Good value, great location, not 4 star but close.

Overall the Hotel is good but please be aware that there is not air conditioning in the rooms.

Great location, close to Sol. We enjoyed it.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It was completely up to date and super clean. The rooms were small but very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great, so close to everywhere you want to be (Plaza Mayor, Prado, Del Sol). The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel was good, great location, excellent decor although the room was timeless! .....in that you had no flipping idea what time of the day it was because there was no light from the outside world! :-(

The Vincci Madrid Centrum is steps away from the Sevilla Metro Station in Madrid, walking distance from most of the touristy things any human would want to see in a couple of day. The only weird thing about the hotel (our room at least) is that the windows open into a hole in the middle of the building...no scenery to be sure (and the location, as I […] mentioned, is SO sweet) and sadly no sunlight unless it is directly overhead! The good news is that there is really no reason to stay in your room during daylight hours except for siesta, and we can confirm that it is nice, cozy, and dark! The free wireless was bonus, because it seems most places in Europe charge for access. We would definitely consider staying at the Vincci Madrid Centrum again if the price is still so amazing. 더 보기

My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel and we had a terridfic time. We stayed in a room that faced the street but it was very quite because they have double insulated windows.The location is super convenient, walking distance of all the must-see sights. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice hotel the rooms were nice but soooo dark. The hotel breakfast is over priced and mediocre. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Está a pocos minutos andando de la puerta del sol. La habitación del hotel está recién remodelada y se nota, para bien. El personal fue muy amable. Había problemas con la reserva, pero lo solucionaron sin problema. Tuvimos un contratiempo familiar (niño ingresado en casa) y nos tuvimos que volver si pode disfrutar de la estancia y la gerencia del hotel […] comenta que tendrán un detalle en futuras visitas. Muy recomendable. Sin duda, lugar céntrico y a repetir en futuras ocasiones. (tuvimos además la suerte de poder aparcar en la calle perpendicular al hotel, de OTA. Vincci er en ok kjede, f.eks. har de et utmerket hotell i Valencia - men denne varianten i Madrid hadde en lobby som to dager på rad var fylt av en intens kloakklukt. Når skitne gardiner topper kransekaka, var det bare en ting å gjøre - bytte hotell. Til tross for en vennlig og serviceinnstilt stab!

Muy buen hotel, bien limpio y cuidado, la atención correcta, la localización espectacular, en el centro pero sin agobios. La única pega la habitación era muy muy pequeña.

No segundo e ultimo dia de hospedagem , nao havia agua quente em pleno inverno. Hotel poderia oferecer mais meia diaria a titulo de reparacao. O Desk nao tinha uma adaptador de tomada padrao americano para ofereecer. Nos ofereceram uma loja onde poderia adquirir no dia seguinte. Cuidado. Oferecem "Internet Gratis". Subentende-se Wi Fi. Nao é . É internet […] para que leva cabos etc. Avisem ao Hotel . O mundo agora é Wi Fi. Os hospedes nao carregam cabos , somente tablets, Iphones , Ipads e Androids. 더 보기

En cuestión de dos meses he estado dos veces y volvería a ir sin dudarlo. Perfecta situación y muy buen hotel.

Obwohl das Hotel zentral gelegen war und nur einige Minuten vom Prado entfernt, war das Zimmer viel zu klein für 2 Personen, man konnte sich kaum bewegen neben dem Bett und die Einrichtung viel zu dunkel und düster.

Muy buena la ubicacion y las condiciones generales del Hotel y exelente la atencion! Muy recomendable!

This hotel is located very near Puerta Del Sol, so the location is spot on. When we booked in early August it was quite cheap, and great value for money. I would happily stay here again. Only downside was that the room was very small and slightly dark, but it still looked amazing.

Saimme huoneen, josta avautui ikkuna porraskäytävään, ei tuuletusmahdollisuutta. Lisäksi huone oli aivan hissikuilun naapurissa eli hissin melu häiritsi jonkun verran.

Hôtel de bon standing, offrant des chambres modernes et confortables, à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques de Madrid.

Service efficace, belles chambres (la notre sans vue cependant), pas d'augmentation de prix suite au blocage aérien alors que cela était à peu près généralisé partout. Cela mérite d'être souligné.

Bien situé- Prestations et confort OK -Chambres sans vue- Petits déjeuners hors de prix aller chez Stardust juste à côté- Problèmes de parking- Service et renseignements minimalistes.
