After reading the reviews of the hotel I had a little trepidation about staying there but the there was a review that said the others blew the experience out of proportion so I decided to go ahead and stay. The fee was non-refundable and now I know why. This wasn't the cheapest hotel I stayed at but it was by far the worst one. The hotel is in shabby […] condition and the signs are all busted up. The room are old and still have door keys which are humongous. All through the night people were coming and going, and in the morning we found glass all over the hallway because someone broke the glass over the fire alarms. The shower was tiny and you could not get a bath. Beds were thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were small they might as well have not existed. The heat in the room did not work. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend it to others. Thank you! 더 보기

I just needed a place to put my head on a pillow overnight and catch a quick shower to get out the door in the morning to go to Cedar Point. The prior reviews said that the towels were rough, the bedsheets not fitted and pulled off, and the place was tired. All of these were true and my expectations were met! Never ever will I stay here. The room was so dirty and disgusting I was going to sleep in my car. Thankfully I brought a blanket which I layed over the bed and brought my own pillows. Garbage !!!

Thdey advertised that they have WI FI but they do not it was a big inconvenience

this hotel is very dated. still uses regular keys, squeaky doors. pool was clean but nothing else. no garbage cans at entrance and i saw trash multiply daily inside the side entrance. took 3 days before they cleaned it up. i think the only reason they did was because there were so many beer bottles crowding the space. called because toilet clogged they […] said they would record it and that is all they did. fritos laying on dresser when i checked in. one towel 10 bars of soap. no replacement of toilet paper. this is the most disgusting hotel ive ever seen. this hotel really needs to be checked out by a health inspector.no pantry as stated on this website description. 더 보기

Through Hotels.com, they indicated that a continental breakfast was included. That was not the case. Upon arrival to the hotel I was informed that the website was incorrect and that the hotel would not do anything to discount my stay. I explained to her that had I known this was not included, I would not have chosen this hotel. She proceeded to graciously […] offer me and my son her granola bar if we were hungry. REALLY!!!! This hotel needs to be redone top to bottom. Stayed one night because we arrived at 3 in the morning, and checked out before 10am. the service and the room was bad. The room i booked was not the one i recieved. I will never book this hotel again. South Shore Inn was 110% better.

it was cheap .bathroom and the beds were clean. Pool was ok but needed to be vacuumed , they don't have rollaway cots for extra peopleand there was a stain on the carpet. Both ice machines didn't have any ice in them. All and all it was ok

I regret not asking for a refund. The room smelled terribly musty, the toilet hadn't been flushed, and the carpet was disgusting. We arrived late night just to sleep and when we awoke the next morning, found the carpet near the sink to be soaked. Cobwebs, missing trim pieces, hole in the wall, etc. Just horrible. I'd rather sleep in my car.

You get what you pay for. The staff was extremely nice however, there was a strong musty smell in the room. Walls needed wiped down in the bathroom.

Flea motel w/dead fleas in bed. Beds felt soft and we all slept good. Showers nice and hot with lots of water. No wifi and no fridge. Money stolen from purse when someone broke into car in the motel parking lot.

The rooms were DIRTY, you could not even see out the windows because they were so dirty. The manager was a dick when we complained and told us to leave. I would not recommend this to even an enemy. LOOK AROUND. Do not stay here. GROSS

very nice hotel for the price :3 fit right into budget in comparison to the prices of the surrounding hotels. not a bad stay in comparison to other motels I've stayed at in the past.

It was CHEAP...and thats what we expected. We definetly got what we expected. Nothing fancy about this place!!! The walls and floors are scuffed and dirty, but nothing too disgusting. Sheets and bedding were clean. TV was horrible, you could barely watch it. But we were there for Cedar Point....not television. The room was very clean and tidy. It was a little on the small side but we weren't looking for a huge room. Reserved a non-smoking room and given a smoking room with more cobwebs than the haunted house at Cedar Point. They were sold out of non-smoking rooms, so I got this room with a can of air freshener at no additional charge. The cable television signal was horrible , even in the lobby. cheap room with a outdoor pool not at all fancy but it was alright for what we needed.it was a bit dingy and could use updates.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I'm not one to be too picky...but there was an obvious odor of mold and mildew in the first room we attemped to stay in and don't know what the stains were on the wall and there were holes in the wall stuffed with toilet paper. Accessible to plenty of restaurants and stores. Not too far from Cedar Point. This is a hotel where if you don't mind staying in a non-luxurious hotel and easy on the wallet. Simple as can be...bathroom, shower, TV, bed and even a outdoor swimming pool.

The price was right and convenient to Cedar Point . The girls at the front desk were pleasant and it was nice to have coffee and bakery in the lobby.

Don't let the nice lobby fool you..I got to my room to find cobwebs and the door was hung crookedly so there was a1/2 inch gap between the door and the frame, which is. Plenty large enough to let bugs in. Nothing special, but for the price, can't be beat.

Check in time at hotels.com said it was noon, when we arrived there they told us that check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am, not 12pm like hotels.com said. The room was at the smoking section but had non-smoking sign outside the door so it was completely bad

Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had a moldy odor, so we opened the door and window. They did give us extra towels and shampoo when asked without a problem. Cedar Point was really easy to get to, and there is a mall and places to eat about a half a mile down the road.

I selected "Recommend" for this hotel because if you are looking at this hotel, it is because you are looking for the cheapest thing available, so expect cheap. Do not even expect quality of Comfort Inn or Best Western but it beats a tent in the woods. Bed was comfortable, bathroom sink, toilet and shower all worked well with plenty of hot water. The bed was fine, but don't expect much more than that. The TV was crap, the remote was crap, half the lights didn't work, there was no in room internet, there wasn't even a bathroom cup. The room wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't horrible either.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Looked like something you would see on the bad part of town and the beds were horrible. They slanted on the sides so we could only sleep in the middle of the bed or we would fall of the edge. The TV was something from the 1930s too and didn't hardly work. although it wasn't the prettiest hotel on the block the staff was friendly and the room served its purpose for the 2 nights we were there. Great location close to attractions, shopping & freeways.

Need to upgrade just about everything, bathroom sink clogged, tv was older than I am (46 yrs old) and remote control did not work. Carpeting was very old and stained. Musty smell throughout hotel. Although the rate was great we did not expect anything glamorous but what we got instead was not what we expected either.

Worst hotel experince ever. Where do you want me to start. I checked in at 6 PM and the room still wasn't ready...it smelled like smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room), there were no lightbulbs in the bathroom (I showered in the dark), no internet connection (I was told to pull off Comfort Inn), and they actually consider one pastry and a cup […] a coffee a continental breakfast. Manager of course was not there, but when Hotels.com did contact the manager, they were told "we do not give away free nights" Believe me I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free! 더 보기

Very disappointed in this hotel; was very dirty....dusty....spelt like MOLD when you open the door...stains on the carpet..pillows.....mattress....etc.......service was awful!! I recommend you stay somewhere else!!!!!
