Very nice Hotel, in an excellent location. Complimentary breakfast was a real bonus. Would stay there again.

Convenient to the underground and sights. Good service, good breakfast, clean rooms, nice staff. Room was quite small and somewhat cramped, especiall the bathroom. Internet service (not free) was slow and cut out at times. Good for my purposes on this trip (business and a bit of sightseeing), but I might find something more comfortable for a vacation. […] However, I think it's a very good value. 더 보기

My stay here was as expected. I did my research so I knew that the room was not going to be as comparable in size to USA. My room was clean and cleaned daily. The hot breakfast was pretty good (eggs, ham, sausage, toast, pasteries, etc.). By the way, having breakfast provided save about 4 pounds (that $6.50) a day. The Victoria underground is less than 10 minutes away and the #24 bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. The con: The bed and pillows were a little hard. We stayed in a room on the ground floor, I believe it was room 102. The room was tidy except it had a splatter across the ceiling and walls that look like blood. We told the member of staff at reception someone would look at it and gave a weak appology. Surely the room should be checked and cleaned before the guests arrive. nice hotel- friendly and helpfull staff - good breakfast - room was über cramped - pre fab plastic en suite was clean but very small - squeeze to walk between end of bed and wall - room had a chair that could not be sat in or repositioned at opposite end of room from a table that was totaly impractical - a really bad layout of room - it was ok for […] just one night - my only complaint is cramped room and I am quite small! 더 보기

Everything was nice and the staff was great. Nice people make a big difference.

The location was great. Up the street from the Pimlico Tube station and a short walk to Westminster Abby, Big Ben and the London Eye. There were hotels all along the street and a delicious Italian restaurant across the street. The hotel room itself was very small, barely enough room to walk around the bed. I did not think it was very clean. The heater […] didn't work. The TV periodically stopped working and refused to turn off. The bed itself was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs poking into my back making it very difficult to sleep. The street was lined with hotels, so I suggest trying to stay at one of those instead as the quality of the actual hotel room was not very good but the location is great. 더 보기

Room is tidy although a bit small. But fine for 1 person. Bathroom is clean , just the shower space is a bit small. Generally staffs are friendly. Location is ok, 5 mins walk to Pimlico and 8-10 mins walk to victoria.

Hotellet ligger tæt på alle de ting man gerne vil se i London. Tæt på Victoria Station, Buckingham palace, oxfort street og harrods. Selve hotellet er ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Selvom vi betalte ekstra fik vi et " kollege" værelse hvor gulvet heldte og badeværelset mindet om en skurvogn. Selve personalet er venlige. Morgenmaden var okay. Tror aldrig jag har sovit i en så hård säng tidigare i hela mitt liv. Försökt sova rättare sagt. Jag har rest en hel del. Det fanns inga bäddmadrasser, utan man låg direkt på resårbotten. Sängkjolarna var lortiga. Troligtvis aldrig tvättade trots att någon tidigare gäst spillt eller inte mått så bra. Frukosten var även den det sämsta jag serverats. […] Kaos vid bordstilldelningen då det fanns för få bord. Det enda bröd som fanns var rostat som man för övrigt fick stå och vänta på. Greit hotell til prisen. Harde senger, og litt støy fra veien - men ellers rent og pent og bra oppusset. God frokost. Som første gang i London har vi ikke noe å sammenligne med - men vi er fornøyd med oppholdet.

In kleinsten Zimmern ohne Schrank und Sitzmöglichkeiten ist man eher an eine Jugendherberge erinnert. 4 Sterne gibts lediglich für die Lage und die Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück war nach längerem Anstehen auf der Treppe ganz OK.

Vi ble plassert i et rom i kjelleren ut mot gata - rett ved et busstopp. Dette gjorde i praksis at gardinene måtte være trukket for nesten hele tiden og pga av støyen var det heller ikke mulig å sove med vinduet åpent. Og når rommet manglet andre ventilasjonsmuligheter ble det tett og varmt. På toppen av det hele lå rommet rett ved heisen, kjøkkenet […] var vegg i vegg og rett under resepsjonen/baren. Generelt sett var jeg veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Man kunne se London Eye og Big BEn fra hotellrommet, så den ligger veldig sentralt. Hotellet ligger nærmest Pimlico stasjon. Vi var tre stykker som dro sammen og rommet hadde stor gulvplass, men veldig lite bad og liten dobbelseng. Ellers var putene og madrassen gode! DEt var gjort godt renhold også. […] Det var engelsk frokost; egg, bacon, toast, frokostblandinger, osv. Det var frokost fra 7.30- 9.00, og det syntes vi var litt tidlig. Det var mulig å legge igjen bagasjen på hotellet på avreisedagen etter utsjekking, det var fint! 더 보기

Good and clean hotel close to Victoria station. Bus no 24 stops just outside the hotel and will take you to the city centre. Friendly staff.

I could visit two cathedrals in Cambridgeshire and find a very nice spot to take pictures of the Guard change at the Buckingham palace.

The hotel is well situated near 2 underground stations. The rooms are a bit small but clean and nice. The staff is kind and serviceminded. THe only thing that is bad is the breakfast. You have to stand in line for about 10 minuits and wait for table and then there is a rather poor breakfast.

L'hôtel est très bien, le personnel charmant. Une chambre est à déconseiller : la 607. Elle se trouve au sous-sol, à l'étage du restaurant. On est réveillé dès 6 H quand le personnnel vient préparer le petit déjeuner.

Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Værelset jeg boede på var meget lille men med nyrenoverede badeværelser. Så jeg kan klart anbefale dette hotel.
