Our stay at Comfort Suites At Tucson Mall was most relaxing the staff there was very helpfull, with phone calls and when our son locked himself in the toilet they were very quick to help. You can hear others through the walls. Missing shower curtain - asked to install myself. Rust in bathroom areas. Microwave was filthy.

Comfort Suites at tucson Mall was convenient to people we were visiting -- we were surprise to find great quality of this chain hotel. Excellent service, clean rooms, good quality towels and bedding, quiet, and reasonable continental breakfast. And the pool and hottub were great. I'd definitely stay here on my next visit.

From the exterior I was at first not very happy. It was clean but just not impressive. But upon entering everything was clean and updated. The room was good size and very clean and renovated with a microwave, refrigerator and flat panel TV. Very quiet and comfortable beds. So it was not a five star hotel but it is not meant to be one. Plenty of shopping and eateries close by. Good value for the money.

When we walked in to the lobby, the first thing we noticed was a smell of smoke and stained carpets. When we got to our non-smoking room, there was also a strong smoke smell and it was a bit dingy (brown walls and decorations may have played a factor in the dingy look). When I went back downstairs to ask for a new room, the manager and staff were apologetic […] and found a new room quickly, but were also quick to blame the housekeeping staff, saying that one of them had probably just had a smoke outside and brought the smell back in with them both in the lobby and the room itself. I didn't buy that and told them it seemed more that the carpets, upholstery, and perhaps bedspread needed to get a deeper cleaning. The next room they gave us was better. I've had much better experiences with Comfort Suites, so this is disappointing. I would recommended that you try other hotels in the area before this one. 더 보기

We were the last occupants to check in the evening we stayed on this property. The minute I opened the door a stale smoky smell overwhelmed both of us, we didn't even walk into the room. When we went downstairs there were no other rooms available. That room STUNK! My understanding is that was formerly a smoking room. I don't think any effort had ever […] been made to remove the odor when it was switched to non-smoking room. It was a hot night and when we turned on the air, it just made the stench even worse. We were asked to sign a doc at check-in stating we would pay a $150 cleaning fee if we smoked in the room...what?!?!?!?!? 더 보기

Nice hotel in a great area. Tons of shopping and restaurants around. Hotel was clean and comfortable. My suite was a large room with a sofa, not two separate rooms. Simple breakfast was convenient. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Oh, the air conditioner worked great! A big plus in August!

The beds were a little hard and there was very little water pressure in the shower. Overall not a bad stay.

the rooms were adequate, however the cleanliness left much to be desired. we had two rooms for our family, our room was not properly stocked, not enough shampoo, etc, and no facial tissues. While the hotel could certainly use some updating, for a 2-star accommodation, we were more than satisfied with our stay. The breakfast with cheese omelets, sausages, and a waffle makerwas more substantial than many stale pastry set-ups. The bed was comfortable, and there is free wi-fi access. Clean, comfortable, spacious and within walking distance of restaurants.

We stayed here for a week. Check-in and check-out a breeze. Staff was very efficient and accommodating. Room was very comfortable.

Hotel staff was very friendly, especially the lady at the breakfast area! Breakfast was very good and a good selection. Hotel area was in a good neighborhood, we felt safe there. The hotel was quiet and clean.

Hotel was in good location near mall and plenty of restaurants. It is located a few miles north of downtown area, so it was a bit of a drive, but nontheless, driving in Tucson is always slow.

Stayed in this hotel for business travel for one night. The room was comfortable with a king size bed and separate area with couch and table. The fitness room was very basic and breakfast was decent with assorted breads and waffle maker. The only downside of the hotel is that the bathroom sink area is right as you enter the room and part of the bedroom. […] I didn't like the feel of the bathroom setup. 더 보기

The staff was friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet (auto mall). The room was a little bit to small for a suite. The Tucson Mall is in walking distance. There is a nice bikepath next to the hotel which is very good for jogging/walking. Breakfast is nothing special. Would definitly stay again.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THERE WAS A LARGE VARIETY OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST.
