Check in was easy, desk staff person was very helpful. Checkout again was very easy with very friendly desk person. The room was clean and comfortable. All in all, I was very satisfied, thank you.

I stayed at this hotel for business. My room was fantastic with updated decor and amenities. My room had a comfortable bed and flat screen tv and was very clean. I would recommend this hotel for business goers. If you have a family and don't mind that it does not have a pool then it is still a good place to stay.

Everything was ok but was unhappy with the breakfast. At least throw in some scrambled eggs and sausages in there!

Went on business to Ottawa, spent 1 night at this hotel. I honestly don't see what some of the people on here are complaining about. For the price, this is a very good hotel. The only thing I noticed in the room were a few hairs left over in the bathtub, the rest of the room was clean, well kept, and everything worked. The hotel is a bit away from downtown, […] but is very close to the 417 and that will get you to all the sight seeing in no time. The continental breakfast was, well, a continental breakfast. But the good thing is that Timmies is 2 minutes away. The onsite restaurant: the service was great, the food was average, and the prices weren't bad. Again, the hotel was definitely a bargain. The staff did everything possible to make want to return to this location in the fall. I normally travel to Ottawa twice annually for Sens hockey games and the hotel I normally say was overbooked five months in advance and I was forced to use a different for this trip. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and compared to others, it's great value for a working person. The rooms are clean, there is a bar/restaurant on site, and it it very reasonably priced.

The hotel was nice and in a convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The continental breakfast was good. The room temperature was a little uncomfortable - heat on to hot - heat off to cold.....But that's a personal thing. We ordered a movie - it went out 1/2 way through - we told the front desk - they told us we would […] not be charged but upon check out we were charged - and then treated like they didn't believe us... But in the end took the charge off. Only other complaint was the gym. 4 machines - only 1 worked - was a bit of a disappointment for someone who books hotels WITH a gym. 더 보기

Having stayed at several nearby hotels in the past we wern't expecting too much for the very reasonable rate and were very pleasantly surprised that the accomadations seemed brand new and very stylish. The very friendly staff suggested the restaurant downstairs and it was reasonable and quite good,and Ottawa being so small we were not very far from […] downtown. We only stayed one night. The room was clean and staff were great! Breakfast as advertised. We would definitely stay here in the future. A quality stay. We would recommned this hotel

The location was great if going to the ScotiaBank Arena. Hotel was clean, room was nice, and the price with great!!! Plus included parking and breakfast. Would stay there again. Only problem was the hotel didn't have the information that we already paid for the room through Hotels.Com, but it was figured out.

For the price, it was OK.

Very comfortable stay! The hotel was clean, quiet and very easy to get to. The restaurant is a great, family friendly Irish Pub. Great stay all around!

great access from the highway and staff are fantastic,

We stayed here and wouldn't make that mistake again!! While haveing a shower I looked at the grout and discovered a lot of mold. I called the front desk talked to the manager and they would not give us any sort of compansation for this huge issue. I decided to call the head office number which I received from the liturature in the room. Would appreciate sliding doors When there are many people in the breakfast room, it would be nice to have access to the room across the hall.It is very difficult to manoeuvre around when there are so many trying to pick up their breakfast at the same time. The tables are close also.

One of the MOST comfortable beds i have ever slept on in a motel. Extremely clean, quiet, Great night's sleep. Motel personnel were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this motel for a great, clean, quiet night's sleep. Plan on eating breakfast somewhere else. Tiny, tiny area to eat. great except the parking lot was quite full

Most Days Inn I've stayed in are pretty budget, but this one was pretty nice. the beds were confortable, my room had a flat panel TV and the free continental breakfast was convenient. One Issue I had was the feed for the shower head was very loose, which was restricting the water pressure. The hotel was clean, well equipped, affordable and convenient for traveling. I wish the breakfast had better choices, though (mostly self-serve muffins or toast served on Styrofoam plates). The rest of the experience was great and I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The room was very nice and the bed was lovely. The breakfast was sufficient to get you started for the day and with it and parking included it was a bargin. It was only a 15 minute drive into downtown Ottawa which was great for site seeing. Would highly recommend it.

This hotel is a good bang for your buck if you don't mind hearing quite a bit of noise through the walls and in the corridors!

This hotel was very nice. It had a great breakfast area and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was very clean and very comfortable. There is a Mcdonald"s and a subway across the street as well as a Loblaws and Zellers. Over all a great place to stay.

This hotel is close to great shopping. Restaurants abound. It is easy to get to where you want to go. The restaurant in the hotel is a super spot also. I would definitely reccomend this as a place to stay.

Would stay here again. Nice to have restaurant in hotel (Darcy McGees). The breakfast did not have a lot of selection though. Also, did NOT appreciate the extra $10 fee for "additional person" (we had our 15 year old son with us). Friendly staff, spacious rooms.

The front staff on check was very good, polite and welcoming. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was easy on and off from the highway. The check out was a little slow, maybe five minutes but the staff was very friendly and polite.

We chose this hotel because of 2 things: 1-the price, which included free parking and 2- the breakfast. While the breakfast is lacking in fruit and protein, it was still good overall (we brought along some fruit). The staff was very good. While the hotel was out of the way for our trip, since our activities were in central Ottawa, I chose it for the […] price. On the plus side, there are numerous restaurants located only a short distance from the hotel. And, yes, the hotel could use some up-dating. Nonetheless, I felt that that it was worth the $110/room, especially when similarly priced hotels in the Ottawa area either offered no breakfast or had $13-20 parking on top of the room fees. 더 보기

Seeing the pictures online and seeing the hotel in person were 2 completely different experiences. As soon as I saw the hotel up close, I did not want to stay there at all. Comparable to an Econo Lodge and other 1-2 star hotels. I opted to pay the fee and go to the Holiday Inn Express across the steet which is still very cheap and brand new.

The lobby area of the hotel was nice however the bathtub in our room did not drain and there was a blood stain on the bed sheets... because of these two things I could not feel comfortable in the room, otherwise the hotel seemed well kept.

The photos on the site look far better than the hotel. It is falling apart but they still charge prices as high as downtown. I would definitely get one in Gatineau or downtown next time. It is clean though.
