THE BED'S ARE GREAT BUT THE BATHTUBS ARE VERY SLICK AND WOULD BE NICE IF THE WINDOW' S HAD BLIND'S OR CURTAIN'S THAT WOULD CLOSE.

I loved everything about the hotel except for the bed. It had adjustable air pressure, but I never did find the sweet spot. Also, the top sheet was thin and felt cheap. We had a one bedroom suite and the bathroom was wonderful!! It had a large tile shower and a separate huge garden tub. Nice!! Also a large balcony overlooking the river. :)

Stay was great, no complaint, room was clean and quiet.

This was our first time at a Hilton and we will not be staying there again. Felt that the staff was incredibly rude. Asked for directions to our room and was told "look at the map". Felt that for the price we were paying that we deserved better treatment...maybe it's just that one expects a Hilton owned hotel to be something extraordinary. My expectations […] were not met. On the flip side, the room was nice, location was great. I do, however, recommend staying at a different Hilton owned hotel- such as the Hampton near St. Luke's if you are looking for a nice, FRIENDLY place to stay. 더 보기

Over all nice to look at, clean, neat, updated in most areas. The Lounge furniture at the entrance could use some fluffing up, but overall nice. Worst is no complimentary continental breakfast, I don't really like making coffee in my room.

We had paid for the riverside room, called 2 days before and asked not to be put near the road, someplace in the middle. We were put all the way at the other end by a parking lot that was busy. Laundry room was downstairs and steam was rising so we could not use the balcony in the morning for coffee. Housekeeping was across the hall and the girls were […] loud while they were getting the carts prepared. Asked if we could get a different room and we were told that all of the King rooms had already checked in. It was just 3pm and the parking lot was empty. Front desk staff was not certain of how we could get to the concert that we had come to see, so instead of them googling it for us I did it myself once we got to the room. Called for chairs for the balcony waited 30 minutes and had to call again. Very dissappointing for a Hilton and the price 더 보기

Excellent value for money--well-designed for quiet with thick doors, isolated ice and vending machines and elevator lobbies placed away from rooms. Location along Boise River biking path was an extra treat, making for very pleasant runs full of wildlife. Certainly unexpected in an urban setting. Very clean and comfortable. Terrific staff.

Staff was courteous, but not exceptional. Rooms were nice, but small. No complimentary breakfast.

We stayed to go to Firebird raceway. Extremely convenient. Nice to be in Eagle and away from the business of the freeway. Riverside room was great sat outside and enjoyed the flow of the river.

My new husband and i stayed at the Hilton garden hotel and it was wonderful. The only thing i wish that they would change is the time of the hot tub hours to a later time. Got there after our wedding at 9:00 pm and wish the spa was open. :( Other then that is was a great stay.

Would stay again. Only complaint (my own fault) was I asked for a river view room and got it. Moved from top floor to second floor. The walls and ceiling are paper thin.
