하드록 호텔 시카고 (Hard Rock Hotel Chicago) - 시카고

위치가 너무 좋았구요. 제방에서 밀레니엄 파크의 빈이 보였어요 ^^ 시내가기도 가깝고 주변에 극장 등 루프도 도보거리에 있구요. 프라이버시를 중시하고 딱딱한것에서 약간 탈피하고싶으신 분이라면 좋은 호텔이라고 생각됩니다. ^^

호텔내 서비스와 객실상태, 호텔의 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운점은 간판이 작아 처음 찾아갈때 조금 어려움이 있다는 것입니다.

장점 : 최상의 위치(다운타운 내 위치, 매그니피션트 거리에서 5분, 주요 관광지는 15~30분 내로 도보 이동가능), 깨끗하고 말씀한 객실 상태, 친절한 서비스- 단점 : 주차가 불편함, 미니바 고장, 비싼 인터넷 요금(무선/유선 중 한 가지만 쓰는데 $13.5/day) 전반적으로 만족합니다. 출장으로 찾았는데, 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶음.

Very happy with the value for the price and the location was great. My room was hot when I checked in and then the next day when I came back in after maid service, the AC was off and room was hot again. But it cools down pretty quickly.

We spent 2 nights at the Hard Rock Hotel while in Chicago to see 2 concerts. We enjoyed the location, as it is close to Millennium Park and within walking distance of Navy Pier. The location is perfect & the staff are very helpful. We stayed along with a group of friends & were disappointed on how small our room was compared to the others. Also, one of them had a bath tub in their bathroom, which we did not. Our shower had mold in the grout. Also, our friends had a glass cups for water etc in their rooms, but we did not. Our […] air conditioning was broke in ours & the windows are not easy to get open. Also, please be aware that if you touch or move anything from their stock including the refridgerator, you will be charged. I think they should have a different system for the refridgerator. This hotel is amazing. It's right on michigan avenue so you're a few blocks away from amazing shopping and you're close to millennium park. The staff were nice. The hotel was really clean and stylish. this is my hotel of choice in chicago.

Great bed, thermostat was broke, magnify mirror fell out of wall leaving hole and wires showing, the theme of the hotel was dark, however there was no no optionto brighten any part of the room or bathroom up.. made getting ready a little frustrating. great neighborhood. Your description of the type of hotel room we would be getting was far from accurate. Everything was great for the most part - I only have a couple of comments. The parking rate of $50/night was entirely too high for someone staying in the hotel for several nights. I attended a conference at the Fairmont Hotel - the room rate at the Hard Rock was better, so I decided to stay with you. However, by the time I added $50/night for parking […] - it didn't make any sense. I could have stayed at the Fairmont and been in the same place as my meetings. The Fairmont parking rate was $30/night for conference attendees. The phone in my room was nonfunctional which was a bit of an inconvenience and there were no snacks in the room. Great location for a starting point. Within walking distance of many attractions and transportation. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The price was great. Only complaint was the room was not up to date, especially the bathroom was in need of some repair. But we were comfortable.

This was possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are not individually climate controlled, so the open window functioned as the AC. The hotel is not well maintained and on the "dumpy" side. The room is made to look hip, but comfort is sacrificed. The hotel staff was nice and the gym was good.

The service was excellent. Staff was nice, my room service was prompt. The hotel maintenance needs help. Wet carpet in front of the bathroom floor. Rotting wood at the base of the bathroom door, poorly functioning toilet and sink. I will not be back to this hotel.

I took my two daughters to Chicago for 4 days and the Hard Rock was a great place to stay. The location is great - loved being close to Millennium Park! My kids are still talking about the wonderful front desk staff!

Loved everything about it, my room, the view, where it's located and the friendly staff. Something really nice was that the bathroom also had a big window with a great view, very relaxing for bubble baths

Had a great stay at the Hard Rock! Had a great view of the city and the staff was great. The mini bar condiments were a tad expensive better off buying your own booze, other than that everything was great will book with them again!
