I booked this hotel at 5am for a last minute ski trip. The good news is that we were able to get a roof over our heads. The bad news is that the accommodations were basically gross and the walls were paper thin. The couple next door came in at 2am and talked in regular tones but we could still hear their every word. This place was conveniently located about 15 minutes or so from Killington Mountain. The only thing that tripped us up was the fact that there are two Rodeway Inn's in close proximity to one another, so it made for checking in slightly confusing.

The room was clean and the heat was working perfect.

If you are only using this hotel to sleep at to budget a snowboarding trip like i was then it will be fine, but don't expect a lot. If i had a little more money saved i would spend a little extra on another hotel.

Not a place I would go again. Motel is old and the room is very cramped. They tried to squeeze in a microwave and refridgerator. Walls paper thin. Neighbors keeped us awake all night just talking. Although we did not need the air conditioner this time of year it was is bad shape, falling to pieces.

The room was dirty. There was a trampled biscuit on the floor, the bed sheets smelled musty, the bathroom was full of mold and we found quite a few hairs from prior occupants. Though the bed was firm, we didn’t sleep as well as we could have because we just were not sure about the cleanliness of the bed sheets. My stay was in December and place had no heat. They asked if I wanted a space heater. Would not recommend this hotel.

When i checked in the man wasn't friendly at all and in the room the sheet had hairs and smoke burns in them. I felt very uncomfortable sleeping there.

Easily the worst room that I can remember staying in...and that includes back-packer budget hostels throughout Europe. The hotel smelled like a combination of mildew and stale cigarettes (and I was in a "non-smoking" room). Heavy plastic wrapped around the mattresses were very noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on (did not allow sheets/mattress to breathe). […] There seemed to be a mosquito infestation problem in the room as I woke up with multiple bites on any part of my body that hadn't been hidden by blankets...and this was in October. I'm usually not at all picky about hotels and usually can't be bothered to write a review but I would have been considerably disappointed in this place if I had paid half as much for the room. Convenient location downtown but still close enough to ski at the local mountains. Suggest asking for the rooms in the one story building as the two story one is a bit noisier with the additional foot traffic. Continental breakfast was pretty good with fruit, muffins, juice and coffee.

Went there for a ski trip to Killington, VT. Don't expect much for the continental breakfast. Just coffee, juice & toast.

a tiny room, but in all other ways just fine. quiet -- couldn't hear neighbors or street noise. clean. comfortable beds. friendly management. excellent value for the money.

Great location for the price. Mostly close to everything you want to do in Rutland

For the price, it is a good value. I found everything to be clean and in working order. If you want everything to be brand new, you should probably pay more and go somewhere else. I found it to be everything I was looking for after a full day skiing at Killington.

An inexpensive clean motel in the heart of ski country. Clean and simple.

Never changed the sheets never cleaned the tub or toilet.

The room is really smelly and there are spider webs, table was sticky The swimming pool is less than 100 sq feet, and yet the deepest area is 8+ feet deep, not safe for children or even adults

If all you need is a bed and don't plan to spend much time in your room, this hotel is an option. Room is dated and in need of renovation. This worked for me as my criteria was to minimize costs and be on Route 7. Don't bring your family.

The place was cheap enough, and the pool was nice, but the room was disgusting. It was a non-smoking room, yet there was a cigarette butt in the shower. There was gum on the headboard, trash still in the room from another occupant. Got up the first morning and the shower wouldn't work - he had to come fix it. I will say he came right up - it just wasn't […] something we were planning on as we were trying to get ready in time to go to a wedding. I expected that the hotel would be older, because of the price - I just wasn't expecting it to be DIRTY. Gross. They did have a small refridgerator and microwave in the room, which was nice. The only thing they DID keep clean was the pool. We really enjoyed that. Although, the Saturday night we were there they had a party going on at the pool - people brought in pizzas and took over the whole area - and they weren't staying at the hotel. I would think paying customers would be able to use the pool, instead of allowing outsiders to come in and do that. We were in the pool when they came, and had to get out because they were so rowdy. Management didn't care. I wouldn't stay there again. I should have asked for some of our money back. 더 보기

clean sheets and towels... reliable internet... and a friendly staff... not much more... if you;re looking for a value stay and don't need much in the way of amenities... this is the place... if you are looking for any luxury at a cheap price... this isn't it... just what i needed for this trip...

The room was clean, but packed with too much furniture. There were 2 double beds that were comfortable, an unplugged refridgerator, which we didn't want or need to use- a good thing, a dresser with a tv on it and a desk and chair. Rutland is an interesting and diverse town and the Rodeway was convenient to restaurants although the owner couldn't recommend a place to eat other than pizza or Applebees. Nice Hotel. The room was a little small but had everything I needed and was clean.

-The carpet looked dirty, I didn't take off my shoes until I was in bed. -There were spiders all over the ceiling and bathtub. -The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was very thin. -The ice machine didn't work -The bedding had holes in it, looked like burn marks -The couple who run the motel were very sweet. -The location was great, Dominoes […] delivered, and there were several food stores right down the street.
