키헤이 지역에 위치해서 너무좋았고 수영장이나 비치이용에도 편리해서 좋았습니다 모든게 너무 만족스러운 숙소엿습니다

Very comfortable. Good location opposite ideal beach for family. Large rooms and fitted out kitchen and extras included beach chairs and board for beach use.Only downside was street noise, but overall an enjoyable stay.

We stayed in #401, right next to S Kihei Road which was incredibly noisy. This unit is really a dump; the beds were horrid, curtains torn, patio doors onto lanai would not lock, tiny ants all over the kitchen counters. Attempts to contact the responsible party prior to arrival failed, there is no one on site to tell you which unit you're in or provide […] a code for the locks. We had to rely on the courtesy of two gents staying there who contacted the managing company, and who in turn gave us the info needed. It was a total screw up!! 더 보기

The location is right across the street from Kamole #3 beach and that is the biggest attraction. Beach is great for kids and has a lifeguard. Sunsets were awesome. We stayed in condo #412 and it worked well for a family of 6. Unit had some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms and had a washer and dryer (great addition). Huge patio deck allowed you to […] sit there and also store all the wet beach stuff outside. Parking space was provided and you need a car to get to grocery store and activities. You can walk to some restaurants, but difficult with older parents and young kids. Beach and nice trail along coast that you can run or walk on in the morning. BBQ grills and pool make this complex very nice and complete. The major downside for this complex is no air conditioning, which made it a little difficult to sleep at night. The unit had lots of fans and we left doors open all night. We adjusted to the temperature over several days but next time I would look for A/C. It appears none of the units have A/C so I would need to stay in another complex. Also, there was a communication mixup between Hotels and the condo and I didn't get a ground floor unit that I requested many months ago through Hotels. I got a 4th floor unit which made walking for my elderly father difficult. I didn't insist on the ground floor unit and things worked out OK,. The management company was pleasant to deal with. Next time I would double check the reservation with the management company in advance and insist on the first floor unit. Overall, we liked this condo because the price for the location made this a great value. 더 보기

We wre soooooo delighted with the location of these condos with a great snorkeling and diving beach, plus boat ramp just accross the road, even the bus is at the door. The condo itself was well stocked and beautifully furnished with every convenience, very comfortable and private. We were on the 4th floor (top) on the beach side with a fantastic view […] of the sunset each night. Didn't notice much road noise - although still low season, but would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. We stayed in #412, and would request again on our next visit. 더 보기

This condo sits on the southside of kihei, giving you access to a good swimming beach across the road. It is also close to stores and some restaurants. The road noise takes some getting used to but the pricing value of this unit makes up for it. Gas Barbecues and a well equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare meals if desired. Nice apartment, good condition, right across the street from excellent beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Our room has ocean view - I believe all rooms in the building have ocean view. The breach is just cross the street, very convenient location. Our room has swimming boards and folding chairs, perfect for the beach. The kids love the fresh water pool. There is no airconditioning in the room. But it is just fine, at least in early of July.
