Great place to stay. Very comfortable, excellent friendly staff and excellent service. Not very close to downtown but metro is just around the corner made it very convenient.

We got the room for a very low price and thought maybe there would be a catch... nope. Was an incredible room with sliding partition doors, jacuzzi tub, comfortable bed, and all the amenities. For the price we paid, this hotel was above and beyond all expectations.

I didn't really use any of the facilities such as the gym, sauna or restaurants but the room was awesome it had a nice big tub with water jets in it. The room was nothing but the best.

VERY GOOD AT A NICE PRICE.

The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The employees were very friendly and willing to answer questions and help out. Our room was amazing! We had an enormous bed and it was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was great with respect to location, access to public transportation and help from staff on tourism attractions. The beds are a little too hard however and the pillows as well.

Discomfort. That's all I think of and recall from staying in this hotel. The beds were like rocks! For that reason alone I wouldn't recommend this hotel, however the good points to the hotel include the jacuzzi tub, hotel restaurant and roof-top-pool.

Beautiful spacious room with all the amenities. We were on the 22 floor overlooking the city. We were able to park our car on the street at no cost. Five minute walk to subway and then just minutes to the city center.

The hotel was great! The rooms are all on high floors, so we had an amazing view of the city. The pool is on the roof, which was cool as well. It's a bit far from the old town area, but since Valencia isn't too big a cab ride from there is only about 6 euros. While the hotel was nice, Valencia was not tourist friendly. They take the whole siesta idea […] very seriously and all restaurants close their kitchens from 10 AM-12:30 PM and then again from 2:00 PM-8:30 PM. People act extremely annoyed if you don't speak perfect Spanish and treat you like an idiot for trying to get a meal outside of their designated times. We interacted with maybe three nice locals (besides the hotel staff) in the three days we were there. Everyone else was extremely rude. The hotel was great, the city is very pretty, and the food (especially the paella) was really delicious. However, the overall demeanor of the locals and their attitude towards tourists really soured the experience. 더 보기

Situated about 10 mins in a taxi from the centre of the City, this hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfect as a base if your are in Valencia for the weekend or longer. The staff are very friendly however for advice on restaurants etc you may want to explore online before you go unless all you like is paella/valencian cuisine. First of all - be aware this is out of the main hub of Valencia. This is not a bad thing though! Right next to the metro made getting around easy - there was plenty of free parking around the hotel too. Also if the metro is closed it only cost us €6 in a taxi back! The hotel is squeezed between a Ibis and Novotel hotel - actually the same building! […] But you get the upper floors. Rooms were neat and tidy and well equipped for our needs. There isn't much around the hotel but like I said easy to get to places. The beds were firm - and I found them incredibly comfortable and I slept fantastically! Bon accueil, personnel aimable et polyglotte, professionnel. Chambre propre, décoration sobre et de bon goût, bien isolée du bruit, très grand lit double, ferme mais confortable, salle de bains bien équipée. Petit déjeuner excellent, beaucoup de choix . un excellent rapport qualité-prix L'hôtel est à quelques mètres d'une station de métro, pas loin […] de l'aéroport et le centre ville reste très rapide à atteindre. Como digo en el titulo, el hotel necesita mejorar, el servicio de bar y Rest. Muy deficiente, en el mobiliario de la habitación. Como anécdota en rest. Y comedor solicitamos una salero solo había uno, y no tenía sal. Ja, ja, ja Por la mañana siguiente en el desayuno había el mismo salero, nos pusimos a reír, mismo salero sin sal, contestación del servicio […] no tenemos otro. Horarios del servicio de bar. El hotel por su precio casi inmejorable, lo unico malo ha sido la bañera de hidromasaje qaul no funcciona, la puerta que separa el bater y baño esta atascada y se han dejado quitar el polvo de las lamparas . La situacion del hotel si vienes en coche esta muy bien, hay muchos parkings el calle gratuitos. La cena en hotel de menu solo 14 €( agua, postre […] y cafe incluidos ), el personal muy amable, las vistas desde el atico - impresionantes, el almuerzo justo pero mas que correcto y el cafe exsepcional. Recomiendo para los que van en coche por si quiereis bajar al centro mas comodo. 더 보기

en los lavabos al lado del water no habia una escobilla... la zona de sauna la encontre fria la sala en si misma apagada total .. pasó mucho tiempo para lograr alcanzar una temperatura ideal la sauna. nunca habia encontrado una sauna totalmente fria y apagada... es un detalle que no me gusto nada..

Ottima posizione, anche se non vicino al centro storico, ma la metro a due passi dall'Hotel. Buona la camera anche se non grandissima. Il personale della reception disponibile. La colazione varia ed abbondante. Del quartiere circostante ho dato una valutazione media, perchè non l'ho proprio visto, ma è vincolante per inviare la recensione.

