데이즈 인 (Days Inn) - 토너완다

The location is great, nice room but mold in the shower area. I am looking for places to book for family members when my son graduates next year from college, I was hoping to stay here because it is very reasonable in price, but the bathroom really needs a good cleaning. Having second thoughts now.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel, but it was by no means spectacular either. The room was comfortable enough, although a bit small. We spent very little time in the room except for sleeping or preparing to go one place or another, so cannot speak to the quality of things like TV reception. There was a mini-fridge hidden in the cabinet underneath […] the TV and microwave, which was unplugged when we arrived (presumably to keep costs down), but there was an available electrical outlet to plug it into. If we go to the area again (which we certainly will) and do not have arrangements to stay with friends, we will certainly consider this place again. 더 보기

The toilet flush was not working and the coffee maker was not working. Was unable to have tea before bed time which was very frustrating.

This was our 5th time staying at this hotel, and we have never been disappointed. The price is reasonable, the service is great and the hotel is conveniently located for shopping purposes.

Go to MacGregor's Grill and Tap A Beer Lover's Paradise which is 5 minutes away from this hotel. It's also 10 minutes away from an amazing zoo: The Buffalo Zoo. It's 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. It's in a great location and I was very happy.

i was looking for moderately priced accomodations for a weekend trip to Buffalo and Days Inn fit the bill. The room was as advertised with two, comfortable queen beds but..........the AC didn't cool and the TV had bad reception. There was only one ice machine on the premises and it couldn't keep up with the demand. The refridgerator and microwave were […] a pleasant surprise, but the refridgerator didn't keep drinks cool. Booked thru Hotels.com and the room was only worth the discounted price. Good location for touring B uffalo, Niagara Falls and nearby Canada, very accessible to main highways. 더 보기

The rate for one day stay seemed to be too much, even though it was a long weekend, due to the maintanance of the property, especially the bathroom, where the bathtub was not clean and there was no trash can in the bathroom and no towel rod(s) was available.

Not at all impressed for the price. Stale smell to the room. Bathroom just ok...nothing at all to brag about. Lower your rates or improve overall appearance and condition of your rooms.

The room served its purpose as a place just to sleep for one night. It was quaint, and cleanliness was questionable, as there was a spiderweb in the corner behind the door. Staff was friendly enough.

First of all, it was my mistake to book this hotel, I meant to book another Days Inn. For this matter, I tried to explain that to the manager to get the reservation cancel for me to be able to book the other hotel, the answer, no. When arrived at the hotel, the room stink to a smoking room, when approach the front desk, another room was assigned and […] guess what, it was worse, had to go with the first room because the administration did not want to help. Please do you a favor and do not stay at this hotel. On top of everything it was not very clean, the room was not that bad in terms of cleanliness but the smell was horrible. The one reason I would not recomend this hotel to anyone is because the room me and my family stayed in was infested with bed bugs. After complaining they said that it was red ants which makes us into a liar. If they had to see our bodies bitten with bite marks. They didnt even want to change our room. I will never ever want to go back again.

I have been in a Days in before and it did not look feel like a motel.

Hello, Future warning for anyone renting room 149 @ the Days Inn just up the street from Boulevard Mall in Tanawanda. My wife and I drove down from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, specifically not wanting to stay in a "motel", to our surprise, the Days Inn had a "motel" kind of feel. We got a non smoking room, it was evident through the smell as soon as […] we walked in that it might as well have been a smoking room. The bathrooom light doubles as an exhaust fan, but you can see that the fan was improperly installed, and the exhaust hose feeds upstairs where the smoking rooms are. We later noticed that the blanket had a cigerette burn mark on it. As we entered the room, naturally, we wondered around to see where it is. I went to check out the night stand, only to realize what looked like 3 individual man stains in between both beds. Issue #3 presented itself when we went to use the bathroom and wash our hands, the room had 1 face towel, 1 hand towel (which had stains on it), 1 bath towel, and 1 floor mat towel. We booked this room through hotels.com, so the option to get a king size bed was not available, but you'd think for a room with 2 queen beds, that there would be at least 2 of each towel? Not to mention that there was only 1 bar soap for the tub. Other then those 3 issues, the room was in good working order, the room had a TV, alarm clock, microwave, and a mini fridge (empty). The sheets were clean, but after seeing all of this before bedtime, we were concerned how clean the sheets really where. We were only there for 1 night, so we toughed it out. This hotel was really badly maintained.

Hi We booked this hotel around couple of days ago before our departure and we had limited options. hotel is badly maintained with cracked tiles in the washroom. rooms are really small. and that was not a good place to stay. staff so much believe in green environment that they did not remove the toilet paper with a new roll.

The most expensive worse stay ever.

Almost opposite Boulevard Mall, good location, easy to get to. Good value for money.

Despite being in a rather cold city, the heater in this Days Inn hotel was not working. i had the heat on the hottest temp possible and not only was it loud and constantly blowing the curtains above it around, it did not make the room any warmer than 70 degrees. i had to turn the shower on extremely hot and leave the door open for about 30 minutes to […] warm the room. everything else was as expected: decent. hey, this is Days Inn, not the Ritz... 더 보기

The room looked like they had made some changes to class up the room, but it was still terribly dirty and the hallway smelled horrible.

Non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke masked with a strong airfreshener

This place was just a motel.Rooms were nothing great.the bathroom especially the tub looked dirty.Will never go back

we booked non smoking room....but they gave smoking room...when we informed that to the receptionist she did not respond to that ......bathroom doors are not properly closing...bed are ok but comforters are very bad......breakfast is very worst...very dry donuts.....like it was kept in open place for a longtime.....

the worst we ever stayed in last 2 years.

I booked a double queen non-smoking room atleast one month in advance. When we got there we were told that they did not have any non-smoking rooms available. The room that we were given was ridiculous to say the least. There were big cracks (around 10-15 foot) in the ceiling that were patched up. We were traveling with an infant and this made this experience […] all the more scary. The receptionist was extremeley rude and told us that she cannot get another room and that we could check out if we did not like the room. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. 더 보기

Its not a hotel, rather a motel. There is no room service. AC was not good, at max it can be considered for a night stay for urgent need. But never for any other reason.
