Not a bad hotel though I have been to cheaper and better. I tended to hear quite of bit of road traffic while sleeping due to the hotel's proximity to the highway.

The hotel was fine a little musty smell in the room and out dated tv but otherwise fine. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly but not totally excited about their jobs.

Rooms were just a little small, but the crown molding and small touches made the stay very nice. You won't be disappointed.

Did not get the room i paid for and when we got there it was one nightmear after another.. People above us stomped on the floor till 5:00am got no sleep and no help to make it better..

Good place for the money. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. It is a bit of a walk downtown but a safe and nice neighborhood to walk in.

The hot tub was very nice and the folks who work here are exceptionally friendly, that I will start with. The bed was similar to sleeping on cardboard and what little sleep I was able to get on it was disrupted by the constant barrage of employees running up and down the stairs and slamming doors to prepare breakfast starting at 5am. Hotel was clean and inexpensive. Only a couple of minutes to town, plus an indoor pool and hot tub. Only complaint is the abundance of kids playing in and around hot tub (not relaxing for the adults).

The Hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. The free Wi-Fi, clean pool and hot tub made our stay all the more relaxing and enjoyable. The fitness center and suana was very clean as well. this hotel is well worth the money, great space, we enjoyed the hot tub. Very close to everything but not on top of things, so it was a quiet place to stay. I would stay again any time I'm in the area. Great breakfast plenty to eat and the fresh fruit is wonderful. Thanks.

I will stay again.. Staff was nice and very friendly. Rooms are clean.. I was on a business trip and needed a few hours of rest in between shifts so peaceful was able to get rest.

We've stayed here many times before, even brought the kids years ago. It's a great place for a middle of winter get away. Very affordable, clean, rooms were great with kitchen included. I was pleasantly surprised how very nice my stay was for the price I paid. All areas were clean and very nicely keep. The staff was so helpful and kind. I would stay again should I come back to the area. A great place. Thanks for making my stay so great.

Room was small but neat and clean. Good location near NH state liquor store and major highways. Pool and spa looked nice, but I didn't use it. You will need to drive or take a cab to downtown Portsmouth. Plenty of parking. Free breakfastet better than average. Front desk very helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay here again, it was fine.

Room was clean, comfy and quiet. Hotel layout is a bit odd but no biggie. Also was the first hotel in years where they didn't require a security deposit hold on a card for the room. Definitely recommend.

Room was not cleaned after first night yet someone had come into the room and opened the windows. Being that we had all of our belongings in the room and that we were on the ground floor someone could have easily entered with little effort. We complained that our room was not made up after the first night and no one could tell us why. We were told to […] speak to the manager the next morning. To our surprise, the manager was not scheduled to work the next morning therefore we asked to be compensated for the 40$ pet fee seeing as our room had not been cleaned. We were told that they still didn't know why and that they would get back to us. No one had since returned our call as promised however we were told that only one night's pet fee of $ 20 would be reversed. I have yet to see the credit and have yet to receive a return call as promised. Even though we booked well in advance and the hotel was not full, we got a basement room. Like the facilitiy and the position close to downtown. The place is good for family but not for business staying. It lacks a business center that provide the minimum requested by a person traveling for business. Staff sometimes takes it too easy.

The bathroom was either not cleaned or not cleaned well. Over all the room could have been cleaned a lot better. The beds where very uncomfortable, you could hear a lot from surrounding rooms & hall. The outside of the hotel looks nice, the staff was friendly but I would not stay their again.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, the staff made us feel welcomed and special. Upon our arrival, Tom at the check-in desk was so friendly and helpful that we knew immediately we had chosen the perfect place for our three night stay.
