It was a great hotel all except for the final day. There was no hot water into the room. Otherwise an excellent stay.

My wife and I were commenting on the drive home what a great place to stay. We will stay next time we visit Phoenix. Almost everything was perfect, we notice that some of the staff did not smile, what gives!

Not much to say about this other than in was a very good place. I just wish I had more time to hit the amazing golf course located on the site.

Overall our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed the amenities. The one problem that engineering could not fix despite coming up to our room twice, was the annoying digital clock in the bedroom which was either 1 hour ahead, or 1 hour behind. The only way to adust the time was to have engineering come up and adjust it (there was no manual way for […] guests to adjust the time). Very enjoyable stay.The only one disappointment was the pillows, they were not firm enough. My husband couldn't sleep well because of that. Need to have some firmer foam pillows.

Lobby is beautiful and surrounding area has a lot to offer, room was dark and air conditioner didn't work very well. Ended up staying at different hotel for remainder of stay.

This was the best hotel booking I have ever made. Great location, nice pool, and a golf course 10 steps from the front door. Would recommend to anyone.

Great venue and clean facility but the service and some of the amenities left much to be desired. First, I had to pay for wifi that most hotels offer for free. The continental breakfast was so late in the morning that we were not able to eat there. My daughter was sick to her stomach and the support gentleman at the desk was less than helpful so I ended […] up going to Walmart at midnight for meds. Everything with my 3 day stay was just great, the morning breakfast, beautiful lobby, bar and pool area, and of course the rooms. The central location is nice and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay delivered in almost every respect. Service with a smile, courtesies extended like a shuttle to nearby hiking trails, nice room layout. All very nice. Our only mild disappointment was the complimentary "manager's happy hour" which offered a small layout of mostly salty snacks. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean hotel, very nice place to stay

Great place to stay. Everyone was helpful and the free breakfast was outstanding. I would stay here again if visiting the Phoenix area.

We visited the Embassy Suites on Labor Day weekend and we had a nice stay. The clientele was a bit less than desirable for such a hotel. The breakfast was nice but you had to stand in line to get eggs or an omelet. They must not have been prepared for the number of people that weekend because they ran out of some of the breakfast items two of the 3 […] days. The manager's reception was crowded and sometimes they ran out of the snack food which consisted of Chex mix, tortilla chips with nacho sauce and goldfish but the drinks were good. Our King suite was very nice except for the fold-out couch that my 16 yr old daughter slept on. It was not a very thick mattress so we put the extra blanket under the sheet to try to make it softer. There was a reunion there that weekend which may be the reason for the crowded conditions. Quite a few small children as well. It is a very nice hotel, the rooms are quite comfortable and we had a nice view of the golf course. All in all I would stay there again. 더 보기

This was a very nice Embassy Suites, I would stay there again. I was traveling with two tweens, they entertained and enjoyed themselves with the hotel's amenities. Good price, great mini-vacation!

Wonderful house, great place, clean,big,friendly phantastic breakfast

This is a lovely hotel and excellent value for money. The location is good with a large shopping mall and restaurants nearby. The views over the golf course are exceptional and i would recommend paying the supplement for a room with a view, The suites are larger than average and the fridge and microwave are handy. The pool wasn't huge but a nice area and was quiet when we visited, We went to the nightly managers reception for the 1st time and enjoyed it. No queues, excellent service. You can not believe that this is just a 3 Star Hotel!! Clean, nice service, Happy 2 hour with free drinks and small snacks. The breakfast is impressive. Never had that before included. The pool is clean surounded by palms and golf corse. The room is really asuite not just a room. I highly recomend to stay there. I would again if I go back to Phoenix […] with my family. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. The breakfast bar was delicious. Loved the happy hour treats. Loved the location of the pool. The staff was very courteous and gracious. I would definitely stay here again when in Phoenix. Thanks!

Stayed here two consecutive Friday nights. Staff was friendly and helpful - even helped me sort through the garbage for a lost retainer! Both rooms had burned out fluroescent bulbs - otherwise maintenance would have gotten 5 stars. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It is close (10 minute walk) to the mall and a Target store, so incidentals […] are easy to procure. This is one of my favorite hotels, I look forward to staying here. It's clean, the manager's reception is fun - meet interesting people. Pool could be a little bigger, but it's great if you go @ nite - no kids. It's close to everything we need. Will return in 3 weeks for a few days for minor surgery. Will get to recuperate in my comfortable room.

Room was very comfortable. Our granddaughters slept on the fold-out couch—regrettably, it was the streotypical uncomfortable bed. Everything else was great. however. We all enjoyed the Manager's Reception, and the complimentary breakfast was really good—the made-to-order omelets were wonderful, and there was a nice selection of other hot and cold breakfast […] foods, fruits and beverages. Very comfortable rooms, free cook to made breakfast and 2 hour free drinks every single day. What more can you ask for. Excellent and will be staying there again.

This hotel chain is 2nd-to-none with what they offer their guests. Every morning I enjoyed a hot made-to-order-egg breakfast, and wound each day down by enjoying the Manager's Reception which includes complimentary drinks, some snacks and free WIFI access in the lobby/lounge areas. It was a great hotel. All rooms have balconies and the view was nice on either side. Free breakfast and happy hour (although they did run out of food too early). Our only disappointment was the smoking room we had reserved was not available at checkin. But they did have it ready for us the next morning. This hotel was a great choice for us--close to everything we needed to do, and great for a little relaxation while there, with a nice pool, free happy hour, and free hot breakfast. Dining room was nice overlooking the pool and golf course. Would recommend to anyone!

This hotel was beautiful cause its on a golf course. The rooms were huge, perfect if traveling with a family or big group. The staff was so helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious too. I would totally stay there again.

My experience from start to finish was wonderful. The room was very clean, had a great view and comfortable beds. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here - it included a full breakfast with made to order omelets - it was a fantastic expereince! Would definitely go back!!
