Nice hotel for the money..clean hotel in and out...frt desk staff was friendly and helpful....area is busy around the hotel...but very quiet room...safe area that was close to mall...would stay here for an overnight stay again

Exactly what we were looking for, a clean,spacious Hotel itself does not have a continental eat in area, but Oak Tree supplies a voucher for you to eat at the restaurant a parking lot over. The food was great

The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The overall accomdations were fine for one night. Going from the airport it was close and good enough for that. It had a nice gym, which is a huge plus and hard to find.

A new high in affordable motels. Very quiet thanks to two rows of windows in the window opening. An easy chair! Bright colors. Curtains that keep out all light. No sounds from hallway. Microwave and refrigerator. Coffee maker, iron. A voucher for breakfast at the next door 24 hour restaurant was much better than a continental breakfast in the motel. […] Friendly and helpful staff. 더 보기

This is a good basic hotel. No pool, and the spa was not in operating order when we were there. Although the breakfast is off-site it is a good one.

Great for girls weekend of shopping. Breakfast voucher included for Altons next door. Great Restaurant . Overall a wonderful stay.

Our room was dirty, not vacumed during our 2 night stay. The staff was friendly enough, but that didn't make up for the room. Will not be staying here again. A friend stayed at Howard Johnsons and said that was much better.

OK place to lay over for the night close to the train station. Staff was nice.

I was presently surprised by the convenient location to Gallaria Mall at such a reasonable price. Room was very nice and clean. Beds were a bit so soft for my comfort but overall good.

Great place to stay, comfortable and close to shopping and eating. My room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly. Even with a snowstorm, the sidewalks and parking lot were in pretty good shape - safer than the roads!

Great location for someone doing business in that area, but REALLY low on frills. I was put in a handicapped room though I'd not requested it and the hotel was far from full, and though I don't mind that so much, there was no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. Also, when I got out of the shower, I realized there was no hair dryer in the room. […] I asked about that at the front desk and was told that not all the rooms have them. It was fine for a night when all I needed was a place to sleep and clean up, but otherwise, sort of spartan accomodations. On the upside, the front desk guy was very nice. Also,the breakfast next door was delicious and the wait staff were wonderful. And there is a Dunkin' Donuts on the other side as well! And it's close to some malls. 더 보기

Clean room, good price = Basic hotel. It met the need for a place to sleep. They also provide a voucher to eat at a nearby restaurant. We left too early to take advantage of that. May revisit next year.

Hotel is simple and reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Rooms are clean, staff is pleasant. Breakfast included is actually $8 voucher for restaurant across the parking lot and you can only get 2 per room, regardless of the number of guests. The location is perfect, just up the road from Galleria Mall and other department stores.

This hotel was not exceptional by any means. The sheets would not stay on the mattress, even just sitting on the edge of the bed made the sheets come off. Our air conditioner didn't appear to be working although it was making plenty of noise and they were totally booked up that night so there were no other rooms for us to move to. I was very glad that […] we just stayed for one night, any longer would've been tough. There is plenty of fast food places to eat at in the surronding area and we were happy to find a grocery store open 24 hours when we realized we had forgotten some things. 더 보기

Upon arriving into the lobby I was greeted warmly. When I needed directions to nearby landmarks, Lisa was more than helpful, pulling up the map on her cell phone and guiding me. Then telling me to call back if I need help from the road with directions, an A+ for that effort!!! - However, I thought the price was a little bit high for the room, becaue […] there was no continental breakfast nor was there a coffee maker in my room. 더 보기

klar, kein TopHotel aber für den Preis in Ordnung! Preis-Leistung ein klares :-))

Ich war zwei Nächte in diesem Airporthotel, und war ganz zufireden. Zum Airport ist es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Taxi, nach Downtown kann man bequem und günstig mit dem Bus fahren. Desweiteren gibt es eine Shopping Mall und diverse Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Das Zimmer selbst war groß, geräumig und sauber, ein ganz normales Motel-Zimmer in den USA […] eben. 더 보기
