Free parking was a huge bonus, able to leave car in carpark for full 2 days. Free wifi in rooms, easy to connect invaluable on this flat hunting trip. Restaurant excellent.Good choice of menu. Meals good value for money, delicious, staff gave good service during our stay.

Nice hotel , bathroom needed to be cleaned better and also some of the communal areas but overall pleasant stay . Wifi not a strong signal once you leave reception area so not able to use in rooms . Overall a good quality hotel at the right price .....

The hotel lobby, rooms etc were quite clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were nice and helpful in pointing out places we wanted to get to, and the housekeeping staff were quite nice as well. The room included the basic amenities one would expect from a hotel of this quality - tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer etc. and everything […] was in good working order. A plus is the free wifi available throughout the hotel. However I found it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position on the lumpy mattress. The middle of the bed sunk so I had to sleep near the edge. The hotel is basically in the city centre and a short walk to the shopping centres, restaurants and anything else you'll need during your stay. As I mentioned my main problem with the hotel was the bed. If you're only staying for a noght or two its manageable, if longer, I wouldn't consider it. 더 보기

If you are just going to sleep here, you'll be fine. If you want to spend any awake time in the hotel, don't stay here. Myself and a colleage were in oppositie rooms, and the lack of sound proofing meant we could both hear the couple in the next room to me having incredibly loud sex all night. There was no milk for tea/coffee in the room, and the coffee […] machine was broken at breakfast. Overpriced breakfast, abysmal quality. We stayed here because of the fact we could park our van - free parking was great, but it did feel a bit like if you left your car unattended it might get broken into. This hotel was very clean and comfortable and was cheap for its location. The walls are very thin so you can hear the doors of the other rooms closing if like us you have noisy people staying who have no thought for others and are not considerate. basic small room hotel

The walls of this hotel are paper thin, so you can hear conversation next door. The people next to me were playing music loudly until gone midnight. When I asked the hotel staff if i could move rooms, they told the people next to me to quieten down, but did not allow me to move. After that they were quieter, but still noisy until gone one. At five in […] the morning their friends arrived, banging doors all down the corridor. It seems the policy of allowing four to a room attracts the drunken party brigade. I had virtually no sleep, and only a small factor in that was the very uncomfortable mattress I was lying on. This was our second visit to the Campanile Leicester.I cannot fault it. It is perfectly located for our trip. The staff are all very polite and helpful.

The personnel were couteous, polite and most helpful. My stay was comfortable and I slept like a log.

Friendly and convenient.. had a great stay. will book a stay with them again!

Hotel is close ( walking distance) to the city but in a not so nice part of town. I had a room that fronted the ring road and I was conscious of traffic noise - which is more individual cars whooshing past during the night - thankfully I was severely jet lagged! Service was pleasant, buffet breakfast was great, but dinner entailed the usual deep fried […] British fare ( ok if that's what you're wanting, but not so good for Aussies who like some healthy options). Basic services, no tissues, no iron in room and I could feel the springs in the bed and the mattress had a real sag happening - but it was cheap and close, do overall I was prepared to put up with it. 더 보기

I only had to stay one night. arriving late and leaving early the next morning. On arrival there was a party going on in the bar/restauranrt and my heart sank, there goes the good nights sleep before the long journey the next day! We booked for 2 nights and it was so dirty we wanted to leave immediately. We complained about the room and said we could not sleep in it and they showed us a larger room for wheelchair accommodation. We cleaned every surface in the room with antiseptic wipes. hotel was good the position city center noisy but the beds were dreadful o.k for one just but for two forget it if you want sleep!

Went to see Mostly Autumn at the Y in Leicester, just needed somewhere to stay for one night. Did not eat in their restaurant or use bar so can not comment on these aspects of the hotel. the hotel was in a really good, central location. Staff were very friendly and the room was fine, nice and clean. Extremely good value for money.

While this hotel is clearly at the budget end, it far exceeded all my expectations. I booked because it was the cheapest available on the date required and was expecting it all to be pretty shabby. When I got to the hotel, I found it to be bright and clean. My room was recently decorated, comfortable and sparkling clean. I was able to have a nice meal […] and a reasonably priced drink in the bar downstairs and sleep comfortably in my quiet room. There was ample free car parking right outside. I was kindly allowed to leave my car there all day the next day while I attended my meetings in Leicester. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. The area wasn't the best but there has to be a reason for the price. It was in an industrial area with warehouses and things. Absolutely fine in the day, I probably would have got a taxi back if I was coming home at night though although I'm sure I would have had no problems. A great little budget hotel. I had a lovely stay at the Campanile hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and all you would expect from a budget hotel..if not better! Lots of choice for breakfast and very delicious! Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great and only a 5 minute walk from the city centre, The staff were all polite and helpful and the reception area and bar were very good. The room was basic but clean and modern. The continental breakfast wasnt great but you could upgrade to a fried breakfast for a small amount. All in all very good value.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst wroking in leicester. is a very good hotel for its price must admit i had my reservations with it being so cheap but actually was very good. 1st room i was in the tv kept turning itself off, i rung reception and the lady moved my room straight away and was going to get someone to look at it. 2nd room was fine and a bonus […] was away from the road. Food was nice and they came to my room at no extra charge. Only downside is becuase i pre-paid if i wanted a drink after 11pm i couldnt as they didnt have a card to put it to. Only stayed for one night but was really impressed by this great value hotel. Clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast and genuinely friendly & helpful staff. Coupled with the fantastic rate, this hotel was ideal and I would without hesitation, thoroughly recommend.

Parking spaces were tight and alot of work vans. The hotel was clean and tidy, The rooms were well equipped and clean, although the shower had (what looked like) a small patch of mould. Towels had been cleaned but still had marks on them. Meals were good. I would use again. Hotelet har bra läge nära centrum nära kommunikationer. Rummat var rent och frächt, men lite litet för två personer, men det funkade. Vi tyckte det var mycket prisvärt.
