Most enjoyable! Hotel was very nice and quiet (except for airplane takeoff/landings during daytime). Staff very friendly, and room rates on Hotels.com were great! We had standard King Suite and we were quite comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Portland.

My family and I arrived at the hotel around midnight due to delayed flight. The gentleman that checked us in typed my name, then proceeded to give me the room key . He never asked for an ID nor credit card, to my surprise. the room was nice and clean. We didn't get to sleep until 1a.m. At 3:20 a.m, we were awoken by loud banging sounds. My husband and […] I initially thought it was one of our kids having trouble trying to close the bathroom door. Turns out, someone was trying to get in the room and every time the person tries, it hits the swing bar door guard. My husband got up to confront the "intruders" and found out that the two ladies were also assigned to our room! They were just as upset, of course! , but very apologetic. I called the front desk and complained about it. The person that answered didn't sound concerned and when he apologized, he didn't sound sincere. 더 보기

SpringHill Suites was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, bathroom updated, and front desk very helpful. Shuttles run around the clock to PDX (our's was at 4:30am!). Definitely a good option for when you need to be close to the airport.

This is my second visit to Spring Hill Inn and Suites at Portland Airport. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, the coffee is good and the breakfast is wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone. And the new decor is lovely.

Room is not built to be a suite. 1 TV located in exactly the middle of the 2 rooms so it is not viewable by either. Bathroom door lock broke and small bathroom area. Towels and sheets very stiff and not comfortable. Nice area and close to freeway to access day trips.

I stay there every time. Great value for the money

The hotel was new and clean. The front desk was very friendly. Free breakfast and a very good one with many selections. In Portland, we wanted to visit downtown and Multnomah Fall. Both sites are very close so it was a perfect choice for our trip. The hotel was much better than we expected and would love to stay at the same location if we visit Portland […] again. Nice place, clean, modern funky decor. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed in downtown Portland before and felt unsafe in my room, and since we are staying with kids, that is very important. This toom was very safe. Also our room was a good size and breakfast was really nice, and so was the staff!

The hotel itself is nice, very well cleaned and upkept. It's a little further away from the airport than some of the others, but still within a few minutes drive. Being an airport hotel, however, there isn't much in the area to eat that's walking distance. There are some decent places on the other side of the interstate, but it doesn't look like a very […] pedestrian-friendly area to cross under it. The hotel does not have a restaurant in it, but it does have a small little snack shop downstairs, and also allows delivery from a few area pizza places and chinese food shops. I think I'd definitely stay here again, even considering the lack of food options. 더 보기

Nice hotel. Very convenient to the Portland airport. They will keep your car in long term parking but charge $10/day and there are cheaper places to long term park your car. Very satisfied with the hotel and nice breakfast.

I was in Portland for continuing education, and this hotel was close to the education site. It was clean, comfortable, nice decor, and the price was right. I would stay there again if I needed a place close to the airport.

close to airport. shuttle service to and from airport is great. They also provide shuttle service to light rail system station. Good breakfast.

Excellent handicapped facilities. Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Only problem was the elevator was being repaired and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage. However, they were able to get it working to take my mother who is in a wheelchair down.

The location, quality of service and amenities here were average. Based on the other reviews, I was very disappointed. Front desk staff were distracted and impersonal. While the room was very tidy, things like coffee and tea were below average at best. There was a lot of breakfast, if that is important to you.

I travel frequently for business and Marriott is always dependable! They're always friendly, professional, clean and convenient. However, if you stay at this particular location they just renovated. I never bother bringing a hair dryer because they always provide one. With the remodel they no longer have them on the wall in the bathroom and I couldn't […] locate it. Hotel is close to Airport, shuttle service is great, nice choices for continental breakfast in the morning,and rooms were very spacious and comfy. I liked having a fridge to keep some of my food cool for the night before departing that morning. Great service all around. Will stay here again on my next trip through pdx.

great decor, clean and friendly staff. Nice breakfast as well with lots to choice from.

We were pleasantly surprised with this room. The decor was calm, modern, and colorful, the breakfast was divine (Belgian waffles!), the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definetly stay again!

We are a family of 5 who stayed here at the beginning of a vacation. The service was great and all of the extras, from the suckers, to the oranges, to the wine tasting were a nice touch. It is conveniently located to the airport, numerous restaurants, and other stores. The staff was wonderful and the hot and cold breakfast choices were delicious!

Convenient to airport and very clean except for the mold growing on the fold in the shower curtain. Easily remedied. Everything was comfortable and worked well. There was plenty of room to spread out, watch TV or work. One improvement needs to be made...the super thin, scratchy, cheap towels. The hotel was immaculate and very nice.The rooms were very nicely decorated and furnished. The room was a little small (did not leave much walking room) but was very comfortable. Th complimentary breakfast spread was very nice. Very clean hotel. Getting to the downtown is not tough but the roads can be a little confusing. There are some fast food joints […] and a convenience store available just a block away which helps for small needs. The staff did not seem to have any ready information for tourists like you normally expect them to. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel. 더 보기

I already let my review at the hotel

This was a great palce to spend the night beofre moving onto other parts of Oregon for family vacation plans. Clean, friendly, easy access form Portland's airport..... Highly recommended.

I have a severe neurological back condition and must sleep in a chair. The picture on the web site showed an overstuffed chair & ottoman in the picture. I actually called the Portland Marriott Springwood to ask if this was EXACTLY what each room looked like or was this just a generic picture. I was told it was exactly as seen. I even explained my reason […] for asking and how important this was. When we arrived to the room, there was no chair other than a swival desk chair. Nothing I could sleep in!!! When I called the front desk they said, We recently went through a complete remodel and things are different". I was not offered any compensation what so ever, or even an apology. We were also very dissapointed in the breakfast buffet. We arrived at 9:15 am and they were out of everything! Didn't get restocked fully till 9:45 am, by this time so many people were waiting in line it was impossible to get food & eat by 10 am. Poorly managed, one woman was all alone trying to handle this! 더 보기

This hotel was right on airport road and easy to find. The room was spacious with a sitting area and kitchenette and comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The included breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel--lots of cereals, fresh waffle mix and makers, bagels, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and curtious, the only complaint is the oder left behind by the cleaner the maids used to cllean the elevator

I stay in a lot of hotels as I travel for business. This is a nice place where the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Some hotels feel like they have seen too many guests and are well-used. This hotel feels clean and fresh. The only challenge I had was that check-in was slow. It was late and I had to catch a 4 am flight. The desk person was having […] some sort of challenge with the computer and I waited 10 minutes or so to check in. No big deal. I would stay here again. Price was very reasonable. 더 보기
