The service was exceptional and the people that we dealt with so incredibly nice!

As always, this Econolodge worked well as a comfortable, convenient and low-cost place to stay for the night while in Lincoln. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very dissappointed in the room. It had a stagnent smell. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were supposed to be queen size but felt like full size beds. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There was visible dust on the refrigerator and microwave. Even though it was an inexpensive stay I would rather pay more next time and receive a decent room […] for the money. We have stayed here many times as a base for our hiking trips. This motel is an excellent value. Certainly not 'fancy' but definitely a comfortable place to stay that is inexpensive, pet-friendly, and very clean. Our room appeared to have been recently remodeled since it had a clean modern bathroom and freshly painted walls. Highly recommended.

The Econo Lodge in Lincoln is the perfect place to stay in the White Mountains. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful; very clean and the exercise room is adequate. The rooms were equip with a mini fridge and microwave; ours had slider out to the parking lot which we thought was convenient. The bathroom could have used some updating but had good water […] pressure and hot water. The breakfast was good, basic but good. we have stayed at other Econo Lodges because of very reasonable rates,sometimes ignoring the other comforts for the right price. This one was truly a pleasant surprise. The room was large and brightly painted; the bathroom seemed to be recently renovated and comfortable. This Hotel was great. The room was quite large with lots of room. It had a mini fridge and microwave in the room also. An additional benefit was it has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool for whatever you want. It was raining when we arrived, so the indoor pool was awesome for the kids. There arent too many choices of hotels with pets allowed so we were grateful to find a clean hotel with modest decor and bed coverings. The morning coffee was a problem because they forgot to prepare coffee so there was a huge line and we just went else where.

The hotel was great. The service was good and the price was very reasonable. Loved the indoor and outdoor poll especially the jaquzzi. Continental breakfast was decent. Worth the stay and in great location to visit Clarks Trading Post, great for all ages and a big water park right down the road. Great accomidations for us! 2 100lb dogs are never welcome in hotels and Economic saved our vacation. The pups loved it too!

THIS HOTEL WAS LOCATED RIGHT NEAR CLARKS TRADING POST AND ABOUT A 4 MINUTES RIDE TO DOWN TOWN LINCOLN. OUTSIDE POOL WAS SPOTLESS AND LOOKED REFRESHING. INSIDE POOL WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST IN MORNING WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO KEEP US FROM SPENDING 50 BUCKS ATA RESTAURANT. THE ROOM WAS BRIGHT AND CLEAN PAINTING WAS NEW BATHROOM WAS CLEAN. […] THERE WERE TONS OF BUGS OUTSIDE BUT WE ONLY FOUND 1 GUGANTIC BUG IN THE ROOM. Musty. Everything in room overnight smelled musty.

I wish they would improve the mattress quality. Beds are very hard. I have stayed here 3 times in recent months because it is the best choice for a pet-friendly motel in the area.

If you like a hard bed this is the place for you. Overall, this Econolodge has all the right attributes for a clean average motel. But, the beds are hard!

Great location for family vacation-lots to do really don't forget the miniature golfcourse close by,not to mention the train rides and shopping,I was a little hesitant having read previous reviews, but my experience couldn't have been better.

The room smelled of disinfectant, the bathtub was chipped and scratched around the drain, the towels were thin, overall I would NEVER stay there again.

After 7 1/2 hours on a motorcycle, I was definitely looking forward to a nice relaxing bath. Not in that bath tub. Even if it was clean (which it was not, it was very slimy) there wasn't even a stopper in the drain! No anti-slip strips on the tub either. Apparently because we came in on a motorcycle, even though we are in our 50's, the clerk felt it […] appropriate to put us with 2 other rowdy groups of bikers who were staying there also. There was a lot of partying and drinking, hollering, etc going on until late into the night. I could not wait to get out of that place in the morning. The hotel was OK for the money and even though the rest of the bathroom seemed clean enough, the bathroom had hairs on the floor (GROSS!) Overall, the hotel was a mismash of new and old ie new shower surround on old shower stall with old grout. The new bathroom door looked good but left many scrape marks on the old bathroom floor which looked terrible. […] The brass faucet had lost its pateen and looked awful. The locks on the doors were not secure. Case in point, we actually opened with our card key and moved into the wrong room and didn't know it until after breakfast the next day when we couldn't get back into the room! It's always good to be centrally located to a lot of great hiking in the White Mountains and many different restaurants in Woodstock and Conway. Also, it was nice to have a room refrigerator and microwave. The room was missing the coffee pot that was listed as included though.

Pros: Location. Cons: 1) room smelled musty like there is a moisture control issue 2) the standard room with two queens ordered was actually two fulls; my boyfriend and I are accustomed to a queen sized bed and were uncomfortable 2) the mattress was horrid; no one slept well and woke frequently through the night 3) the a/c did not blow cold 4) the room […] was filthy: hair was already in the shower when we went to use it the first time, it's very unclear whether it's ever been cleaned and it looked like the floor had never been washed, there are dirty hand marks on the walls 5) because it was the beginning of bike week I think the "discounted" rate we received was actually jacked higher than the "standard" rate. I would try other hotels/inns for more money in Lincoln or North Woodstock before staying at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites in Lincoln. 더 보기
