I had a room with a king size bed. Apparently my room was handicap accessible, which would explain the giant bathroom and generous room size. The bed was comfortable, it had a variety of pillows with different firmness' to them. The carpet however, needs a good shampooing. Walking around barefoot was not a good idea. The rug felt a little tacky and […] my soles became dirty. Had to make sure I had a pair of socks on all the time. Also, no clock/alarm in the room! Maybe it was supposed to have one and was stolen. Lastly, my room was right by the stairs... which are metal... with no sound-deadening material on/under them (or so it seemed), so anytime someone went up or down the stairs, I could clearly hear it, even over the TV. 더 보기

This should be taken off the list for hotels.com it was so gross i had to take a shower in flip-flops. we booked it for 5 people and the rooms only had room for 4 so we had to share beds

This hotel was very Bad. It was nasty and did not have enough towel. they washed our towels and told us we couldn't get more towels until ours were washed. Meanwhile the hotel was not full with alot of people. there were prostitues in front of the hotel and you clearly knew they were street walker. and the breakfest they had out was just cold cereal […] and old bread. the staff that checked me in was so darn rube and i checked in at 11:30pm with 4 small kids and she never said hello or asked if i needed anything. just sing here and heres your key. maybe she thought i was a street walker with my 4 kids. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing but cold cereal and toast. Was a stain behind the toilet like the water bust at some point but for the price not to bad for one night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel but clean and more than adequate.

I am the type of person who always stays in Days Inn, it is cheap and just fine. I am not in the mood to spend hundreds of dollars for a hotel stay and I prefer to spend my money eating well and enjoying the cities I am visiting. During this trip and had to stop in different cities and stayed in different Days Inn. This hotel in Charlotte is dirty, […] smells bad, the room she gave us was right in front of the highway so we could hear all the noise from cars you can imagine. The hotel was completely empty. I was very upset with my stay. The room I requested and reserved was not avaible when I got there. I had paid for a smoking room and had to stay in a non-smoking. When we got to the room there was only one towel in the room for our stay. When we called the front desk to get more they were not very nice about us asking. then my husband had to go get […] the towels. Later when we tried to call back for a wake up call they never answered the phone. Also the next morning the food they had was not good. the bagels were stale and so was the ceral. The hotel was in a good location. We were right off the highway. You could hear some of the noise from the highway, but it wasn't so bad that you couldn't sleep.

It's nothing amazing, but our stay was perfectly fine. We didn't check in until well after midnight and it wasn't in a seedy neighborhood or anything. We stayed one night and heard nothing, but the next morning I could hear airplanes every once in awhile (only after waking up, while getting ready, but it wasn't nearly loud enough to ruin anyone's sleep). […] I'd stay there again for a night or two. Also it needs some updates. There was some peeling paint in the bathroom (I wouldn't mention this if it was only a couple of chips), and we had to jiggle the toilet handle a bit. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would we certainly stay here in the future.

This hotel wasn't bad. You get what you pay for. The carpet in our room was dirty. The light in the bathroom was broken, it did not work at all. The location is great its right next to the highway. Near a truck parking area so very loud. Also, the keys didn't work first attempt and had to go back to the office. The price was good as a last minute, but I wish I had paid up to something a little nicer, as I was woken up by yelling, tires screeching and semi trucks starting 3x between 2:00 and 5:00am.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone else. The overall statuts of the hotel is horrible and cleanliness is horrible.

In all a very nice room, room were a little small but in all it was great experience specially the location from where the hotel was and the places we had to go

It was a nice place...I told them that we just needed towels, and they cleaned the whole room. You can't beat that.

Room was great until I needed to take a shower. The tub wouldn't drain and they didn't want to fix it and I had to sit in the lobby just to make them give me a key to a different room just to take a shower. Other than that room was good but over priced

Location of the hotel was good...lot's of restaurants close by...and I-77 was right there. It was quiet at night...very little was available in the continental breakfast. The price is low, but it is in desperate need of upgrades to the bathrooms, etc. It is a place to lay your head down...not encouraged for extended stays.

The beds were very comfortable and would of made for a good nights sleep; however, the hotel is extremely close to Sunset Road and from the traffic going all night long, I gathered this is a popular road in Charlotte. This hotel was what you would expect for the money. I would recommend this hotel over the Super 8 that is just behind it.

Front desk staff was courteous and the price was dirt cheap, but you get what you pay for. The towels in room appeared to be dirty when we arrived, cleaning staff ignored our do not disturb sign both days, the breakfast offered was unedible including the stale store bought donuts, and the metal stairs were rusting through to the point they did not appear […] safe. 더 보기

Room was ok, beds were ok, but the NOISE was HORRIBLE!!! Our room door did not shut tight. We could see daylight all around it when it was "closed". The noise of the tractor trailers passing the hotel was horrible. The road was only about 30-50 feet from our door. The noise was 24/7!! We also had a woman yelling at the top of her lungs at 6am right […] outside our door. She was screaming for someone to give her her money and shoes!?!?! did not get wash clothes for second night stay. did have one left over from night before since we ordered extra though. but still would stay again. judy - chapin, sc

this place really needs a complete renovation.Rooms need painting. Bathroom needs all new toilet and tub both were cracked and chips out of toilet and tub. would not recommend this Days inn to anyone. Have stayed at Days Inn all over the us and this one is the worst.

run down naborhood, rugs worn & dirty. Friendly service, close to work area. FIRST HOTEL at any price where elect outlet was convenient to plug in computer at the desk. Horray!!!!!

People very friendly. Room carpet dirty. Hotel is a little rundown, breakfast dismal, however it is very close to metrolina. I will probably return.

It had some mold around the heat pump and it was a little noisy but all in all it was cheap and worked for a couple of nights.

This Inn is a customer friendly establishment. The unit manager is very much a hands on leader with not only staff but guest alike . Not afraid to step in to aid guests in any way needed. A refreshing change from some of the most expensive but cold staff and invisable management we have experienced in the past. The hotel was better than I expected for the value paid. I am happy.

Great price would loiked to of had time to check it out but we arrived late and to dark to look around, Staff was friendly, Breakfast area a bit small, Not that pleased with the breakfast. The donuts were stale. Other than that quite happy with our stay.

it was a bed to sleep in. I would not suggest an extended stay. The continental breakfast was not good and not a huge selection and the room smelled bad. The pool was ok. The beds were not so comfortble. The staff was friendly. Overall a good stay. I was able to check in early and all the staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and I had no problems. The breakfast wasnt anything special, but at least they had a free breakfast. Everything I expected for a pretty cheap stay.

Requested ground fl rm, told none avbl--6 were still vacant at checkout. Room was dirty, hadn't been dusted in weeks. wash basin cracked and leaking, bespread was growdy!

This hotel needs some updating. You could see daylight through the door. The toilet continuosly ran and the remote for the TV did not work. They had continental breakfast but there was only white bread or cereal to choose from. However, this hotel was easy to find and close to the highway

The room smelled bad, and i didn't have water on the second day of my stay.