Ottimo hotel, soprattutto per il fattore qualità-prezzo. Purtroppo non è situato in centro ma, facilmente raggiungibile con la metro a 2 passi dall'hotel, personale gentile (anche se nessuno parla italiano) e camere da favola. Ritornerei molto volentieri...

El hotel esta muy nuevo, tiene una habitacion amplia y un excelente precio, alberca rooftop y gimnasio, lo unico es que seta un poco fuera de la zona centrica pero con el metro fue rapidisimo. Regreso seguro ahi!

A very nice hotel and staff. A cute medium size pool on the rooftop, free for the customers to use, including free towels, free use of shower and sauna, free water and fruits, free gym! Recepción fría, ningún objeto de acogida,

Recepción correcta, pero fría. Ningún detalle de acogida. Parking carísimo. Baño minúsculo. En definitiva un 3 estrellas bajo. No repetiré. Lo siento.

La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un extra coup de nettoyage (moisissure sous le bord de la baignoire, petite surprise au fond des toilettes...). La couverture était trouée. A part ces petits désagréments, la chambre est agréable et spacieuse. La localisation est pratique pour visiter Valencia, proche de l'aéroport.

Excelente hotel en relacion calidad precio. Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, a pocos metros del METRO.

Si bien no esta ubicado en zona centrica, es facil acceso a todos lados por tener Metro a 100 mts y todos los medios de comunicacion necesarios; la prestacion del hotel excelente

Questo hotel è stato scelto soprattutto per la comoda posizione vicinissima alla stazione della Metro, ci ha permesso di visitare la città con una facilità estrema.

En general, no se puede decir que el Hotel Eurostars Gran Valencia merezca las 5 estrellas que tiene. El dia en que llegamos tubimos problemas para que nos hubicasen en la misma planta ya que ibamos con nuestros hijos. Encima, en nuestra habitacion el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y literalmente chorreaban agua las paredes. El servicio fue regular […] y el trato bastante justito, nada que ver con lo que hacen creer en su pagina web. La situacion es buena, toda la zona es nueva y al rededor hay bastantes hoteles, encima tiene la boca de metro y la parada de autobus al lado y la de tranvia a unos 100m. Volveria unica y exclusivamente si volviese a encontrar alguna oferta, pero no pagaria lo que vale la habitacion. 더 보기

L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone peu touristique de Valencia, mais est très bien desservi par les transports en commun (tram et métro à proximité). L'hôtel n'est pas vraiment un 5* (plutôt un 3* équivalent Mercure ou Novotel en France). Cependant, la présence d'une salle de gylm et de la piscine au dernier étage est un vrai plus! Concernant les chambres, […] elles sont relativement spacieuses. L'hôtel est dans l'ensemble calme et propre. Je recommande le petit-déjeuner copieux. Je recommande donc cet hôtel à toute personne désirant visiter Valencia dans un hôtel de qualité, mais qui n'a cependant pas peur d'user des transports publics ou des taxis pour se déplacer (pour info, l'aéroport se situe à environ 45 min en métro). 더 보기

très bel hôtel, aménagement des chambres très soignés. Petit déjeuner pantagruélique et le restaurant offre un menu à 12 euros de qualité. Par contre quelques légers " désagréments " comme le bain à bulles qui ne marchait pas mais rien qui entame la satisfaction globale étant donné le rapport qualité/ prix

Hotellet var perfekt för oss som inte har ngt emot att ta metron till centrum. Man kan även gå dit men det var lite för varmt när vi var där. Ligger även nära spårvagnen som tog oss till stranden på 30 min. När vi inte var på stan eller stranden hade hotellet en perfekt takterass med en liten pool. Servicen var bra. Fanns allt man behövde bla gratis […] internet och gym. Frukosten var bra med många alternativ och vi provade även hotellets 3-rätters meny för en billig penning och även den var helt ok. Kan verkligen rekomendera hotellet och speciellt för fotbollsfans sen när den nya stadion är färdig för den ligger på andra sidan gatan. 더 보기

Hotellet fremstår som tungt og mørkt innvendig. Det er lite som minner om et 5-stjernershotell (inkludert prisen, vel å merke) En bitteliten resepsjon på gatenivå. Sengen er enormt hard og det var rett og slett vanskelig å få sove. I tillegg er beliggenheten ikke helt topp (det ligger et t-banestopp rett ved hotellet, så for dem som ikke må kunne gå […] til alt mulig er det greit) Men dersom man skal ned til stranden (hvor utestedene er) om kvelden, er det kun taxi som er aktuelt.
