방은 제일 쪼그만 방으로 가서 방은 솔직히 많이 작았어요...;ㅅ; 그래도 소파도 편안했고, 어메니티가 마음에 들더군요. ^ ^

좋다는 얘기를 하두 많이 들어서인가. 기대를 참으로 많이 하고 갔다. 하지만 주변에 대로에 차가 쌩쌩. 편의점도 지하철도 멀다. 그러나 체크아웃하고보니 참으로 기억에 남는. 그 호텔의 침대와 상냥한 사람들. 맛있는 아침식사. 수영장에서의 나른함이 그립다. 3-4시간에 한번씩 룸을 체크하고 청소를 하고 세팅을 다시 해주는듯 하다. 과일과 물은 수시로 리필이 되어있어 깜짝 놀랬다. 수영장에 수건을 깔아주는 사람과 로비의 친절한 호텔리어들. 감동에 감동이다. 강추.

우리는 6살의 힘 넘치는 아이와 함께 Metropolitan에 머물렀습니다.. 패션 전문가들을 위한 전문 호텔이라 생각하실 수 있겠지만 Beer와 그녀의 팀은 우리가 환상적인 Nahm 식당에서 식사할 때 우리 아들을 볼 적마다 그를 돌보고 함께 놀아주었습니다. 아내의 생일 날 케이크와 카드를 주었습니다! 정말 사랑스러운 사람들이고 사랑스러운 호텔입니다. 불평이 있다면 수영장에 아주 많은 염소가 있다는 것입니다.

생일 바로 전날 체크인을 했고 호텔 직원 어느 누구에게도 그점을 이야기하지 않았습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 다음날 저녁 방에 들어갔을 때 예쁜 초콜렛 펏지 생일 케잌을 발견했습니다. 이 호텔은 아주 작은 것에 세밀한 주의를 보이는 것으로 유명한데 다시 오는 손님들은 이점을 소중하게 여긴답니다.

This is a very stlyish and modern hotel located in the heart of Bangkok. I found that the hotel staff very friendly and helpful , upon arrival I was informed as a first time guest they would upgrade my room , which I felt was a nice touch. The hotel was of a good size not too large and impersonal , which I have found with other hotels in Bangkok , yet […] not too small that you felt your every movement was noted. The only negative aspect I found was the lack of complimentry wi-fi , I find it a little annoying that many large 5* hotels expect you to fork out frankly outrageous sums for wi-fi internet access which costs them effectively nothing but the Metropolitan is not alone in this scam 더 보기

We stayed at the Metropolitan just over a week ago. It's a sleek, minimalist design, albeit slightly faded/dated - very nice lobby and of course the excellent restaurant Nahm. We had a standard room the first few nights - as other reviewers have noted, the rooms and hallways could use an update. Our room (standard room) was clean, comfortable and perfectly […] fine, but nothing mindblowing. What really won me over at the Metropolitan, however, was their incredible sense of hospitality. On day 2 of our stay, my fiance suffered from a seizure during breakfast and was rushed to the hospital where he stayed overnight. The staff were incredibly attentive, considerate, and helpful. All the staff were aware of the situation and made extra effort to make sure we were okay - they even had someone personally deliver flowers to the hospital. I was in and out of the hospital and hotel, and each time I came back a staff member would inquire after my fiance's well-being. Once he was released, we had to extend our stay another night - they upgraded us to a beautiful suite at the same rate. Ours was of course an unusual situation, but it proves to me that fancy design and amenities, while important, are not always everything - oftentimes, a true sense of hospitality, excellent service and a warm smile are really what makes a difference. The Pool is NOT nice. There is almost NO sun and its really boring and plain

A sleek, modern refuge in the midst of the craziness of Bangkok. Relaxed atmosphere with gracious interiors. Located conveniently in the Central Business district so a little nicer than staying by the river. Rooms are beautiful and clean and spacious. Really friendly and helpful staff Gave us an early check in without us even having to ask.

I was reluctant to stay at the Metropolitan because of its location and because it looked more like an apt. bulding than an urban resort to me. Now, I'm sorry I hadn't stayed there sooner. I stayed in a Metropolitant room which was so spacious and simply decorated that I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Maybe because I stayed during the week, […] the hotel felt relaxed and the staff particularly friendly. I had a delicious meal at Nahm, its signature restaurant which offered exquisitely prepared Thai dishes that you wouldn't normally find in restaurants around the city. The wine list is a bit eclectic though. It does take 8-10 minutes to walk to the closest but that distance keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of steamy Bangkok and allows you to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing or shopping. I made a few interesting excursions around the hotel: enjoying a pre-dinner drink at Vertigo in the Banyan Tree across the road, a well-prepared but more predictable Thai fares at Baan Khanita on Sathorn Rd., homemade pasta over a glass of delicious Italian red at Zanotti and taking a chance on a course of very personalized French dishes prepared by a developing young Thai chef at La Table de Tee. 더 보기

the pictures looked nicer than the hotel actually was. the carpets in the hallway were old and stained, mold in the shower. the breakfast was average and the staff was not as friendly as other hotels in bangkok. this hotel was okay, but i would not recommend it or stay there again.

We had a tough time getting our cab driver to find the hotel. It is discretely located, so make sure you print off a good map. Having stayed at the Met in London, the hotel felt familiar and was well appointed. The location is a little off the beaten path being situated in a modern part of the city full of tower blocks. The nearest neighborhood with […] restaurants, shops and the Sky Train is about a 10 minute walk away. We were there over a weekend and the hotel was quiet. 房間寬敞(Studio Room), 舒適, 無鬼, 浴室企缸設計很合意, 只略嫌花灑力度可以強些. 員工笑容不夠, 太cool, 有時還有點西臉. 個別不夠專業. 要改善. 唯員工制服很漂亮. 整體來說仍然推薦.

un des meilleurs petits déjeuners hôteliers de Bangkok, mais dans un contexte bcp trop climatisé. SItuation géographiique de l'hôtel moyenne, décoration un peu trop moderne à notre goût ! Bon service hotelier. A conseiller, le Péninsula, est vraiment top à Bangkok !

Var her med kjæresten i 4 netter. Et veldig fint hotell med en utrolig service og oppmerksomhet på detaljer. Bra trimrom og treningsal med gruppetimer.

This is my 2nd stay with metropolitan. i just love this hotel, it's a comfortable stay for a short break in Bangkok. The hotel is kinda cozy, but have a nice pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. Don't forget to try out their Thai restaurant on the ground floor, it's very good! Definitely recommending!

l'avantage d'un grand hotel, l'accueil d'une maison de famille, et un restaurant exceptionnel. Le tout dans une déco chic, sobre et de très bon gout. Un seule bémol: il ne faut pas choisir cet hotel si on reve d'une vue époustouflante sur bangkok.

Hotellet er dejligt og nyt, flot design. Placeringen kunne være bedre, skal tage taxa for at komme nogen steder, og selv om det virker meget som et hotel for forretningsrejsende, så er der ikke (gratis) internet på værelset, der dog kan tilkøbes for en urimelig høj pris per døgn.
