I stayed there this past weekend nice hotel but the people that work there made it a terrtible experience. Its supposed to be FREE continental breakfast my husband went downstairs to get food for me since i was up in the room he got the wrong thing so i came back downstairs well one of the men on the staff immediately told my husband he been down here […] before after i explained to him he getting an extra plate for me Ricky felt stupid the toilet was broke and maintence isnt in on Sunday so we cant use the restroom . I talked to the manager the next day Diane and she was dry and rude. Offered ten percent off on next day and said someone will call me back . My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and fairly clean. A little dusty but otherwise in very nice condition. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

it was very nice--hard to find but stil,l once located a very nice hotel. staf were friendly and helpful. now that i iknow how to find it I wil probably stay ther for my next visit.

Hotel staff was impeccably respnsive to problem with TV. Jenny was there to help within 3 minutes. Location to my Business appt was .5 mile

Pleasantly surprised to find this completely renovated hotel at such a bargain price! The staff went out of their way providing directions to local establishments. The staff at the front desk gave us their number to call while we were out if we needed further directions. Everything was cleaned to perfection! I read reviews concerning the small size pillows and packed our own, but larger pillows were available in our room. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again!!! There are so many fantastic restaurants in the area. Brought back barbecue and roasted vegetable tamales from local restaurants. The location was very easy to find and close to major interchanges making it an easy commute to other locations such as Grapevine and downtown Dallas. Loved the outlet malls in Grapevine! Hotel was clean and new (or remodeled) looking....location not bad, but security in area? Pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I have ever had...bed was good....Breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were terrible...I am gluten intollerant so all I could have was sauage and eggs and the eggs were meally.....crumbly

Was concerned about some of the negative comments I had read on here... The small airport is close, you can hear an occasional plane. The bed pillows are very small... not standard size. My room was nicely decorated and very clean. Desk clerk was very nice. Moderate hallway noise from slamming doors. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great, once you find it the first time. The service at check in was great, and I had no problems at all until the morning I was checking out. Check out time was noon. At 11:00, Housekeeping came to the room to clean. I sent them away and told them I was checking out at noon. So they left their cart right […] in front of my door. Then the Front Desk called at 11:55. They asked me if I was extending my reservation. I was in the middle of loading up my car, but I felt like I was being shoved out the door. The hotel was very clean and a great location. The breakfast was a bonus. We had a good time and will stay there again.

This Best Western had good service and room amenities. But it can use more cleaning, like under the plat panel television (which became evident with I moved it slightly). There was a lot of dust, and I left the TV moved over slightly so the cleaning staff could see all the dirt. There was also a rotten orange under one piece of furniture. The pillows on the bed are not standard size. They are squares. The mattress was very comfortable- firm and supportive. The pillows were strange. Why not standard pillows?

We had 3 rooms for two days, the hotel was within walking distance of everything we needed if we chose not to drive anywhere. Hotel was clean, had microwave, fridge, etc.... Only thing we saw was a small amount on mold on one of the white see through curtains. Would stay again if we are in that area.

This hotel was very nice and centrally located. My only complaints were that my refrigerator in my hotel was broken and not fixed during my stay, and most of the hotel staff did not speak any English at all which made it very difficult to ask for items needed from the breakfast bar or items needed for your room.

The hotel is beautiful but the quality of guest that was there was not good. People were smoking in their rooms and I could smell the smoke in my room. I kept getting phone calls in the middle of the night, people knocking on my door. It seemed as though there were women of the night there along with the man (pimps & prostitutes). We only needed a 1 night stay - 2 adults, 2 kids. This hotel was in a great area, very friendly staff, quiet/clean room. Breakfast was average - waffles, toast, pastries, cereal...etc. We would definitely stay there again. Great value for the price we paid!

Not fancy, but quiet AC, comfortable bed. Many resturants within walking distance including BJ' Brewhouse, Outback, Chineese, Thai, Pei Wei, Sushi, Mexican (Cristina's, and Zuzu's, On the Border), Texas de Brasil, Turkish, Marble Slab.

The hotel is falling apart. the hotel staff seemed Fake. stay away!

Nice Place, Nice price and Good Service

nice hotel great exterior,great location in the heart of addison*s entertainment district walking distance to alot of good spots,interior of room could use upgrading of 25inch tv nice bed, but typical businesss interior

Everything about the hotel was great, except the toilet tissue, it was very hard(very inexspensive), just tell the ole Lady to bring her own.

This place is a nice motel. Clean, relaxing, nice little pool, free breakfast. I would have liked to sit in the jaquzzi, it was'nt working. I am going back at the end of the month.

Slightly tricky to find. Very nice lobby. Good quick breakfast. One problem of musty room VERY quickly resolved (moved to another room).

Our stay at Comfort Inn was great! The rooms were all nicely furnished with refrigerator and microwave, very convient. We enjoyed staying in our room more so than leaving it. The staff were all friendly and kind, always there to help with any issues which may have occurred. Each time I book on line I've been pleased.

You can tell this is a remodeled hotel. Used to be a different chain. Manager said they just took over operations about 3 months ago. However, check in was effortless (and we were late getting there as we ate dinner first). Very nice attitude. Only complaint was from my girlfriend who thought the bed was too soft. Another minor issue was that late […] night clerk would not make change for vending machines when one on our floor would not take bills. I have stayed here for the last couple of weekends, just to get away. The price is great, the neighborhood is excellent, great restaurants in surrounding area. The service is excellent for the price. Newly remodeled, looks great

Olvide una chaqueta de motociclista en el armario de mi habitación en el hotel a mi salida. Al siguiente día, ya había desaparecido. Desgraciadamente por gente deshonesta del hotel, dejan en un pésimo nivel la estadía. No lo recomiendo.
