Hilltop Inn at Flanders Road was convenient to stay at, the condition of my room was much to be desired. The rug in the room was filthy, the beds were hard, it smelled musty, and the door to the room looked like it was busted at one time. My wife and I needed a place to stay with a large group of children. We were on a bit of a budget, so we scouted the lower end of the price range and decided to book the Hilltop Inn. hotel smelled like mildew....bathroom had peeling paint on ceiling

This hotel is a nice structure in a beautiful location, but needs significant renovation. Mattress was not good at all and is the first thing I would replace. Nothing wonderful here .. The foyer looks decent but after that it wasn't pretty or very clean ..I checked & double checked my sheets & all the fixtures were outdated .. We stayed one night only as a last minute to go to Mohegan .. For the price I expected a lot better ..

Mostly clean, but very tired and worn out. Threadbare carpet, a laughable attempt at a breakfast buffett, in need of a facelift. Basically, the place is a dump. Don't expect free shampoo or any other amenities more than a single bar of soap. Good location near highway. Surrounding area is all pizza joints and bar food. for the price it was adequate. however at 11 pm cigarette smoke started seeping into room, either through bathroom vent or air condioner vent. It was strong enough to wake us up. we were on a no smoking floor but the floor above allowed smoking. with an asthmatic child, we almost packed up to leave. around midnight it seemed to stop. smoker probably […] went to sleep. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were a little uncomfortable but for that price range they were ok.

The hilltop inn was an overall disappointment. Walking in the front door, it was welcoming and pleasant. When we arrived at our room, I quickly discovered that the toilet was full of spiders that had actually built a large web across the bowl! Then the toilet didn't flush! Needless to say we moved to a different room, which wasn't much better- water […] sprayed out of the shower head onto the wall and there were holes in the curtains. The television was old the refrigerator was just set on the floor unplugged, with an old toaster just set on top of that. The bed was not uncomfortable, i will admit to that. But the bedspread didn't match the room- actually, nothing in the room matched. This hotel could use some interior designing, some serious updates, and just better upkeep in general. The price was right. It was an easy ride to Mohegan Sun... In fact they gave us a Voucher for food he happened to have. It could use a makeover, but it was clean, and the staff were all friendly. We will stay here again for sure.

This place was dirty and couldn't find any hekp at the front desk even to check in. There were no other cars in the parking lot, I should then. The pool was dirty with dirt and needed service. No air was on in this hotel. Nothing in the vending machines. Real scary place. Room was dirty and bed bad.

The hotel should be bulldozed and turned into a zen garden. When we checked in the host's shirt was wrinkled and half tucked in with food coming out of his mouth. The chamber maids were folding laundry in the lounge area! The room itself was a bad mix of random furniture, two small fridges stacked on each other connected to a power strip on the dresser. […] It smelled like stale air and the towels had stains on them. Close but not on I95. Older but definitely worth the modest price considering the proximity to casinos,beaches ferries. Check in clerk was very helpful and recommended a new restaurant in downtown Niantic that was excellent.

The Hilltop inn in Niantic Was a mold infested pit it effected or sinuses for days. The wallpaper was falling off the walls, the Bathroom had a hole in the wall it was just plain BAD!!! Centrally located to the areas we wanted to visit, very nice experience.

It is a motel, fairly cheap, clean and with a nice outdoor pool. Furnitures are oldish, but everything was peferctly clean. Breakfast pretty bad, especially if you have it late!! Near I95 and nice beaches in Niantic, big supermarket near by. Overall a good stay

Thier are 2 hilltops not near foxwood.hard bed, dark,cold,no hot water OMG

The pictures online do not do this place justice. I needed a last minute hotel in the New London area and this place was perfect. The rooms were nice enough, pretty big, and clean; the staff was nice. It's not glamorous but it's nice enough and plenty affordable. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel claims "luxury" on the front sign, but it is dated. We selected it because of its location and price, but we'd have been better off paying more elsewhere.

Hotel itself was very nice, comfortable and met all needs. One problem though, was that it seems a young baseball team was staying there and they played ball in the parking lot at night. I was very nervous that a ball would be batted through my car window and thought that they should have been prohibited from that activity.

The rooms were clean and nice. The service was excellent. The breakfast -- nothing to write home about, very basic.

Hair dryer,and refrigerator did not work.

ok overall... but was disappionted pool was not available for use. Bathroom didn't come with soap or shampoo... had to ask for.
