I enjoyed my recent business trip to Monte Carlo. Staying '3-single men to a room' created a tight living situation, however the hotel itself was very, very good; with a few exceptions. Room Towels. I was hoping for something 'soft' or 'fluffy'; but this was not the case. The towels need to be discarded and replaced with towels worthy of a 4-star hotel. […] On the positive side, I've never been so-efficiently 'exfoliated'. Just outside (to the West-side...) of the hotel is a water-feature/water-fountain that was not working. While guests walk around the corner, you can smell a very foul & unpleasant odor akin to a public restroom in a non-developed country. I cannot imagine any scenario where the hotel's management would not be aware of this and -not- throw money at this disgusting odor to make it go away. Internet. Although the package clearly-states that 'up to 2' computers could remain connected to the hotel's Wi-Fi service, this was not the case. We had a bit of trouble getting & staying online; although the staff at the hotel were -fast- to try to assist; even if not capable of immediately resolving the issue. Check-in. The front desk is a series of Kiosks; some are hidden behind a very prominent wall. We thought this was stupid, since it blocks the front desks staff ability to see & greet guests. Turns out, we were correct. The architect for the lobby area should have known better. The service of the staff is fantastic. The concierge desk was excellent & attentive. In addition, the bar waiters have their guest's best interests at heart and are approachable with questions regarding nightlife and the other patrons who frequent the hotel bars; including the prostitutes. Although the hotel makes efforts to prevent professional escorts from making advances to the guests at the hotel, they can only do so much. Thank goodness I had the good mind to ask for our waiters advice, which saved me from a potentially costly & dangerous situation. All in all.... a good hote 더 보기

The tv didn't work. There were no instructions for the heater so we baked ourselves out. We had an entirely overpriced dinner in the hotel and the morning tea alone as 28 eu.

Super place but no wifi available except in the cafe bar.

A very good and luxury hotel not far from the main casino place. A hotel that has it all, comfort, service, great pool and clear water sea, water sport like Jet Ski, excellent food and a great view of the Sea. A hotel to live in ! yet in a reasonable price for Monte Carlo.

Loved the private beach and indoor pool ... 15 minute walk to Monte Carlo but otherwise the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Service was excellent.

フロントやレストランの対応がひどかった。 上から目線で聞くのも申し訳なく感じた。 コンチネンタルブレークファーストの説明を聞いたら馬鹿にされた。

Bra alternativ när man ska ha en avkopplande semester. Hotellet har egen strand, vilket är ett stort plus. Ligger inte direkt i centrum, men det gör ingenting. Kommer garanterat att åka tillbaka till detta hotell

malheureusement pour une chaine hôtelière de luxe , nous étions très decus du service très médiocre du personnel . Nous avons eu le droit en guise d une réservation d une chambre vue mer , une chambre vue : MUR !!!! ce qui est dommage c ' est d avoir du insiste pour finalement avoir ce quoi nous était réellement du . Bestillte 2 rom med ekstra-senger på begge rommene, sendte også egen mail på dette direkte til hotellet som jeg fikk bekreftet(familie på 6). Fikk beskjed at det kunne være vanskelig ved innsjekk. Fikk ordnet ekstrasenger, men måtte spørre flere ganger for å få ekstra håndkle til person nr 3 på de 2 rommene. Vi fikk 2 veldig små rom, stranden var inneklemt, […] og den vanlige stranden rett ved var mye finere. Prisen på frokost er høy, men bra alternativ rett utenfor hotellet. 더 보기

Prøvet meget dette er i toppen så enkelt kan det siges men de er ikke discount priser men kvalitet

Mycket bra hotell med perfekt läge på stranden, frukost ingick fast vi inte hade en aning om det. Vacker pool och tillgång till helt ok gym.

Kjempe hotel, fin fin badeforhold både ved baseng og sjøen. Ca 25 min gange til cafe de paris (senter av sentrum). Men flrere valgmuligheter og ta. Med mye fine byggninger og se. Kan apsolut anbefales. hvis soling/bading er i fokus.
