하얏트 하우스 산타클라라/산호세 에어포트 (HYATT house Santa Clara) - 산타클라라

호텔 방에 작은 부엌이 있어 간단한 음식을 해 먹을 수 있게 되어있고 주변에 슈퍼마켓과 간단한 쇼핑을 할수 있어 급한것 들을 살 수 있었다. 아침식사부페가 알차게 나와서 좋았고 일정 요금을 내면 공항까지 데려오고 데려다 주는 호텔소속 리무진이 있어 손쉽게 올 수 있었다.

I was very impressed with our stay. The room was like a mini apartment...I was right at home with this hotel

The comfort, convenience and class of this home-away-from-home made our stay for a show at the nearby convention center far easier than ever before. Great breakfasts and the staff was friendly and on top of everything. I loved the fact that we could walk to restaurants and Safeway. We will be back.

This place used to be called Hotel Sierra. Since Hyatt bought it they haven't made any changes, which is good since this hotel didn't need any. Great hotel especially if you're in for an extended stay. Surrounding area has plenty to offer. About a five minute drive from the airport.

The Sierra by Hyatt was a very nice stay with a very friendly staff. I love the fact that it was right next to a very cute shopping center. It made needing any necessities easy. We stayed in a 2 Queen suite and thought it was very nice and cozy. The TV set up was a bit weird but not a deal breaker.

We were very pleased with this hotel and plan to stay there again, next time we come down to watch a game. It was very conveniently located and having breakfast included was an added bonus! The staff was extremely nice and our room was comfortable for a family of five. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great location and lots of good stuff right outside the hotel (eats, coffee, drinks, etc) Rooms are smaller than most "suites" type places (like Embassy for example). VERY tight squeeze when you fold out the hideaway bed/sofa !! And upon pulling out the hideaway was quite disgusted to find pizza crust and other crap that made its way down into the bedding […] from the sofa ...gross!!! other than that, was good.. ;=) 더 보기

room was very clean and comfortable that includes the kitchen, living room and you feel at home. breakfast was not bad either with made to order omelette and fresh fruits. i highly recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel. The room was well decorated and had everything that was needed. The breakfast selection could have been better, but was adequate and no real complaints here. I would definitely stay here again.

I really like this hotel. Have stayed her in the past with our Girl Scout Great America trip. It was time 2 spend some time away from the kids so husband & I decided 2 come back. Pricing was great. Super Clean & great breakfast.

We were very happy with this hotel. We had never been there so were pleasantly surprised to find it very close to a number of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Very impressed with the Hotel and friendly Staff! Conveniently located close to Great America, convention center, walk to nice shopping area, restaurants and Safeway. Full Breakfast was fresh hot and well done. Rooms are clean. Studio had a very nice kitchenette in room. Would definatley stay here again.

Stayed only for one night but was impressed with the hotels full service kitchens, room layout and distinct charm (pocket bathroom doors, cork message boards). Lobby and the room were immaculate and styled well, a mix of rustic charm meets modern which was pretty cool. One issue was with my 4 interactions with front desk/breakfast help... 3 times the […] staff seemed bothered or put out at helping or being asked questions which took me aback. I loved the hotel and already plan to go back again but hope for some nicer treatment next time.. also close to the shoreline ampitheatre and had a TON of places to eat and take care of odds and ends on a trip, made things easy. 더 보기

Most hotels offer to address your needs, but this one actually made several efforts to go beyond. They already had a crib already set up in the room (with linens) when we arrived, plenty of extra bedding, dishes and utensils (!!) in the kitchenette, and handled the chaos of a busy weekend in their dining area extremely well. Far better experience than […] major chains that advertise breakfast but only have pastries and OJ, or advertise a pool but only have a small wading area. This place actually brings the real goods. What a great place to stay! We had a studio with two queen beds and a sofa bed and had no problem fitting two adults and three teenagers in the room. Room was very clean. The breakfast that is included is the best breakfast we have had at this category of motel that serves breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. This is one of the best hotel we stayed. Friendly staff, clean condition, cook-to-order hot breakfast (omelette only), clean, and comfortable. The bed setup was great (best pillow and comforter I've ever experienced). Internet was free and fast. Free parking, daily newspaper. The restaurants, shops, bank, grocery was within 5mins walking from the hotel. […] Pool was clean. TV was LCD and had HDMI input (where I sneaked in the Media Player and watched my HD movie). we had a great stay, hotel was very clean and confy one little problem and i don't really know who's flault it was but we made resavation for 3 adults & 3 children and they give use a suite with 1 king bed & a sofa bed, I talked to the young lady that was in charge & she fixed the problem right away. the beds were very comfy. Room was very clean. Had some problems with noise from young guest in the hotel ( soccer tournament) but the staff quickly solved the problem. The hot breakfast was very nice. My only complaint was the small coffee pot, had a room for 4 to 6 people with a coffee pot that only made 2 real cups at a time. For the price of this hotel, it is a great hotel. The beds were the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The rooms were nice with the little kitchen in them. And their breakfast, the breakfast alone pretty much paid for the hotel. This hotel appears to be brand new. We booked a suite so our one year old could sleep in the adjoining room. Her crib was ready in the room upon check-in, and the room was spotless. We didn't use the kitchen area much but certainly could stay for a week or more with a grocery store within a few minutes' walking distance, along with a number of restaurants […] in a little town-square setup. Wonderful stay! Close to many good restaurants and a park for the kids was within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly! 45 minute drive to Santa Cruz. Will stay there again without reservation!!!

We stayed here with our family, great location, had EVERYTHING so close it. We have a toddler and the kitchen was perfect and the grocery store in the same center was nice. Plus the free breakfast and business center was a great bonus!! Would definitely stay here again and again!

awesome stay! the hotel staff is well trained, polite and through professionals. I couldn't have asked for a more comforting suite. The time spent here was one of the highlights of my trip to bay area.

This was a beautiful hotel that we were able to stay at for a very low rate. The room is outfitted with any utensils you may need (dishes, wine-opener, can-opener, refrigerator, dishwasher), but also feels very luxurious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the room was decorated beautifully! The non smoking hotel was wonderful....the bed and pillows were amazing! The TV swung around so we could watch it from the living room, kitchen (yes....a kitchen with refrigerator) as well as from the bed. The shower pressure was good and the soaps included in the room were mild. The breakfast was very nice....complete with an omelet bar and strong […] coffee. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location and we stay here when ever we are in town.

HOTEL IS WALKING DISTANCES TO LOTS OF SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS. BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS. HOTEL STAFF WAS EXTREMELY NICE EVEN DURING A RUSH AT FRONT DESK. BREAKFAST WAS ALSO A NICE TOUCH I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN

Eva, Hotel Registration, was friendly, helpful, and made us made feel welcomed. She suggested several restaurant that were all excellent. The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and and with my large family, saved us a lot of money. The Hotel was centrally located and we would stay at the Hotel again.

It was my first time to stay at this hotel. I booked it after reviews from others on the website. In general I was satisfied with the quality of the room and convenience of the location. Will consider to stay next time......

Very nice--comfortable bed. We were traveling with our grandchildren who thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Breakfast was just okay, but free, so well worth the price. We were attending a wedding close by there, but would definitely stay there again.
