Our room was very nice but much smaller than we thought. The master bed was not comfortable at all. The fan in the master bedroom did not work and made the nights miserable. I didn't get much sleep at all our vacation week. On top of this, it was very inconvenient that the hot tub closed at 10 pm. This hotel would be great for a week skiing or golfing. Ski in, hike out. Check in is in town on main about 5 blocks away. Check out, you have to call the office to let them know you dropped th key.

This is a good hotel for people who are going to spend most of their time on the slopes or in town sightseeing.

Although the staff was very professional and curious the rooms were way smaller than anticipated. The room was clean as was the common areas. Somehow we must of had the marching band staying above us that felt the need to wake up at 6am and walk back and forth and back and forth on a creaking floor. For the cost, it was a great place. I'm making reservations to go back & take my husband. It was quiet & relaxing. Easy walk to town. Loved the stream on the property...nice to listen to at night. Has a big community room w/indoor fire pit. The room furnishings were nice- nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The TV has built-in DVD player. Shower temps […] have a mind of their own, so use caution. The only real complaint is not enough outlets in bath or bedroom. Wi-fi is available in room & easy to connect to. Overall, I had a pleasant time and felt safe. Oh, FYI: No elevators...so if you can't do stairs be sure to ask for first floor. Must check in to this property down in Breckinridge and not at lodge site. That was a little inconvenient, but the staff were very nice! 더 보기

Great room. Some of the light bulbs were burned out and there was a crack in the closet mirror door but other than that it was great. We plan to visit this same hotel again next year. Thanks!

good location, just a couple blocks to main street, they initially put us in the wrong room, but corrected the problem quickly....nice kitchenette and bathroom, great living area space for families and bedroom separated by pocket door, bed not super comfortable but okay, nice lobby/lodge area, would recommend and stay there again

We had never been to Breckenridge before and had no idea where to stay so we decided to use this site to look for rooms. For the rate we paid, we knew it was less than average for this town and that we wouldn't expect too much. Things started off bad as there was never mention in our booking or confirmation that this lodge does not have an attendant […] or check-in. We had to call the number and then drive about 7-8 blocks away to check-in. We arrived around 9:30 PM and the place closed at 10 PM so we lucked out. When we finally got to the room, it was a very dated room compared to the pictures posted on this site. It was pretty clean but just a very old feeling place and very small. There were cabinets everywhere and very old decor. The neighbors had their curtains open and walking past their room, it looked much nicer. The place is two stories and you definitely hear the creaking on the floor boards from above. The place did have a decent jacuzzi and a nice central room with a fireplace, snack machines and game room. The place is about a 50 yard walk to the bus stop for the free ride to the ski resorts and a very easy 10 minute walk to main street so that was a nice bonus. We never once drove our car while there. This lodge wasn't bad overall but it is definitely very close to average and a place where your expectations should be low and focused on the location. 더 보기

The Lodge is not very well maintained. The floor boards all squeak, the appliances are very old, the toilet seat was warped, the shower had no hot water pressure, the couch is uncomfortable, the bed wasnt all that great either, but compared to everything else... All-in-all ... My wife and I both felt that the quality of the lodge was not worth the money […] we paid for it. 더 보기

Amazing price for a condo within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge. The condo was very small, but that is to be expected in this town at that nightly rate. The room slept 4 comfortably, but don't plan on staying in the room for anything more than to sleep and shower because there is not much space. Excellent location, but there's a very good reason why the price is relatively low for the area. Other ratings dinged this place on size, but our concerns were more on cleanliness & condition, which were substandard. I was tempted to run to Home Depot and change out the pathetic faucets myself as only a small amount of water dribbled out. However, the […] place was inexpensive, Breckenridge is a great town, and the location is very convenient with only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown shops. Oh yes, and they had ping pong & foosball in the basement which were fun. Only wish they periodically cleaned the floors. 더 보기
