very clean hotel, staff was helpful and great location within walking distance of the strip district.....would stay again!

check out time was posted as 1200 however a hotel employee knocked at our door at 1100 on checkout day and looked at her watch when we said we were still preparing to depart as if she was rushing us out

Disappointed with the morning dining area. A bit dingy. Staff pushed the Starbucks without advising us of the free coffee at the other end of the room. Otherwise, we were delighted with the hotel. The desk staff and valet were effecient and pleasant.

This hotel is perfectly located for bus travelers, since the drop off/pick up spot is only a block away. It also is well located in terms of being able to walk to both the Strip District and the T. While it has minimal amenities, that was mostly not a problem for me, as I was in town to meet with friends and to explore the city. So I did not spend […] a lot of time in my room. I went to college in Pittsburgh, and was somewhat famillar with the downtown area; I was impressed with the updates. There were a handful of new, trendy restaurants right on Penn Avenue. Also the hotel was newly updated, clean, and I felt safe in the hotel and the surrounding area.

Courtyard always gets it right. The place was right where I needed to be for work. Plenty of places to eat within a short walk (Did not have a rental car). Simply a great choice for the business traveler

Very friendly staff and nice quiet rooms. Great location. Only downside is the food at the hotel. Breakfast was mcdonalds quality but cost $30.

this is a nice hotel....stay was great...located on a busy street only 5 minute walk to the convention center...valet parking for car

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. It was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the amount charged for food, etc.

perfect location if you're catching the downtown sporting events or arts; beautiful location for running on the riverfront or catching a quick breakfast in The Strip area.

The hotel is right beside the bus stop, making it a 5 min walk from the Megabus terminal and a 10 min walk from Point State Park. The room felt spacious, probably owing to the 12ft high ceilings. Great hotel! I stayed 3 nights, hotel staff is great. Hotel clean and updated new Bistro good food reasonable prices. Only drawback no taxi service. You must call taxi yourself. Walk to resturants a plus.

This hotel was perfect for the conference I attended at the Convention Center. It took a minute to get there walking. I could also go back to my room really easily if I forgot something during the day or wanted to take a nap. They have a breakfast buffet in the mornings that is reasonable priced and a quick and easy way to eat - you can also order freshly […] made eggs, waffles, and omelettes at the buffet. They have a good restaurant attached for lunch, dinner, and drinks. This area of Pittsburgh doesn't seem to have many restaurants of cafes, so it was nice to know that I could always go back to the hotel and get some food. I appreciated the nice fitness room as well. Traveled to Pittsburgh for the Phillies-Pirates series over the Independence Day Holiday weekend. I stayed here on a recent Phillies road trip. Great location, just a few blocks from PNC Park. Lots of bars/restaurants in walking distance as well. Nice hotel.

This hotel is within good distance of PNC Park and Heinz field. The bridges to the stadium are very convienent.

This hotel was so close to everything, The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well decorated. I was able to get breakfast to go very early in the morning. The desk staff were able to draw a map to wherever I had to go - if they didn't know where it was, they found out for me. I was able to walk everywhere within 15 minutes (the […] strip district being the furthest spot I went from the hotel). Very nice room for the price. short walk to heinz field for the pitt game.definitely reccomend.

Dustin, took great care to make sure the 6 times we used the shuttle, we had no problem. He was so very helpful with where to go and different things to do before our Cardinal games.....

walking distance to PNC Park. Would stay again.

We loved our room, breakfast was good, location was good for us. They only have valet parking which kind of sucks but other than that its a good place to stay.

It was my first visit and when I pulled over my car, that was not pretty at all. I was trying to go to another place so I was typing the address on my Nav system. And the gentleman was yelling(yes, yelling) at me to move my car. I was in my car about 2-3 minutes. Even when I left, he was yelling at me behine my back. I will no go back ever.
